"There is nothing elegant about inflatable spheroids on strings. How will this stop our less maneuverable opponents? No no this won't do at all. We need to be able to counter their tactics and rely on ourselves. This course is sorely lacking. At least there are no other rings around to thwart us. The Chemistruckinator can handle any of this childish tomfoolery and it will stand up to any spin attacks up to mach 5! Let's see those Japanese fools outdo us now ... BAHAHAHAHA!"
*He chuckles as his gut jiggles.*
"Hmm but this... this one has the right idea. A good hallmark for future races. A robotic dragon. I wonder if it is rabbit, hamster, or flicky powered ..."

"Yes a dragon made of metal that spits fire. This is good indeed. I can use this for future plans. And no power rings in sight. Oh I have a very good feeling about this one. Billy boy should have no problem deploying the DOOF on them and making them all FLAMMABLE!!! ANd the corrosives should do wonders on the heat shielding. Still I am concerned, the last race something affected the car and all my science and technology couldn't identify it. Must be some of that mystical bull that echidna is always involved with. I must look into chaos powered ghost shielding. More of these vehicles seem to be extremely advanced either AI or demonic or eldritch horrors ... I could work with that one ... Perhaps a large robotic mech ... or a metal hedgehog. I can power it with that team of pups from the parking lot race. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
*He begins to tinker with the car to enhance it's heat shielding and boost the air conditioning.*
"Can't have Billy burning up. I can tune the car up and get the chemistry engines going so they work with the extravehicular heat in this race. Perhaps if I inserted an emerald into the spark plug ..."
*He gets shocked and his moustache stands on end frazzled*
"GAH CURSE THAT HEDGEHOG!"
