The scene opens up in almost darkness. We can still see a silhouette sitting in front of the camera. A small light throws a spark of light around, in regular intervals, while moving up and down. The silhouette leans back and lights a lighter, we can now see who the person is. It´s Eron Hunter, smoking a cigarette. He strongly inhales and then exhales; smoke fills the space around him. He puts the Lynx mask on, crossing his arms on his chest.
“So what’s your point after all that ranting…
…You think you have the right to exist in this world of fighters and these arenas merely because if you didn´t exist people like me would have no chance in hell to keep the interest of the fans alive? Well, how about pure skill? How about the fans screaming in awe for the spectacular fights people like me can put on?
People like me do not need people like you, to exist.
People like you need people like me, who stand in your face, to make you feel like your actions amount to something.
People like you have unexpressed needs for attention, because of problems you have gone through in your existence. We all have gone through hell, more or less, but some of us have used the anger and suffering we have been through, in a productive manner. We have ignited our power of will with the emotions of pain we have felt, and have used that power to find inner strength.
People like you two, have succumbed to the pain. You act the way you do because you can´t scream for help. Just like the villain that makes villainous acts and makes mistakes so that order can catch up with him and put him to justice because he can’t put himself to justice.
I am not trying to psychoanalyze you…
..Just stating the obvious.
But back on topic.
All I want to say is that superb athletes can win the hearts of the fans doing superb athlete things. Supreme fighters can turn the attention of the people towards them, with pure fighter spirit. They do not need to be bad to exist. They do not need to be good to be heroes. All they need to do is fight a fight the best way they can.
The fans will cheer for them.
NPW doesn´t need villainous hyenas to attract the attention of the fans.
These halls are filled with so many gifted athletes, putting so much effort in every match, that people will stream in and fill the halls where NPW holds its shows, no matter if The Dark Stars are in the arena or not.
NPW has some of the most gifted warriors of the squared circle in circulation. And since NPW is one of the best, if not the best company in circulation, the fighters that fill these halls are part of that spectacular ranking.
Being part of the Best Company, makes you one of the best fighters around, at least if you are ranked tops in the corporation. NPW has achieved this success because of the spectacular fights put on in the arenas of Canada. It has not achieved cult status because of heinous individuals who sneak attack and hurt fighters up and down in their path of destruction.
