I know a lot of people don't believe the idea that I've tried to fix my personal problems. The idea that I'm trying to better myself as a person and that I'm back in nCw to give back to the glorious community that has given so much to me.
To be brutally honest with you all?
I couldn't give a rats ass.
I am Spike Kane, and I have always done things my own way, whether it be taking over the Empire and crushing Lance Ryan's No Warning Shot, or whether it be throwing out the Xtreme title and bringing in the Honor Championship. I have always gone my own way, and done my own thing. I'm a trend setter, a go getter.....and people have always...
Always...
Stepped in line behind me.
Now I face an uphill challenge in my return to nCw. To prove to the world that I'm sincere in my words, in my thoughts....that my deeds will reflect the change of heart I have had during my rehabilitation. That does not mean however, that my return match itself is an uphill struggle. No, far from it to be exact....my return match is going to be a cake walk.
“Sexy” Jason Evans.
It's been quite a while old friend. I've got to say, it's kind of heart warming to see you back in nCw, the federation that took you more seriously than any other place ever has. They took this guy who couldn't cut a promo to save his life and pushed him, gave him the ball and told him to run. For a long time you were a constant in nCw Jason, you were a figurehead, somebody who was always there through the thick and thin. But then the world got to see the real you, the man behind “Sexy Jason” the real Jason Evans....the selfish, stuck up, prick.
The kind of guy who sucks the life out of a wrestling federation.
I get it Jason, you felt like after paying your dues for so long you deserved better, that you deserved to be in the main event. You wanted to be the top dog, and you feel like you earned that. You took one of two ways people have to make it in this business, you either come in and make such an impact that people can't see you anywhere but the limelight.....like I did. Or you come in quietly and work every single night until eventually they have to put you there because you've been there so long it only seems right that your at the top, which is the way you took. Except it backfired didn't it Jason? You thought that you could use some form of emotional black mail to get the spotlight fixed on you, and when it didn't work....when you flat out failed and nobody cared, you kicked up a big stink and left.
Instead of standing your ground and fighting for something you believed in, something you had worked so hard for.....something you believed you deserved....instead of being a man about it, you turned your tail and ran away.
I know this might sound hypocritical as I've left nCw in the past over misunderstandings and disagreements....but the difference is Jason, that I stood my ground. That I fought for what I believed in and what I believed to be right, if I disagreed with Leonard Fox or the way I was treated I made my voice heard and made sure people where aware of how I felt. It may not have always been the best course of action....but it has always been how I've worked. So the difference between you and me Jason, it isn't championships, it isn't Hall of Fame plaques....it just comes down to the natural strengths and character we have...
And that you don't have any balls.

We open up on the moving image of a familiar pick up truck. The truck has a Harley Davidson motorcycle on the back locked down, the truck pulls onto a drive way and the camera pans down as we slowly reach a normal shot and see the casually dressed Spike Kane step out of the truck. He takes a deep breathe and grabs a duffel bag from the truck and heads up to the house and rings the doorbell. The door is opened after a few seconds and a sleepy looking Rob Diamond answers the door, wearing shorts and a baggy t shirt.
Rob: Mike....what the heck?
Spike: Sorry, I know it's early. I crashed at Allyson's last night but she had a photo shoot to go to, so I had to get out early....
Spike walks into the house taking Rob's slanted stance of tiredness as a gesture of welcome.
Rob: Erm....Mike...
Spike walks into the reception area but the place is pretty bare, there's a lot of boxes and barely any furniture at all. Rob looks kind of embarrassed as Spike looks around.
Spike: Dude, you told me about this place ages ago....it looks like you've only just moved in...
Rob: Well....we have.
Spike: We?
Rob: Zelda and I...
Suddenly another voice can be heard coming down the corridor.
Zelda: Rob, who is knocking the door so ear-OH! Erm...Hi!
Zelda comes around the corner and spots Spike, she's wearing one of Rob's nCw t-shirts that just about covers her never regions and seems quite embarrassed about how undressed she is. Spike smirks at Zelda and looks at Rob, who rolls his eyes before closing the door.
Spike: I assume there's a guest room? Or should I camp out in the basement like some form of Bates wannabe?
Zelda looks to Rob who seems like he's caught between a rock and a hard place.
Rob: Gee...Spike. I'm not sure now would be a good time for you to stay here man....I mean, we've only just moved in and, you know what young couples are like.....and being on the road and all...
Spike looks down at the floor, hiding the upset feeling rising in his stomach. He nods his head a little too fast to be real. He picks up the duffel bag and heads towards the door.
Spike: It's totally cool Rob, I understand....it's just....part of the rehab programme was to stay with a friend....and I figured seeing as you stayed with me when you where at your deepest darkest and needed a friend....that you would understand.
Zelda bites her lip welling up a little with the emotional blackmail been sent Rob's way. She pulls Rob to one side as Spike seems to head to the door in super slow motion.
Zelda: OK...we have to let him stay. We can't turn your friend away in an hour of need, not after what he's done for you.....but.....he stays in the guest room. I don't want any freakishness down in the basement.....I like the basement...
Rob smiles and pecks Zelda on the cheek he turns to face Spike who seems to be making an awfully big deal out of opening the front door.
Rob: OK Spike....you can stay!
Spike: Really? YES! You guys are the best!
Spike drops his back and jogs across the hall grabbing both Rob and Zelda in a huge group hug. Rob and Zelda look a little uneasy as Spike squeezes them before letting go.
Spike: OK.....so who's up for a game of Smash Bros.?
Zelda's eyes light up and she smiles, grabbing Spike by the hand and dragging him off, presumably to play on some console. Rob shakes his head, smiles and then the scene fades.
