(Scene opens up inside of "Vegas Yoga" where you can smell the Eucalyptus Spearmint in the air, the music is soft and peaceful and It's a perfect and comfortable temperature. The doors open to one of the "Bikram" studios. You can feel the heat as the doors open. Out of the room steps Maddox and Candy, drenched in sweat. Maddox shirtless and in a pair of lycra Lululemon shorts while Candy is a in a matching dark purple Nike sports bra and booty shorts. They are gulping down water from their water bottles and find their way to a bench where their bags are. While Maddox reaches into his bag to grab a towel....)
MADDOX: We didn't get to finish our conversation before we started class. You're sure about me wrestling at Sin City Strike?
(Candy looks up from reaching into her bag and looks at him directly in his eyes)
CANDY: Absolutely.
(She pulls out a grey towel and wraps It around her neck)
CANDY: We came to UPW for you. You ARE UPW! We both have plenty of time to wrestle here. But this is the main event. I've experienced PLENTY-A main events in my career. This is yours. It's your time. This match is going to be epic. You deserve this. This is going to be a highlight in your career and even though i'm back wrestling at UPW, I'm still you're manager here. I'm still in YOUR corner as much as you are always in mine. I want you to have this.
(Maddox just looks at Candy, eyes squinted, a half grin on his face)
MADDOX: You are so selfless.
CANDY: I wasn't always this way mate.

(She reaches over and socks Maddox in the arm)

MADDOX: We did not know what was going to pop off Candy. The Black Hand comes down to the ring, you already know what that spells. You saw what they did to me. There was no way we were allowing that to happen to you.

CANDY: Nothing would have happened if everybody wouldn't have been at that damn ringside. Like I said to Pixi. Let them strike first. Then, we choose how to move. I was not phased by them. But anyways, moving on. I just needed to hit you.
MADDOX: Perfect. I'm glad you got that out.
(Maddox leans back against the wall and lets out a deep sigh)
MADDOX: Sin City Strike. Dead Man's Hand Match. This is going to be insane.
CANDY: Exactly.
MADDOX: We have a battle on the horizon.
CANDY: We absolutely do.
MADDOX: The Alliance has the best warriors to take on The Black Hand and CCAZ. The best soldiers going into this battle.
CANDY: Absolutely. With Pixi and Ruby at your side, you guys are a fucking force to be reckoned with. Those two are absolute beasts in the ring. Each with their own skill set complimented with your skill set, you guys check all the boxes together.
MADDOX: Oh, you aint lying sis.
CANDY: Never do. (She pauses) All I know is that you need to figure out your strategy.
MADDOX: I already have.
CANDY: Oh, do tell.
MADDOX: Well, I have to figure out QUICK on how I personally can eliminate others. That means pinning, trying to lock on a submission or trying to knock the hell out of someone in the early stages. That way, I can figure out what I need to do and how I need to maneuver in the match.
CANDY: Great start. But there are other aspects to pay attention to.
MADDOX: Trust, I know that. (He pauses) I need to pay attention to what other people are doing as well. Did pinfall work for that person? Did that person get a lock in a submission and someone get eliminated?
CANDY: Exactly. Offense as well as defense.
MADDOX: Unless Elijah is just going to count a fall, check for a tap in a submission and count to 10 for everybody and confirm or deny if It was successful. It could go either way. So, just to be ready for that as well.
CANDY: Right, they may not give anything away at all.
MADDOX: Highly likely.
(They both laugh)
MADDOX: So i'll just have to be ready for every scenario. Sharpen up those technical skills, get this fire going and get ready to beat some asses.
CANDY: Exactly, just like on Big Brother. Expect the unexpected.
(Maddox rolls his eyes)

MADDOX: What's new though? He has to make up for something since Bishop is hogging all the spotlight from him and Diaz just simply can't get out from behind It. It must be tough being the 2nd in command and no possibility of moving from that spot on the horizon. He can fling all the money he wants at girls, poke all the old men that he wants, wear as many tight Apex shirts as he wants...but It still doesn't change the fact that he hasn't won anything worth mentioning aside from Homecoming since the Sin City Championship while the leader of the Black Hand has the World Championship. Not being able to pull your weight around in this "supposed" Apex group must be a hard struggle. So he has to overcompensate in order to feel better about himself and thats the ultimate truth.
CANDY: Oof.
(She reaches across with a high five and Maddox connects)
CANDY: We may whine but don't mistake that as a weakness. That's just passion, puta.
MADDOX: On period. (He pauses) UPW will never be doomed without you guys. If anything, UPW is expecting your demise at Sin City Strike. Not only is the entire locker room celebrating the potential crumbling of The Black Hand but the entire UPW fandom is ready to see you guys get your shit rocked inside of that ring. You guys are not going Into Sin City Strike as the favorites. Let's get that straight. You can call yourself the Apex Warriors but that doesn't change the fact that you guys are evenly matched up and you have a GIANT UPHILL battle ahead of you. But the fact that he doesn't even wanna be teamed up with Murphy and we have Eric Ragsdale who don't know left from right in the ring, I say the CCAZ has a hard road ahead of them at Sin City Strike.
(Both Candy and Maddox stand up from the bench go down into a lunge)
MADDOX: Dead Mans Hand is going to be a war. But we thrive in those conditions.

CANDY: Pixi is admittedly, scared.

Everyone can be scared of something. If they are willing to face that fear and reach for the stars, anything is possible. Pixi DESERVES that shot at the World Championship. You and I DESERVE a Tag Team championship and Ruby sure as hell deserves a Sin City Championship shot. I cant think of a more deserving group then us.
CANDY: It's true. Haus of Salvaje may be a newly formed team but we most definitely deserve this shot.
MADDOX: So while this match is going to be massive and there's potential for danger and even potential to lose, of course. I think i'm ready. I know Pixi is ready and I definitely know Ruby is ready. We've been training together, working together and speaking daily. So, there's nothing that we aren't ready for.

Murphy is over there consistently dealing with verbal and emotional abuse from his own people and he's supposed to go into this match with all this added pressure on his shoulders. He has to prove himself to them? That's some shit. I wish you would try that shit with me.
(They both laugh)
MADDOX: For real though. Not only is the main event added pressure but he has to think about his possible career on the line. God, if I were him, i'd be finding some clause in my contract and working with a lawyer to say fuck you to Ragsdale and fuck you to those idiots he's teamed up with. (He pauses) Eric Ragsdale...whos he? I don't know. Dont care. Nathaniel, stiff competition. But the fact that he doesn't even wanna be teamed up with Murphy and we have Eric Ragsdale who don't know left from right in the ring, I say the CCAZ has a hard road ahead of them at Sin City Strike.
(Both Candy and Maddox stand up from the bench go down into a lunge)
MADDOX: Dead Mans Hand is going to be a war. But we thrive in those conditions.
CANDY: We do but I won't be there.
MADDOX: I know but I strive in those conditions. I love extreme. I love carnage. I love high stakes. I love competition.
CANDY: Pixi is admittedly, scared.
MADDOX: I mean, the match is full of potential carnage mate. She said that fear is going to propel her forward. Fear has never stopped anyone from achieving greatness. Everyone can be scared of something. If they are willing to face that fear and reach for the stars, anything is possible. Pixi DESERVES that shot at the World Championship. You and I DESERVE a Tag Team championship and Ruby sure as hell deserves a Sin City Championship shot. I cant think of a more deserving group then us.
CANDY: It's true. Haus of Salvaje may be a newly formed team but we most definitely deserve this shot.
MADDOX: So while this match is going to be massive and there's potential for danger and even potential to lose, of course. I think i'm ready. I know Pixi is ready and I definitely know Ruby is ready. We've been training together, working together and speaking daily. So, there's nothing that we aren't ready for.
CANDY: Absolutely.
MADDOX: Like I said before. The Alliance is NO comparison to The Black Hand simply because we are far beyond them in comparison. They can claim whatever they want. They can call themselves whatever they want. But we ARE UPW! The fans want us to succeed and the fans are expecting us to step up to the plate for them. That we will. (He pauses) While you may be selling t-shirts Bishop...the rest of your boys are not. While you may be extremely focused...your boys are not. They are so far behind you in focus that It's not even funny. You are carrying them like a sack of potatoes and they wont have you at Sin City Strike cause they'll be locked up in those cages with ANIMALS who are ready to rip their heads off and there is nothing you will be able to do to stop that from happening.
(Maddox stands up from his lunge)
MADDOX: You guys may be the Apex in your own minds. But baby, even those who think they are at the top, must fall down to the abyss and that fall from the apex is going to be rough. You have very, very hungry predators SEARCHING for the "supposed" Apex Warriors and we are ready to pray on that cockiness and delusion. Get ready for the fight of your careers because I know that The Alliance are the Apex Killers. So...
(He shrugs)
MADDOX: Get those asses in as many gyms as possible, you're going to need It.
(Maddox gets back down to his lunge and both him and Candy laugh. The scene fades)
