Well then you'll have to research both sides of the issue. That's what I started doing after becoming a Christian.

But, i'd rather research time travel and multiple universes! Not religion! religion pisses people off and makes you loose friends and family and people just want you dead and to blow you up and stuff! but i guess i might one day.

Actually I researched multiple universes BECAUSE of religion, lol. I ended up writing an article about it; trying to imagine how God/Jesus works in various universal scenarios.
Religion isn't bad, it's just gotten bad press lately

Yeah, but it sure causes allot of bad shit to happen. And plus people as a whole are stupid and too rash. I started looking into multiple universes in 7th grade. I have a theroy on them as well. it's not 100% good or nothing but i also thought of it when i was like 14 or 15.

Although Kuroi doesn't like the idea of universal truths/rules; that's certainly one right there, lol

yep. As one person alone it's ok and they will think and have sense. As a large group panic and hysteria break out and people become like a flock of sheep being led to the slaughter.

Stupid and rash are both opinions and therefore is a subjective thought.

Not when people kill others because they think differently. I'm sure we can all agree that's fucking stupid.

That's still an opinion. They don't see it as stupid. Not even Christians when they were responsible for the Crusades and played a huge part in the Spanish Inquisition.

I believe that is literally the point, To learn the truth it will literally have to kill you. I had an atheist roomie in college who used to say, "The worst thing is if I'm wrong I have to stand and face whichever God or Gods turn out to be right and shrug but if I'm right ... there's nothing so I can't even brag to you."

It is absolutely screwed up, but an opinion is subjective. We should all condemn this sort of opinion. When it comes to extremism in religion, Reza Aslan hits the nail on the head: www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1QfgDkFR5E

i guess we never will know till we die. Even though i think most "gods" are aliens. Or something far beyond our understanding just like the universe.
