(Scene opens up in the first aid bay at the Sahara Events Center where a doctor is attending to Candy's open cut from their match. Maddox is sitting on a chair opposite Candy, looking at his phone. He's watching clips from their match with Wicked)
MADDOX: Candy...he fucking LAUNCHED you over that top rope.
(Candy purses her lips and shakes her head, feeling extremely annoyed with Maddox)
CANDY: Yeah, no shit Sherlock.
(But then she cracks a smile)
CANDY: Goes to show you that I don't give a DAMN how big you are, Candy will come for that ass regardless. (She pauses) We love a mid-match switch up team-work though. Vile got what she had coming to her. A good ol' HIJO DE PUTA!
MADDOX: Damn straight, that's what she gets for smacking the shit out of you at the beginning.
(Maddox sets his phone down)
MADDOX: Yo....Madame Wu and CJ Walker came through. How boring would It have been if that match just ended when they got DQed?
CANDY: For real though. So glad we got to see that through.
MADDOX: Same, same, same.
(Maddox leans back and rests his head against the wall)
MADDOX: That was fun though. They just thought they were gonna come through and do what they do and that was It. But NO, we actually won via pin fall and that was a wrap. Back and forth, rough action. They put up a good fight too.
CANDY: We love to see It.
MADDOX: We love to see some blood too....speaking of...You two ripped each other open.
CANDY: Gladly though. It always feels good to see some blood. That's when ya know the doors to chaos are open. What didn't feel good was that impact getting launched out of the ring. That mother fucker.
(She laughs)
CANDY: It's like a got shot out of a canon. Happy to say that's not the highest I've fallen though. Its been much, much worse.
MADDOX: Regardless, I followed through and got that ass together. Just a notch on our belt. We're both playing a singles game and a tag team game so, I mean, whatever front office decides the direction is, we still will have each other regardless.
CANDY: We need to, especially with the black hand fisting club running around here.
MADDOX: Oh god. The fact that we had to sit through that at the opening of the show was exhausting. It's like we seen It coming considering we just came from Sin City Strike and we KNEW they would take the time to gloat and flex their ego's like they usually do.
CANDY: As much as they are annoying, at least they are giving credit where credit is due. YES, Blackheart beat you...but so what? That was one time! He may not be lucky again next time. The kid is coming off of an exciting win and feels like he's on top of the world. We all know how that feels. Let him boast and gloat and swing his dick around. The higher they climb, the further they fall. Everyone has their day of being humbled and their time will come.
MADDOX: I'll give him his credit, always. He got me to say I quit. At the end of the day, I lost. But it's just the humility thats lacking. So while we're on the topic of humility, PROFESSIONALS have humility and that's exactly what he doesn't have. Therefore, STILL a rookie at this. Rookie's win matches and run around acting like they are some top shelf tequila at The Four Seasons when in all actuality you are just a bottle of warm Patron. Anyways....The Black Hand is getting exactly what they want...people to talk about them. We know how men like this operate, unfortunately. People talk, they get attention. The best thing we can do is just not talk about them when we don't need to.
CANDY: Very true.
MADDOX: If Bishop want's to wait till Vendetta to face me for that Openweight Championship, gladly. Because trust me, we most DEFINITELY DO have a Vendetta. Until then, good luck with that Championship match. Which...should have been Pixi.
(Maddox gives a thumbs up to the camera)
CANDY: Thee injustice's. Nathaniel? Openweight Champion? Nah. I don't see It for him just yet.
MADDOX: I don't either so Bishop is going to have a field day with the kid.
CANDY: But ya never know. Those who are underestimated always have the opportunity to come out on top. That's the beauty in this business. You can never predict which way It goes. Nathaniel could very well be the next Openweight Champion.
MADDOX: But again, should be Pixi. #Robbed
CANDY: She was robbed but Brittany will get hers. We will see to that somehow.
(They both laugh)
MADDOX: I wonder where we are going to fall onto this PPV card.
CANDY: Whatever It is, we will provide the entertainment, as we always do.
MADDOX: How are you feeling about this High Roller Championship?
CANDY: Well first and foremost..didn't we suggest something like that? A sponsored High Roller championship?
MADDOX: I honestly believe we did.
CANDY: Yeah, I think we did.

CANDY: I mean, I'd be open to It.
MADDOX: It wouldn't be my first choice. I know it's gold and I could potentially be the first but I have my eyes set on bigger goals and things. Do you think that would be a distraction? Pixi just said It best. But, I don't want to get in her way of her quest.
CANDY: Listen Maddy, you can't worry about Pixi's goals. You can support as a friend but as a competitor, you need your own goals and if you want the World Championship, then set your eyes on It just like her.

CANDY: If It comes down to you or her to be the next choice after Nathaniel, you'll just have to prove yourself against her, ya know?
MADDOX: Absolutely. (He pauses) I'm sure there are SO MANY people with their eyes on that World Championship but, im so hungry for It.

MADDOX: Really speaking that into existence huh?
CANDY: Yes darling, it's called manifestation. It would be poetic justice for the "Champion of Champions" to be dethroned at Hostile Fury.
MADDOX: It really would be. Also to see Rain Blackheart crumble and for Rated M to fall apart. (He pauses) Which....

(They laugh as they finish each others sentence)

MADDOX: And not a good one. It's like the 8% bad review on Rotten Tomatoes. You really needed to make some shitty storyline up about "Old Bitch" keeping you from your contract at UPW to just show up the same week at Friday Night Free For All? What a joke.
CANDY: At least wait a bit and show up at Hostile Fury for suspense.

CANDY: The gang is back together. Speaking of.....the Mayor....
(She chuckles and then rolls her eyes)

(The doctor sets down his tools on the counter and walks out of the room)

(Candy hops of the bed and follows Maddox out the door. Scene fades)
