An eerie cold silence drops over the venue as an ominous chanting begins while the lighting begins to darken. Once the building is shrouded in darkness, the sound system and the people are shocked awake by the explosion of the heavily distorted guitars beginning the intro riff to the music. Pale green and murky orange lights circle the building and pulse lightly with the beat of the music. Two spotlights appear in the middle of the entrance way. From the shadows, out walk two men to take their spots. MEHRUNES SMITH, in his trademarked leather coat, strokes at the tentacles of his mask as he surveys the buildings from behind the dead black eyes of the mask while SCOTT FARGO has his sights lasered in on the direction of the ring while he unzips his black hoodie. While making their walk, Smith continues to glare around out at the people while Fargo continues a determined walk his body swaying with the rough beat. As they near the ring, Smith takes the stairs and skirts along the apron, gesturing out to the crowd as he does. Fargo rolls in under the bottom rope and pounces to his feet. Smith crouches down in the ring and faces toward the hard camera with a tilted head, Fargo poses behind him taking off his hoodie and holding it above his head.

CHARACTER BACKGROUND/HISTORY
Mehrunes Smith has been a professional wrestler, or dreamed about being one, for as long as he can remember. Mehrunes as of now has been wrestling for almost five years and he has not always wrestled under the imposing tentacled mask. There has been a lot of fan speculation and wild conspiracy theories on who or where Smith has been before he donned the mask and had his biggest break of his career when he debuted in Next Level Wrestling in late 2021. Despite having wrestled for so long, there is no information that exists on his prior aliases or even his life outside of the ring. In NLW, Smith portrayed himself as a messenger for the end times and was soon joined by a tag team partner. The grizzled, world traveled veteran, Scott Fargo. Fargo made his name early on in Japan and even graduated from the now defunct DRAGON Den which was headed by legendary Junior Heavyweight, DRAGON Inoue. Fargo and Mehrunes made effective use of their short time together in NLW as they won the inaugural tournament to crown NLWs first ever Tag Team Champions.
Mid 2022, Fargo would leave NLW citing personal issues with management, leaving Smith on his own. Smith would capture the NLW Southern States Championship weeks later. Then NLW closed. Fargo went to Japan, Mehrunes went to France. Now they're here.

Mehrunes Smith is a hard man to read when you stand opposite from him in the ring. Mostly because of the mask but also because of his cold and calculated body language. Sort of like a cold blooded viper. Exceptionally fast and quick thinking with a deep knowledge of submission wrestling allows him to quickly get his opponents off guard long enough for Mehrunes to hit some of his bigger moves. Plays chess with opponents. Starts slow and speeds up with the ability and the talent to adapt to an opponent who tries to ground him or slow him down.

Scott Fargo made his pro wrestling debut in the early Summer of 2003 in and around his local scene. He ended up on the radar of a veteran wrestler in the scene who had taken a liking to the way Fargo presented himself so early in his career, and with his connections in Japan managed to get Fargo enrolled to train in a dojo for one of the prominent Japanese pro wrestling promotions of the time. After several years of grinding in Japan and making leaps and bounds in improving his skills, Fargo took that experience and knowledge and turned it into a successful career back Stateside. His biggest break on American soil came in the summer of 2014, eleven years after wrestling his first match, when he signed on with IWT. Becoming their inaugural Universal Champion in the main event of IWTs biggest show of all time just a year later meanwhile forming a deep connection and bond with James Dragon during their time there. After IWT's closure at the end of 2015 due to managerial incompetency, Fargo left American again to tour the world of wrestling making stops in the UK and Australia, as well as Japan. In 2019 Fargo would return to America full time after penning a contract with the Ascension Wrestling Federation, RIGHT HERE! ON THE XHF NETWORK! Fargo captured the XHF Phoenix Championship during this time.
Fargo left the AWF at the end of 2019 thereabouts and continued his world tour before returning the XHF Network in 2021, teaming with Mehrunes Smith as "The End" in NLW. During their short run in NLW, The End managed to beat out all the other teams in NLW, winning the tournament to crown the first NLW Tag Team Champions. NLW closed lol. Scott Fargo utilises his height and his size to his advantage well. Clubbing overhand blows, stiff strikes, high angle suplexs and the nastiest head drops to make even the most hardened walker of the King's Road to cringe serve to get his opponents, or more likely victims, in a stunned enough state for Scott Fargo to go to work. When his victims have been beat up enough, Fargo trades out his strikes, slams, and plexs for his bottomless box of submission holds. It's at this point in the matches where Fargo's focus goes from the head and neck area of his opponents to a near obsessive focus on the opponents calves and knees. Like a Surgeon, Scott Fargo is near clinical in hunting down his victims limbs and searching out holds, even if they won't end the match Fargo will slap on holds and transition to different holds at a frantic pace to get his opponents in a state of panic.
