| Name: Joey Lazarus Occupation: General Manager
Joey Lazarus has been a promoter off and on for years, most famously heading up Xtreme Wrestling Zone. Simply stated, XWZ was ahead of it time.
His wife’s penchant for sleeping with talent eventually lead to the company’s closure. Now divorced, Joey is more determined than ever to prove he had lightning in a bottle during XWZ’s run…and that he can do it again.
Considering himself a genius and visionary as far as wrestling promoters go, ‘Laz’ as he’s known to his friends is looking to strike gold in South America by bringing forth the next craze in professional wrestling Conquest Wrestling Federation.
A smooth negotiator, Laz does his best to leverage any set back into a positive. What does he have in store for CWF? Join us in South America to find out!

| Name: Kestas Kasuba Occupation: Head of event security
Former Serzantas Majoras of the Lithuanian Land Force, Kasuba was in charge of training new recruits.
Following seven years in his post, he was discharged following complaints of extreme cruelty.
Now known as Laz’ ‘General’, Kasuba is officially the head of CWF’s security. |

| Name: Alyssa Lucchi Occupation: Backstage interviewer
Alyssa has had a tumultuous relationship with professional wrestling. At first, she was known as that reporter that dated the wrestlers. Moving from one wrestler to another, she was jokingly referred to as a morale booster. One such relationship unfortunately resulted in a sex tape being leaked.
Her popularity skyrocketed, so did her partying. She was spiralling out of control, well on her way to being a footnote. Just another piece of eye candy.
Then she met a wrestler that would change her life. At first he seemed to torment her, but as time went on it became clear he was testing her. Challenging her to be more than some throw away gag. She rose to the occasion.
Years later, this Alyssa is a different women. Intelligent, street smart and professional; the Italian-American beauty learned the value of hard work, the hard way.
Her presence in Conquest Wrestling Federation ensures a journalistic integrity few others could replicate.

| Name: Eric Wilson Occupation: Ring Announcer
At only 21 years old Eric is by far the least experienced member of the CWF Staff but is a self proclaimed 'Super-fan'.
Discovered by Joey Lazarus at a local event in his native Detroit, Eric was hired primarily for his 'look' and the fact that he was willing to sign a ridiculously long term low ball offer for any prospective in-ring talent.
As Eric took his first - extremely shaky - steps toward an in ring career it was discovered that he had an undiagnosed case of Dyspraxia as he - repeatedly - fell flat on his face.
Laz was irate to discover that Eric was now tied to a long term contract and no hope of ever transitioning into the ring. Begrudgingly Eric was appointed the role of Ring Announcer, a role Lazarus is now forced to pay the young man way over the going rate to fill. |
| Name: Ben Price Occupation: Play-By-Play Commentator
Ben Price is what every promoter searches for when looking for ‘the voice’ of their promotion. Knowledgeable, professional and excitable, the New England native brings his boy next door looks to a profession of monsters and heroes.
While other little boys dreamed of being world champion, Ben dreamed of calling their match. He calls each match like it could be his last and with a passion and desire for professional wrestling that just can’t be denied.
Looking to make the most of his big break after two years spent calling Indy matches for various YouTube channels, Ben Price is ready to tell the stories of the stars of CWF!
Paired with Eddie Vega, Ben is the straight man to the former wise guy’s antics and colourful expressions. |
|
| | Name: Eddie Vega Occupation: Color Commentator
Eduardo “Fast Eddie” Vega is the youngest son of Italian immigrant parents. As a youth he ran numbers for a local mob outfit to make extra money.
That led to his nickname of “Fast Eddie” and spending most of his young adult and adult life working for the mob…you know, allegedly.
Known to have the gift of gab and the gift of jab, Fast Eddie is excitable, unpredictable and has a wise guy’s one liner ready at a moment’s notice.
A fan of the heels, Eddie loves to see a ‘bad guy’ make good. |
| Name: Juan Peñas Occupation: Spanish play by play commentator
Juan Peñas has worked for the finest Mexican Lucha Libre promotions for years now. Intentionally hired as the Spanish play by play commentator, Juan was less than thrilled to have a hiring error pair him with Only Ichi.
Being forced to make the best of a bad situation, ‘Juan and Only’ comprise the first ever combination international broadcast team. For better or worse this pair will be ringside at every CWF event translating for the company’s YouTube channel. |
|
| | Name: Only Ichi Occupation: Spanish Colour Commentator
Only(pronounced Hon-Lee) Ichi graduated from the prestigious Tokyo Institute of Technology with a degree in communications. This is not why he was hired.
In what can only be described as a “hiring error”, the thirty year old Japanese junior announcer was mistakenly hired as part of thE CWF Spanish announce team. Rather than fire him and risk a lawsuit before even opening the doors, Lazarus created the first ever combination international broadcast team.
Paired with Juan Peñas, this Spanish-Japanese fusion jokingly christened ‘Juan and Only’ should be interesting if nothing else. |
| Name: Daniel ‘stitch’ Corgan Occupation: Medic/trainer
“Stitch”, as he became known during his time as a cut man, has been working combat sport events for the past eight years.
A former paramedic, he tired of seeing kids and young adults in his ambulance and decided to leave ambulance work in favour of private medic services. Working boxing and MMA events led to cut man work which brought him to the attention of Joey Lazarus following a particularly violent MMA bout where a durable competitor only stayed in the fight due to Danny’s skill. Going on to win the fight in spectacular comeback fashion, he thanked “stitch” in his post fight interview.
In charge of the health and we’ll being of the roster, Daniel takes his position very seriously and treats heels and faces with the same attention to detail and compassion he showed as an emergency service paramedic. |

| Name: Clyde Baxter Occupation: Senior Referee
Clyde Baxter; veteran of countless championship matches. So trusted was this man’s eye on the ring, that he spent the 1990’s traveling from one promotion to another at the behest of the highest bidder.
Walking away in 2011 amid rumours of health and vision problems after a series of questionably officiated matches, he made one mistake too many. Missing a blatant low blow, the lapse in concentration resulted in a championship changing hands.
Ten years later, Joey Lazarus has brought this long time zebra out of retirement hoping his championship pedigree and not his blunderous mistakes come to the forefront.
Match writing effect: Clyde tends to miss illegal tactics. |
| Name: Leroy Wallace Occupation: Referee
Hailing from the streets of New York, New York; Leroy always had to hustle to survive.
Organizing neighbourhood fights as a teen, he often served as both bookie and referee before coming to the attention of a local Indy promotion and being offered a chance to “go legit”.
Using money to help support his mother and siblings, this developed an “anything for money” approach to life that has followed Leroy through his referee career.
Leroy has been at the center of a number of allegations involving supposed bribes by competitors. Joey Lazarus has brought Leroy in because of the controversy and attention he garners for his fledgling promotion.
Match Writing effect: Leroy is bribe-able. One or more competitors may message CWF staff and attempt to bribe this referee. This will not overturn the result of a match, but will result in favourable calls for your character. If more than one competitor bribes Leroy, he simply aides with whomever offered more.

| Name: Ashley Beaton Occupation: Referee
Ashley is from the east coast of Canada and brings that Canadian niceness with her in all her dealings. However, inside the ring it’s her way or the highway.
Extremely hardworking and looking to constantly prove herself in a profession dominated by men, Ashley sets her personal bar incredibly high. She’s tough but fair, an excellent all around referee and mentor to Erica Costa-Alvarez.
Clyde Baxter had better watch his back, it is only a matter of time before people start wondering when he will retire, and Ashley will become Senior Referee.
Match writing effect: Ashley is extremely competent, very few offences will be missed. She will enforce the rules to the letter. |
| Name: Scott Jones Occupation: Referee
Honest and hardworking, Scott Jones was raised in a small town in Illinois by blue collar parents. In the ring, Jones’ classic small town American upbringing shines as he calls every match right down the middle with an “aww shucks” smile on his face.
Incorruptible, the experienced referee was a great get for Conquest Wrestling Federation and should help add stability to the referee pool with Ashley Beaton and referee in training; Erica.
The most physically imposing of the referees, Scott will not hesitate to remind any wrestler who steps out of line just who is in charge.
Match writing effect: Calls matches fairly and is extremely difficult to intimidate. |
| Name: Erica Costa-Alvarez Occupation: Junior Referee
This twenty year old, rookie referee has been restricted to dark matches as she gains experience under the watchful eye of Ashley Beaton. Erica has, thus far, shown herself to be an honest and competent, and a tad green, referee.
Picked solely so Joey Lazarus could promote that he hired a local girl, the young Brazilian understands the opportunity she is being given and has promised not to squander it.
Learning on the job, Erica will likely experience ’growing pains’ as she establishes the type of referee she will be.
Match writing effect: Erica is honest and fair but her inexperience can be taken advantage of by heels. |
