Rude: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a rundown on the newest card on the XHF Network, Wrestle:UK's Legacy! I am Archie Rude, and I am joined by my colleague Jeremy Tucker.
Tucker: Glad to be here, Archie Rude! Also joining us is the owner of Wrestle:Uk Mr. Blood.
Blood: Gentlemen.
Rude: Mister Blood, if I may what lead you to this decision to create Wrestle:UK?
Blood: I owned a controlling stake in the CWA, I had purchased an interest in the NPW from Gus Arnold, and made the SWAT Board of Directors a reasonable offer. I then decided it was in the best interest of the companies and their legacies to quit running them independently and return them to the fold of the XHF as a new product honoring both. Very easy decision, Archie.
Tucker: Well said, and let's begin this rundown of the card. First off is the Commonwealth Battle Royale which has been stated will be open to any and all XHF Network stars regardless of where they are signed. Does it worry you that an outsider might be the first person to lay claim to this prestigious title?
Blood: I believe in my heart that the roster I have here in Wrestle:UK will be able to hold their own, Jerry.
Rude: And if they aren't?
Blood: That would be disappointing.
Rude: Well, the assembled superstars of Wrestle:UK will be on deck for this battle royal including former SWAT tag team champions, 'the Wolverine' David Vector! And his now bitter enemy, the multiple world time world champion Psychotic Goth. These two men will fight their way through the rest of the roster to get a chance at each other, Tucker.
Tucker: After Goth's betrayal of Vector at the last show, Vector will be out for revenge! But also entering the battle royal are the Red Slayer and the White Dragon! These two men are united by their own code of honor and violence, and no doubt will seek to claim the Commonwealth title.
Rude: Shimo and Matsui are indeed a force to be reckoned with. But you can't overlook the legendary Von Krauss bloodline, the Circus Vermillion will be in full effect at New Dawn.
Blood: Also don't overlook that the last Amazons Champion, Olympia is entering the field. The Golden Spartan is ready to show the UK that she is force to be reckoned with.
Tucker: Speaking of women? I have noticed that Wrestle:UK is an intergender company now.
Blood: Very true, wrestling has to evolve. And Wrestle:UK is evolving with it.
Rude: Speaking of evolution, we should not overlook that Donzig-gun led by the Baroness Sinclair Godfrey will also be in the battle royal. Sinclair is as bad as the other one, and with the ODS at her side? I don't relish the chances of the rest of the field.
Tucker: My money is on the Dark Stars, Archie. Commandrix and her minions have not been seen for a few months, and the Dark Stars are always hungry for gold. I wouldn't count them out, plus you know there is bad blood between her and the Baroness. We maybe in for more then one war at New Dawn.
Rude: What about John Cannon and his crew? We can't count out the last SWAT TV Champion and his army, plus his alliance with Goth. Cannon could be a force to reckoned with, especially with his heat for the rest of the former SWAT roster for destroying the World Championship.
Blood: Plus I am sure there will be plenty of surprises, gentlemen.
Rude: The next match on the card is one of the matches for the tournament to determine the new Wrestle:UK champion. The Bastards' big man, Billy Fowler takes on the high flying Xialong.
Tucker: This should be a match for the ages, Rude. The raw power of Fowler versus the speed and technical skill of Xialong. This match could steal the show, and bring more gold to the United Kingdom's very own the Bastards!
Rude: That could be, Jerry.
Blood: Next up is my personal favorite match of the show, Eddie Havok vs. Ronnie Long.
Tucker: Havok was undefeated for the better part of a year, and was a champion in several companies! He could be an underestimated force in Wrestle:UK, and I can't wait to see what he does against the dangerous veteran Ronnie Long.
Rude: Another champion with a decorated pedigree, Ronnie Long has a chip on his shoulder. He didn't appreciate being moved to Britain, and word is he is not high on the XHF Network. This should be a battle between two dangerous, highly skilled veterans for a shot at the gold! I can't wait to see it!
Blood: That brings us to another match that promises to be a show stealer.
Tucker: I have been waiting for this one, Archie!
Rude: 'The Good Guy' Eddie D vs. Donzig! Eddie D has been the people's champion for a few months after he was banished from the KGB, and he has little love for Soutter's former attack dog.
Tucker: The Scourge will be out for blood, Donzig blames everyone else for this transition! And he has no love for people who--
Rude: Careful.
Tucker: --panders to the rabble? Sucks up to the cheapseats? Eddie's attitude will not find favor with the self-proclaimed Death in High Places.
Blood: I have spoken to Eddie D, and he seems to be a fine fellow. But I have not yet managed to speak to Donzig.
Tucker: Uh.
Rude: You're not missing much.
Blood: Really? I heard he was a generational talent, and one of the most feared and respected men on any network?
Tucker: And a sociopath.
Rude: He is not a nice man, Mister Blood.
Tucker: That brings us to the big one! The Main Event!
Rude: The last tag team champions of two great companies! The Bastards, one of the most decorated tag teams in network history! Versus the sons of the Shoot Fighter, the multiple time champions of Team Fairtex! This is the big one, Tucker!
Tucker: The Bastards will kick, fight, and bite to be the first WUK Tag Team Champions! Frank Windsor is the baddest man in Britain, and Rob Riot will tear the roof off the O2! But Team Fairtex is going to give them a fight they won't soon forget!
Rude: I wouldn't underestimate the pride of NPW, the Bastards are fighters born and bred! They own feds, Tucker.
Blood: Boys, boys, boys. This will be settled in the ring!
Rude: Fair enough, this is Archie Rude signing off for Mr. Blood and Jeremy Tucker! See you at New Dawn!
