BIOGRAPHY
Jack Diamond came from a humble upbringing in Cherokee, North Carolina. He is proud of his Cherokee heritage. While he grew up without much money, things changed when his family were allowed to open a Casino in the North Carolina mountains. The kickbacks from the casino quickly afforded Diamond to spend his teen years "showing off" what wealth he accumulated. Always a fan of wrestling, Diamond would travel around NC to many of the shows and decided from an early age that is what he wanted to do. Through connections of his family, he was trained by Christopher Chavis, better known as Tatanka. During his formal training in his early 20s he began competing across the Tarheel region in various promotions hoping to make it big one day. He fell in love with the regional promotions and did this for many years (it was never and will never be about money for Diamond, he has plenty) until finally deciding to take it to the next level with a national promotion, ICW. In ICW Diamond quickly rose to the top winning the companies top two singles titles as well as it's tag title. He was the companies first and only World champion. Unfortunately, ICW would ultimately go out of business due to poor management.
With ICW's closure, Diamond was considering hanging it up, or even returning to smaller promotions. Instead, he joined his former foe turned friend, Bobby Barratt, in the XHF Network, finding a home in Canton, Ohio's AWF. Jack would build his first Diamond Club casino in Canton and he and Bobby would form The Icons, a group of former ICW wrestlers. It was Jack, Bobby, and Maverick who would go on to change the landscape of the XHF and rack up accolade after accolade. Singles titles, tag titles, awards, Hall of Fame nods, X*Crown Championships. Jack and Bobby would ultimately leave the AWF while succeeding on a global level until eventually the two of them would have one more battle at their own show, Diamonds Are Forever. On that night Jack would put up his ICW World Title for a shot at Bobby's X*Crown championship in hopes of winning it a third time. Bobby would prove to have the upper hand and Jack, humbly accepted this and walked away from the business.
As we all know though, retirement in the wrestling business can be a funny thing. Jack Diamond made his return at the 2020 XHF Rumble. In his absence, Maverick would lose his Canton Diamond Club to Anthony Caffrey who would in turn sell it to Mongo. Mongo, one of Jack's competitors in the Hotel industry wanted to put Jack out of business. Jack would plan a heist to take back control of his Diamond Club while also trying to right past wrongs in the ring. It was during this time that it was discovered that Jack was battling with schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder. In a move to get back control of his lift in and out of the ring, Jack would once again take a long hiatus from the business. Until the 2022 Rumble. Jack showed back up in probably the best shape of his career and determined to make this run count, a legacy that he can leave for his son Ace. After Jack's decent showing in the Rumble, it was revealed that he was signed by Cross Recoba's TAPOUT WRESTLING. Leading into the Rumble, Jack made it clear that he would be seeking a home to make his mark in and win their championship. He now sets his eyes on all things TOW heading into TAPOUT 4, including the upcoming Openweight Championship Tournament.
