Good Morning Halifax

(Tong Fairtex is sitting in a chair waiting for his cue an ear piece is in his ear as he waits for the interviewer to come and sit down.  He continues to wait and sees one of the stage hands pass by.)

Tong Fairtex:  "Where's the interviewer."

Stage Hand:  "He'll be here soon."

Tong Fairtex:  "Still blow drying his hair while talking about how great he is."

Stage Hand:  "Don't let him hear that."

Tong Fairtex:  "Yeah.  Yeah."

(The Interviewer, Jacques Favreau, comes and sits down and straightens his tie as Tong roles his eyes and the producer gives Jacques his cue.)

Jacques Favreau:  "Welcome to 'Hello Halifax' and with me today is one half of Team Fairtex, Tong Fairtex, who's here representing Wrestle:  UK in what is going to be an interesting best of three battle for the Wrestle:  UK Tag Team Championships.  Welcome to the show Tong."

Tong Fairtex:  "Thanks and I'm glad to be here."

Jacques Favreau:  "So what do you think of Halifax."

Tong Fairtex:  "It's a beautiful place and Team Fairtex enjoyed the sites and sounds and the nightlife.  However, this isn't about promoting the scenery and the tourist attractions it's about the upcoming card."

Jacques Favreau:  "That's correct.  So what do you think of your competition in your best of three series."

Tong Fairtex:  "You know we faced some tough opponents during our career in places like SWAT and briefly in the later years of the old Hardkore World and the forgettable laughable GWF promotion which was a waste of our time and efforts.  Yet let me tell you this tag team competition has a very tough group of teams."

Jacques Favreau:  "Let's start with Cambrey/Condrey."

Tong Fairtex:  "Team Fairtex doesn't know much about this team but we're not going to overlook them.  That's something we never do and if we do meet it could be an interesting match since we respect our opponents."

Jacques Favreau:  "Then there's The Purge."

Tong Fairtex:  "We're not going to underestimate them because of their name nor are we going to make fun of them.  They seem quite dangerous and can get you at anytime when you least expect it.  They have a dangerous valet named Jezebel and we're not going to overlook her either since she can interfere in the match at any point in the match.  They can be a force to be reckoned with and have a future here."

Jacques Favreau:  "What do you think of The Skulls of Grim."

Tong Fairtex:  "Team Fairtex hasn't seen them wrestle yet and that makes them quite dangerous.  Eddie Havok recruited these men and they are three of the toughest wrestlers in Wrestle:  UK.  So it's reasonable to say that The Skulls of Grim could win this whole best of three series and go on to face either the Bastards
or Oblivion Death Squad."

Jacques Favreau:  "How about The Dark Stars."

Tong Fairtex:  "I've heard of The Dark Stars and being this is Halifax and this is the former home of NPW.  The Dark Stars are going to be the hometown favorites and heroes being they wrestled there.  When they battled the Oblivion Death Squad they proved to be just as brutal and their reputations of being gladiators is quite proven to be just that and that's gladiators."

Jacques Favreau:  "What do you think of the final team in this best of three series."

Tong Fairtex:  "Which team."

Jacques Favreau:  "Damn I completely forgot."

Tong Fairtex:  "You mean to tell me you forgot the final team in this best of three match."

Jacques Favreau:  "I'm trying to remember."

Tong Fairtex:  "Yeah while blow drying your bad hairdo and flossing your teeth while admiring your looks and building up your big ego."

Jacques Favreau:  "Why I never......"

Tong Fairtex:  "Yeah I can agree with that."

Jacques Favreau:  "You insulting my intelligence."

Tong Fairtex:  "Is that what your doing during this interview or before the interview."

Jacques Favreau: "What do you mean."

Tong Fairtex:  "Let's see I was two hours early.  You were close to two hours late.  I was sitting around waiting while the show continued on until you finally arrived when I could have working out to prepare for my match."

Jacques Favreau:  "It's not my fault that I'm late."

Tong Fairtex:  "Look when Team Fairtex does an appearance we arrive on time and ready to meet and greet our fans.  When we do interviews and news conferences we are on time and ready for the interview or news conferences.  It's called sticking to the itinerary and that's what we do."

Jacques Favreau:  "I'm sure that is true."

Tong Fairtex:  "Yeah it's quite true and when Mr. Blood sets the itinerary we stick to it along with the rest of the Wrestle:  UK roster."

Jacques Favreau:  "Getting back to the match what do you think of your chances of winning."

Tong Fairtex:  "Like I said earlier the competition's going to be tough and anyone can win this best of three series to face The Bastards or Oblivion Death Squad.
We're going to be ready and we hope to win that shot at the Wrestle:  UK Tag Team Championships."

Jacques Favreau:  "Well I wish you luck and right now we go to the weather."

Tong Fairtex:  "I'm out of here."

(Tong leaves relieved that he doesn't have to be further interviewed by Jacques Favreau as the scene slowly fades to black.)
