Hello! So I already chatted about this with Mongo and we were talking about this project I'm leading at work. So there's this program from a company called Belbin where we rate statements to how we approach work. They're all important and we actually take more than one role when we work. We all do a lot of things well and there are a lot of things we also do poorly. The results come in with percentiles and individual ranking. For a while, I've thought about those how this would work with the Network. Sure, we're not at work but from seeking from experience managing the AWF, our team functions like one. I'm sure other feds and even the XHF Network as a whole functions similarly in this respect. So without going too deeply, I'm curious which roles fit you best. What's your topic three? Personally, I've taken the whole exam through work (You can look to officially do yours on your own, but they cost money and can be expensive.) Here are my top three (in order too): 1. Specialist 2. Monitor Evaluator 3. Plant Here's the pic for reference:

Oh man, if I was smart I'd scroll up our original chat about this and find out what I thought was closest to me. If I were smart that is. Hmmm, let's take a look at the listing again...
Top 3: (Maybe not in order) 1. Co-Ordinator (Anyone who knows my leadership style when it comes to the XHF/Network knows it, lol) 2. Plant (I think) 3. Monitor Evaluator (Maybe?)
Are those the ones I came up with last time? I can't remember. I think we've got a good mix in the Network admin team which helps a lot.

From our conversation: MongotheDestroyer — 08/05/2022 I can see me fitting into Plant, Monitor/Evaluator, Shaper, Coordinator at least, maybe a Specialist too which, judging from the last column explains why I delegate everything and only write like 1 match a year if that, lol I agree with coordinator and even monitor evaluator but of the three, I'd put Plant as third. I may also consider Shaper as being in your top three, but I'm not so sure how much I agree with Specialist.
