*We open up in this evening's debut edition of Ascendancy to a fairly plush office. It is dark, apart from the desk, which is lit up with artificial light, provided by a red neon VXW that hangs on the wall above it. Sat at the desk is a young man called Alex Reid. He is your VXW owner. He looks up, and produces a quirky Smile, he removes his glasses an places them on the desk.*

Reid: Hello there. I'm Alex Reid. Some of you may know me from my former stints as a manager in the TXI, CWA and XHF. Others may know me for my brief receivership of the CWA. Well however you may have known me before, things have changed, youll soon see Im a much different person than back then, all for the better I believe. Now I'm here to open the show, the very first Ascendancy. Ive had about a week to think about what I wanted to say to you, and, much has happened in the week that makes me want to change what I want to say.

*He thinks.*

Reid: Let me first tell you what you wont see in the VXW. You wont see ridiculously pointless moments of male wrestler exposure, or see any exploding limos with my very self in it. No, you wont see any of that. You wont see false champions, youll not see the same mistakes our predecessors made.

*He smiles.*

Reid: you see, that's why were all here, this is what the VXW is. We are a calamity, we are nothing but the result of careless mistakes of others. We are all here because all of the failures need to be amended, and they are not being amended in our competitors ranks. No, you will only see the progression of talent here folks. You see, a wise man and I spoke on the phone the other day, and I told him that the wrestling business is in decline, funnily enough he then coined it on live TV just hours later. He was right though folks, and the fact is, this can be changed. VXW is offering hope and light for the future.

*Reid stands up.*

Reid: I am creating an empire, an empire that already consists of some fantastic superstars, the likes of MGK, Rob Arnold, AJ Phoenix, Doc, all these names are household names! These names are here because they have seen the light, they know the future. The future is VXW! Now lets get wrestling!

*We then cut out to the arena itself.*

Romero: Hello folks! I'm Dan Romero, and welcome to VXW Ascendancy! I'm here with my long time broadcast partner, "The Man with the Plan" Sam Shining!
Shining: Good to be put back to work, as always Dan!
Romero: Let's get straight into our first match of the night!

*The opening part of "Animal I have Become" begins to play out of the speakers. The arena gets darker, with a dark purple shade to it. Smoke begins to slowly fill the area in front of the curtain.

I cant escape this Hell
So many times I've tried
But I'm still caged inside
Somebody get me through this Nightmare
I can't control myself!

With the opening verse complete, white lights begin to flash all around the arena, as the chorus hits.

So what if you can see
The darkest side of me
No one will ever change this animal I have become
Help me believe, Its not the real me
Somebody help me tame this animal I have become

With the chorus going on, you can see the body of Chaz Murphy walk through the smoke, with his hood over his head. He gets to the edge of the stage, where the smoke is thinner, and stops. He raises his head and arms up to the sky, as fire erupts behind him, before quickly dying down. He then makes his way to the ring with his head down. Once in the center of the ring, he pulls his hood back, before taking off his trench coat.*

Romero: Well here's Chaz Murphy, he's got an interesting match to deal with here, Nelly Angel...and Big D.
Shining: Oh man, that D cracks me up. I've missed his antics!

*"Big D music" by big D play,and out to ring come the one Big d,fans go crazy with Hugh cheers and then,BOOOM explosion!! Big D in ring pinata.*

Shining: And here his is...wooo! Go deester!
Romero: ... I'm lost for words...

*Jet's "Rip it Up" starts pounding out of the PA system as Nelly Angel comes bursting out of the back. He runs out onto the entranceway as his manager Joey Hawke slowly walks behind him. Nelly then runs down the ramp and slides into the ring, ultra pumped for his match while Joey Hawke slowly finds his place at ringside.*

Shining: And here's Nelly Angel, accompanied by Joey Hawke, now I dunno what it is, but I'm not sure if Hawke can be trusted.
Shining: We'll see Dan, we'll see!

Triple Threat Match
Chaz Murphy vs. Big D vs. Nelly Angel

---

"Ding Ding Ding!". As soon as he heard the bell Big D runs over toward his opponents, slides underneath Nellys legs and then out of the ring strangely enough. He runs up the ramp and, of all things, flips off everyone before blowing up!

Shining: Well um, we definitely started this match off with a bang to say the least!

Nelly and Chaz shrug comically and begin to fight amongst themselves back inside the ring. Nelly charges in but Chaz quickly hits an arm drag, but Nelly lands on his feet! Nelly runs in again but Chaz flips him up from a back body drop but Nelly again lands on his feet again.

Romero: Nelly is resilient no doubt.

Nelly charges again leading Chaz to believe that he has learned the routine and bends forward waiting to hit another back body drop, but Nelly telegraphs it and lands a front dropkick to the point of Chazs head. The crowd Oohs as Chaz falls backward holding his head. Joey Hawke cheers on the outside as Nelly continues the attack. Nelly attempts to lock in a surfboard stretch but Chaz powers out of it. Chaz delivers a quick power bomb for Nelly's troubles landing him hard on the mat with a thud. Chaz then signals that its over as he picks up a limp Nelly Angel and puts him on his shoulders.

Romero: He is going for the Rise Again!

But Nelly lands on his feet! Turns around to face forward and flips up hitting springboard asai DDT.

Shining: Interviewers Invert!

Now Nelly travels for the top rope. He climbs each turnbuckle and attempts to measure the distance he has to fly. He leaps but Chaz suddenly moves! Chaz gets underneath Nelly and quickly hits his Rise Again finisher before making the cover, 1...2...3!

Winner via Pinfall: Chaz Murphy!

Romero: I have to say, this Chaz Murphy fellow was certainly very impressive in his debut here tonight.
Shining: Indeed he was, though on the other hand I'd also be willing to bet we haven't seen the last of Nelly Angel himself either regardless of his defeat, and as for Big D? Um, well let's just say that's anyone's guess since he IS apparently a piata after all, go figure...

"Awesomeness isn't a word, it's a Lifestyle!"

*The fans in attendance hit there feet as the lights in the arena fade to a deep black as the famous quote comes spiraling out of the speakers followed by the opening of "Hysteria" by Muse!

The lights begin to flash blue and white along with the opening. Right at about the twelve second mark the lights stop strobing and a single silver spotlight hits the center of the ramp as fog begins to seep from the floor. A figure comes rising up from the floor at a steady pace. This figure has a white towel draped over his head and you can see a red heart symbol on the back of a blue vest. At about the twenty second second mark silver pyro explode from the ramp and Steve Awesome begins to descend down the ramp.

"It's bugging me, grating me
And twisting me around
Yeah I'm endlessly caving in
And turning inside out"

As Awesome walks down the ramp he takes the towel off his head and throws it up behind his back with one hand and catches it with his other, much like Mr. Perfect did. Awesome arrogantly struts his way towards the ring. Dressed in a pair of black tights that go down to the upper thigh. That same heart symbol is placed on the crotch area and the word Awesome was written on the butt in elegant blue lettering. He had black elbow pads and white wrist tape. His knee pads were black as was his boots. He had on a pair of black kick pads with a blue upside down triangle. And he had that blue vest with the heart symbol on it. As he walked the chorus wails.

'Cause I want it now
I want it now
Give me your heart and your soul
And I'm breaking out
I'm breaking out
Last chance to lose control"

Awesome arrogantly climbs into the ring, making sure he took his time as he took the stares and stepped through the second and top ropes. Once in he takes a few steps in and kneels down in the middle of the ring. He held his hands out like Orton as silver pyro rains down on the Awesome One. Once the pyro die down, Awesome awaits his opponent as his music fades.*

Romero: Well this certainly is do or die for Steve Awesome, he's on his last chance to claim his defunct title back.
Shining: All about pride now Dan, and I'm not sure he'll be getting it back against this big man!

*"Bodies" by Drowning Pool starts to play over the PA as Hoppy appears on the entrance ramp with his manager Paul Heyman. Paul gives Hoppy a pat on the back before they continue down the ramp. Paul walks over the steps and gets into the ring and Paul awaits Hoppy by standing in the middle of the ring. Hoppy jumps up to the apron of the ring and pyros shoot from the ring posts.*

Singles Match
(If Awesome Wins, he gets a shot at the TXA World Heavyweight championship against Mark Evil Next week.)
Steve Awesome vs. Hoppy

The bell rings, and Steve Awesome sizes up his giant opponent. Hoppy slowly lumbers towards his opponent and they lock up. Hoppy obviously with the advantage throws Awesome to the floor. Awesome looks up and shakes his head. Still, determined he walks back to Hoppy and locks up again, with the same result as last time happening. Awesome looks up at his monstrous opponent and nods. He gets up and looks for a third lock up, however he smartly kicks Hoppy in the gut, forcing Hoppy to bend down. He clubs Hoppy in the back over and over, forcing him down to one knee.

Romero: Awesome looking to bring Hoppy down to his level here.
Shining: Yeah but come on Dan, Hoppys huge, hes a monster, Awesome wont keep him down.

Awesome runs to the ropes, and on his return Hoppy regroups and flattens him with a giant shoulder block. Hoppy laughs, as Awesome looks dazed on the floor. Hoppy picks awesome up and throws him into the nearby corner, before rearing back and delivering chops to Awesome's chest. Awesome reels, and Hoppy grabs him, and delivers a huge belly-to-belly suplex. Hoppy makes a cover. 12No, awesome kicks out!

Romero: Hoppy is in control early, this will only please Mark Evil.
Shining: I told you! I told you Dan, Hoppy is indestructible!

Hoppy keeps the pressure up, and throws awesome against the ropes, and meets him with a big back body drop. Awesome's expression in mid air is somewhat priceless, and quite shocked hes so high up in the air. Hoppy picks Awesome up and grabs him with both hands around the throat, he tosses Awesome into the corner, before taking some steps back. He laughs maniacally and then charges at Awesome, flattening him with a splash. Awesome limply falls to the floor, and Hoppy covers again. 1..2.No, Steve Awesome has his foot on the ropes.

Romero: Awesome's in bad shape right now.
Shining: Hoppy's a machine, a machine I tell you!

Hoppy looks frustrated, however he picks Awesome up again, he signals for the end, and places his opponent up on his shoulders, grinning.

Romero: Tornado Alley, hes going for the Tornado Alley!

Hoppy swings Awesome's body round, but Steve counters with a DDT! The crowd goes nuts for Aweome, as he slowly makes a cover. 1.2Hoppy powers out, Awesome flies off Hoppy and stands slowly to his feet. Despite being beaten down, Awesome has had a chance to breathe, and he runs over to Hoppy, who is slowly to one knee, and hits a shining wizard! Hoppy falls, and then slowly gets up again, Awesome hits a second Shining Wizard. As Hoppy gets up once again, Awesome hits a bulldog on the giant.

Romero: Awesome's getting some steam here...wait a minute, look who's out!
Shining: Oh yeah, here comes some real talent!

Mark Evil has rushed down to the ring with a chair. Awesome hasn't yet spotted this, and goes to pick up Hoppy. Hoppy however shoves Awesome away, straight into the referee. Awesome checks quickly on the referee, meanwhile Mark Evil asks Hoppy if he is ok, before seeking opportunity to use the fallen referee to his advantage. He slides in, and charges at Awesome, Awesome however spots the oncoming Evil, and hits him with a drop toe hold! Evil smacks himself in the face with a chair, and rolls out of the ring. Awesome looks around, and notices the referee is still out, he grabs Hoppy, and delivers the StevieDDT to the chair! He smirks, before removing the evidence.

Romero: Evils plan has backfired here!
Shining: Oh this is just an injustice, INJUSTICE!

Stevie covers, and the referee slowly comes to, and makes the count. 1.23!

*A single guitar note is heard over the PA system. "Burn In My Light" then starts playing.

"The nebula rising up out from the black of deceiving lies.
A new star is born now he brings you the light with his hands untied.
They tried so hard to follow, but no one can.
Inside you're all so hollow, you understand?"

The lights shut off completely. The Xtremetron turns back on. Then, blue and gold strobe lights flicker going up the ramp. They then hit the stage as pyros shot off in all directions.

"Hey! Nothing you can say!
Nothings gonna change what you've done to me.
Now its time to shine.
I'm gonna take whats mine while you're burning inside my light."

Chris Kahne then comes onto the stage. The crowd is mixed in cheers and boos for him. He just looks into the crowd as short pyros continue to shot from the corners of the stage.

"I give and you take and I waited for you but I made a mistake.
Its clear that your fear is so near because I see the look on your face.
You tried to hold me under. I held my breath.
Alone and now you wonder what I possess."

Chris then starts walking down the ramp. The short pyros stop shooting. Chris walks into the middle of the ramp and stops. He puts his arms up into the "Legend Killer" pose as gold pyros rain down from the sky above the stage.

"Hey! Nothing you can say!
Nothings gonna change what you've done to me.
Now its time to shine.
You're gonna burn in the light
Hey! Nothing you can say!
Nothings gonna change what you've done to me.
Now its time to shine.
I'm gonna take whats mine while you're burning inside my light."

Chris Kahne stops the pose and the pyros stop with him. He then walks down the rest of the ramp and then slides into the ring. As soon as he gets up, the pyros start raining again from the stage. Chris then stops in the middle of the ring as the pyros stop again and he stands and waits.

"Hey! Nothing you can say!
Nothing's gonna change what you've done to me.
Now it's time to shine.
I'm gonna take what's mine

You're gonna burn in my light
Burn in my light!"

Romero: You'd think Kahne would want a shorter entrance?
Shining: ...sorry? I may have dosed off?

*"Lightning Doesn't Strike Twice" is said over the PA as Thunderstruck by AC/DC starts to blare over the PA as Chase Storm appears under the Titantron. He walk down to the ring being booed by the crowd as lightning flashes overhead. The crowd starts to throw bottles and other trash at Chase as he climbs into the ring and walks to the middle as 4 lightning bolts hit the four ring posts and then Chase awaits the start of the match.*

Hardcore Match
Chris Kahne vs. Chase Storm

The bell rings and Kahne makes no hesitation as he chases at Storm, Storm sees him coming and attempts a clothesline, which Kahne reads and rebounds off the ropes, and nailing a chop block to bring the larger Storm down to his knees. Kahne quickly follows up by bouncing off the ropes again, and hitting a flying dropkick to the back of Storms head. With Storm down, Kahne quickly rolls under the ropes and looks for a weapon, he grabs a chair from ringside and slides it in.

Romero: Chris Kahne making quick use of the hardcore rules here.
Shining: Its a clever plan if you ask me!

Kahne rolls back in and grabs Chase Storm. He slams him against the turnbuckle, leaving Storm resting in the corner. Kahne picks up the chair and sets it up in front of his opponent, he quickly steps back, and springboards from the hair and goes for a huge splash, only to be caught by Chase Storm. Storm laughs, and moves Kahne onto his shoulder, and powerslams him onto the chair, breaking it with the impact! He covers Kahne 1..2Kickout from Kahne!

Romero: What impact!
Shining: What a kickout!

Storm smirks and picks up Kahne, before throwing him out over the top rope. He exits the ring himself and looks under the apron, where he finds a trash can. He empties out the contents; a lead pipe and a metal tray. He then stalks Kahne, however Kahne sees him coming and kicks him in the gut. Storm drops the can and Kahne picks it up, placing it over the head and upper body of Storm, he then picks up the lead pipe and proceeds to bash the hell out of the can!

Romero: Oh my god!
Shining: That's brutal!

He hits it over ten times, before Storm crumples to the floor. The can comes off and Kahne covers. 1.2..No, another kick out! Kahne looks a little upset, and looks under the ring for something, he finds a table. He smiles as he slides the table into the ring and then turns, right into the metal tray that Storm has grabbed in the mean time! Storm throws Kahne into the ring, and climbs in after him, he picks Kahne up and delivers a big vertical suplex. Storm then looks at the table and smiles. He sets it up, and then picks Kahne up to his feet. He grabs Kahne read for the Fury of the Storm. He holds him in Full Nelson Position, and lifts, however Kahne reverse with an arm drag. Storm is quick to his feet, however, he charges right into a CKO attempt, however he throws Kahne against the ropes, and on the rebound he hoists him on his shoulders and delivers the Cyclone to Kahne through the table! Cover!

Romero: Goodnight!

1..2..3!

Shining: What a stunningly brutal match, and what an opening night altogether thus far!

*Following a short commercial break we fade in backstage as The Phoenix Child himself stands with his back to the camera talking to some type of shady individual. The crowd cheers.*

Chaz: You got the stuff right?

"Oh yeah man. I got the best around!"

*At this point the crowd begins to boo as John McMichaels walks up behind Chaz, as the shady figure hands him something and Chaz hands him some money.*

"I'll see you around, dawg!"

*Chaz gives the man a high five as he walks off.*

Chaz: Now its time to light up!

*Upon hearing this, Johns face lights up! He extends his arm and points at Chaz with a high amount of intensity!*

John: AH-HAH!!!!! I caught you!

*Murphy quickly shoves whatever he had received from the man into his pants and turns around, right to see Johns finger not even an inch away from his face. His eyes go cross as he stares at it. He grabs Johns finger and moves it out of his way, before smiling an innocent smile.*

Chaz: What are you talking about, man?

*John sneers at him.*

John: Don't play dumb with me! You were just making some kind of shady dealing, weren't you!

*Chaz lets out a soft chuckle.*

Chaz: And what if I did? What are you? Some kind of hall monitor or something?

*He chuckles again as he walks past John McMichaels. But John is quick to follow.*

John: No! I'm a hero! I'm willing to take the extra step to save this world. And you Mister Phoenix Child are exactly the type of person that I intend to save it from.

*Chaz nods his head and gives a look as if to say yeah right*

Chaz: Is that so? Tell me, on what grounds do you make that assumption?

John: Due to the fact that I SAW you, with my own two eyes I might add, purchasing some illegal drugs from that shady man! And the fact that you were going to light it up!

*John smiles contently as if he brought up a good point. But Chaz just laughs in his face.*

Chaz: Okay, first of all, you didn't see anything, and I might add that judging from the size of your spectacles there, that your own two eyes aren't to be trusted anyhow. And secondly, Sherlock, the reference to lighting it up could be for anything. Such as a cigarette in this case.

*Chaz then reaches into his pocket and grabs a box of cigarettes and pulls one out. He lights it up. John stands there feeling a bit defeated.*

John: Yeah...well.Those are bad as well!

Chaz: Ill admit that its bad for me, a nasty habit I need to work on. But on a side note baldy, If you think I'm such bad news..

*He takes a hit from his cigarette and blows it into Johns face. John chokes.*

Chaz: ...Do something about it.

*With that said, Chaz walks past John McMichaels and exits the scene, leaving a rather angry John McMichaels alone.*

John: Oh Ill do something about it! I have zero tolerance for those *his voice gets real low, and evil* Who stand in my way!

*We then cut back out to our VXW announce team...*

Romero: I don't get John McMichaels.
Shining: I don't know much about him either, but all I know is that he has Zero Tolerance for those who get in his way...whatever that means.
Romero: Id love to answer that question for you, Sam, but we have another match coming up.

*"One Of A Kind" starts playing over the PA system. The crowd starts cheering loudly. Rob and Scotty Callaway come onto the stage and look around into the crowd. They then raise their arms and pyros shoot from the front of the stage. Rob and Scotty then run down the ramp and both slide into the ring. Rob does the RVD taunt and Scotty jumps on the turnbuckle. Scotty puts his arms in the air and Rob jumps around a little. They then both move to the center of the ring and high five. They then stand and wait for the match to begin.*

Romero: Here we go then, our first tag action of the VXW Campaign. This should be interesting, our owner's close friend Rob Arnold in action!
Shining: Yeah well Arnold works on his level now, you watch and see.

*The lights dim to a black and blue aura, cue the plucking of a guitar, and Serj Tankian's voice humming over the PA system.

"SO I FELT LIKE THE BIGGEST ASS...HOLE!

Felt like the biggest asshole

Mow down the sexy people"

Rob Arnold runs out onto the stage to the sound of "Kill Rock 'N' Roll" By System Of A Down. He immediately recognizes the negative heat from the crowd and feeds from it, laughing at them. Following him in Leon Chant, striding up behind him.

Smirking as per usual Rob moves onto the ramp. He pauses half way down and smiles. He then grabs the towel on his head and throws it to the floor, Leon walks past at this time, making his way hastily to the ring.

Rob walks on down towards the ring and then jogs the final few steps, and placing a knee on the apron. He pauses for another smirk, and then climbs in via the second rope and into the ring. By which time Chant has entered the ring, and is waiting for Arnold.

So I felt like the biggest asshole

When I killed your rock n roll
(Mow down the sexy people)

Rob walks to a turnbuckle and climbs it, before raising his arms in the air with a smirk. He climbs down, and removes the coat, before moving into the corner of the ring with Chant.*

Tag Team Match
Callaway Brothers vs. Team Authority

---

Ring, Ring! The fans give an enthusiastic cheer as all four men stand in their respective corners, this tag team match about to get under way. As the Callaway Brothers converse in their corner, Rob Arnold smirks before whispering something into the ear of Leon Chant. Chant chuckles before nodding his head, and steps to the outside of the ring on the apron. Scott Callaway on the other hand is selected to start this match up off for his team, as he bounces up and down on his feet enthusiastically as Rob steps to the apron. Scott steps towards the center of the ring, and Rob Arnold beckons him to come closer to him. Scott warily obliges, inching towards Arnold. When he gets within arms reach, Rob doesn't hesitate to slap Scott right in the mouth, before angrily grabbing him, and tossing him into the turnbuckle. Here, Leon grabs onto the arms of Scott and holds him while Rob stomps him down in the chest. He then tags in Leon, who jumps into the ring, and with one arm pulls Scott to his feet just so he can knock him back down with a haymaker. He whips Scott into the ropes, but Scott ducks a clothesline, only to be caught off guard with a huge powerslam from Chant. Leon goes for the pin, gets a 1, tw- Scott kicks out!

Romero: Are you kidding me? If things keep up this way, I don't like the Callaways' chances.
Shining: I never liked them from the start.

Slightly more aggravated now, Leon lifts Chant up to his feet, and delivers a sharp knee to the gut before clubbing Callaway over the back. He then kicks him in the face, before lunging forward, and knocking his opponent down with another clothesline. Rob Arnold laughs and claps for his partner, before turning his back to taunt the booing fans. Leon shrugs his shoulders, before picking up Scott, and leaning him into the ropes again. He goes for an Irish whip, but Scott reverses, only to have the move reversed again. Scott flies into the ropes, but when he flies back, he throws his body at Leon with a flying cross body, taking the big man down to the ground.

Romero: Well now, maybe these guys do have a chance.
Shining: Never doubted them for a minute!

Scott gets up, and lays a few sharp kicks in on the midsection of Leon before stumbling into his corner, and tagging in Rob Callaway. The fans cheer as Rob jumps over the ropes, and then turns around and hops up onto the top turnbuckle. He waves at Leon, wanting him to get to his feet, and when he does, Rob leaps off the top rope and his feet come smashing into the face of Leon with a huge missile dropkick! Leon stumbles back, turns, and then falls into the middle rope, grasping it trying to keep from falling all the way down to the canvas. Rob quickly runs off the ropes, then runs back, and slides his feet through the top and middle rope while hanging on the top rope, and swings his feet sharply into Leon's face with a 619! Leon falls back down to the ground, and Rob takes the opportunity by jumping to the top rope for the second time, and calling for a splash! But before he can take flight, Rob Arnold shakes the top rope, causing Rob C to lose his balance and crotch himself on the turnbuckle. Rob Arnold ignores the referees yelling as he runs across the apron, and clotheslines Rob C across the chest, knocking him off of the top turnbuckle, and to the outside of the ring!

Romero: Oh no!
Shining: That was quite a little spill Rob Callaway took, wasn't it?

Scott Callaway growls, not happy with Rob Arnold's interference, and he enters the ring, running across to attack Rob Arnold! Rob Arnold seems unaware, but it turns out he doesn't actually need to be, as Leon Chant leaps out of nowhere, and nails Scott with the Train Collision! Scott is floored now, as the referee corners Leon and begins to yell at him for hitting an illegal man. Meanwhile, Rob Arnold goes to the outside of the ring, and picks up Rob Callaway, rolling him into the ring. Unaware, the referee keeps yelling at Leon, who just laughs and protests, trying to keep the referees attention on him. Rob Arnold picks up a downed Rob Callaway, and blasts him with the Rough Cider Effect!! Callaway's face bounces off the mat, and immediately Rob jumps back to his corner, where Leon tags him in. Rob then arrogantly walks over to the downed Rob Callaway, and goes for the pin! 1, 2, NO! Scott Callaway broke the pin!

Romero: God, this is intense.
Shining: Who's going to come out on top of this one?

Leon angrily hits the ring again, but is stopped by the referee, who once again screams at Leon. Meanwhile, Scott Calaway pulls Rob Arnold up to his feet, but is taken completely off guard with a low blow! Rob then grabs Scott by the back of the head, and delivers a unique second Rough Cider Effect on Scott, on top of the immobile body of Rob Callaway! Scott is downed, as he rolls out of the ring and falls to the mat. Meanwhile, Rob Arnold takes the opportunity to make the pin again. The ref runs to make the count, with a 1, 2, 3!

*The start of Killswitch Engage's "Fixation on the darkness" comes over the PA, the guitar and drums seem to build slowly, the lights move with the beat, colors flashing on and off, the refraining beat hits after about 30 seconds cuing pyro's to go off flashing in the entrance, then the lyrics come in.

AJ Phoenix emerges from the back in his wrestling attire. Black one quarter tights with red Chinese dragons curled around and A and a J going from the back and front along both sides. He has black knee pads and black boots with black kick pads, they also have red Chinese dragons on them, his wrists and hands are also taped up, and over the top he wears a long black coat with a hood with the sleeves cut off, on the back there is an airbrushed red dragon.

AJ makes his way down to the ring seemingly all business, his hood over his head so we can only see his soaking wet hair flowing down the front and sides of his face, he gets to the ring and stands looking at it before flipping the hood back and spitting out a large amount of water that seems to glow red under the lights, he leaps onto the ring apron with one jump and gets into the ring before putting his arms out to the side revealing the world title more clearly, AJ takes his long jacket off.

Romero: Jesus, another one of those big entrances, our superstars need to look at that.

*"Symphony #9" starts to play as the lights dim and gold lights flood the arena as pyros go off on the entrance stage. Celeste comes out with Rena Steel by her side flanked by John and Mike Hunter. They all walk down the ring as a red carpet is rolled out in front of them. The Hunters slip into the ring as Rena slips in after them and then Celeste stops at the apron raising her right leg up onto the apron and then her left one making a split as she slips in under the bottom ropes. She then gets up and waits in the middle of the ring for her opponent. As John, Mike, and Rena all leave the ring.*

The bell rings, and there is a large pause, Celeste and AJ just stare at each other, these two have had little homework time for this match. They both know how difficult it will be for each other. The two slowly advance and lock up, AJ slips behind and take Celeste down, he slides into a front facelock, Celeste stands up with AJ and flips him over her head, AJ lefts go and lands on his feet, he runs against the ropes, Celeste ducks the clothesline and on the rebound follows up with a drop toe hold. AJ rolls immediately out of danger and the two stop and pause. Causing a small applause from the crowd.

Romero: Even affair so far.
Shining: AJ's gonna get beat by a girl!

The two size each other up again and lock up, this time Celeste goes low and sweeps out AJs legs, holding his legs apart and kicking the inside of the leg. She follows up with an elbow to the same point, digging it in, causing AJ to scream in pain, the referee asks for a submission, AJ declines and grabs the ropes. Celeste backs of, and allows AJ up to his feet. As he does she lays into him with forearms, then whipping him across the ring, on his return she lifts the knee, sending him crumpling over it onto the mat. She grabs AJ and looks for a powerbomb early on, AJ counters with a hurracanrana, AJ covers and gets a one. Both competitors are quick to their feet. AJ hits an oncoming Celeste with a spinning heel kick then Celeste gets up to another, AJ goes for a third, but Celeste ducks, sending AJ hard to the mat.

Shining: AJ's being outsmarted by a woman! Hahaha!
Romero: You really are an idiot, aren't you?

Celeste grabs her opponent and throws him into the corner. She places a few knees to the gut of AJ, before setting him up for a superplex. She climbs up with AJ and hooks him ready, AJ counters however, and throws her to the floor. He then stands on the top rope and hits a Houston Hangover, making the cover. 12..No! Celeste kicks out! AJ climbs to his feet and takes Celeste with him, he hits a snap suplex, however holds her in his grasp, swivels the hips, and hits a second suplex, he swivels the hips again and goes for the three, but Celeste blokes, and counters with a small package! 1.2Kick out. Both jump quickly to their feet and hit each other with a running clothesline. The referee has no choice but to administer the ten count.

Romero: Both of these guys keep cancelling each other out!
Shining: incorrect, this guy and GIRL are cancelling each other out, sir.

1..234AJ starts to stir5..As does Celeste..6.7.Both are to their knees8Both competitors are up, and immediately start exchanging rights. Celeste ducks a big right from AJ and counters a side suplex. She stands up and calls for the end. She moves down to AJs fallen body and applies the Owned. AJ screams in agony of being in the crossface-like manoeuvre, AJ looks for a rope, but has no choice, he rolls back, and takes Celeste by surprise, and has wriggled his way to a triangle chokehold, causing Celeste to grab the nearby rope in panic.

Romero: Close call there.
Shining: Too close for Celeste!

AJ grabs Celeste and signals for the Phoenix effect, however takes too long, Celeste grabs AJs arm and looks for the Owned again, AJ reverses with an elbow, and as Celeste turns around she walks straight into a kick to the gut and the Flaming Drop! Cover. 1.2..3!

*As the fans wait in anticipation, "Eye of The Tiger" hits over the PA and the crowd rise to their feet, awaiting the arrival of Doc. The lights then turn to darkness, and soon two bright blue strobe lighting bolts shine on the top of the ramp. They cross over in a huge "X" shape, like the St. Andrews flag of Scotland, and as Doc walks out and stands under the "X", the lights turn back on. A spotlight shines on "The Boyhood Dream" as he jogs on the spot, as "Eye of The Tiger" enters the chorus.

"It's the,

It's the thrill of the fight,
Rising up to the challenge
Of our rivals"

Doc then begins to walk down the ramp, slowly looking out at the fans, before posing, dropping to his knees and lifting his arms in the air. Pyros explode in the background on cue as he does so. Doc then continues down to the ring. As he reaches it he climbs the steps and walks along the apron. Doc grabs the top rope, and drops his feet off the apron, but holds on to the rope and skins the cat over the top rope and into the ring. Doc spins round before climbing each turnbuckle to taunt to the crowd, and after he has done so he leans to one side in a taunt, flexing his muscles. Doc then stands tall over the middle of the ring, where he does some last minute stretches and makes sure his wrists are taped up properly as he awaits his opponent...*

Romero: here's one of the more vocal superstars in coming to this match, Doc!
Shining: He's not exactly a straight edge star...is he Dan?
Romero: oh no.

*The crowd begins to boo as a man dressed in medium length green tights shows up on the ramp. Adam Senton is his name and he is about to face off with another one of VXW's top talent.

Ring Announcer: Making his way to the ring... weighing in at 200lbs.... he is the FUTURE... ADAM SENTON!!!!

The crowd boos as Adam slides into the ring and poses for pictures from his fans, and enemy's alike! Adam soon hurried over to his corner as the match is about to begin.*

Doc vs. Adam Senton

The two men start things off by staring one another down other down as the ref signals for the bell momentarily. Moments later Doc and Senton lock up in the center of the ring where Doc quickly slides into a firm head lock. Senton then turns and pushes Doc off of him and into the nearest set of ropes. As Doc bounces back Senton connects with a strong shoulder block, whereupon impact Doc hits the mat and rolls under Senton who goes to run towards the top rope. Thereafter Senton bounces off as Doc stands and hits him with a deep arm drag, Senton then bounces right back up and Doc hits yet another deep arm drag, Senton bounces up once more and Doc hits him with a third arm drag sending Senton at last to the far corner of the ring. Doc stands in the other corner and lays briefly on the top rope waiting for Senton to regather himself.

Romero: Look at the confidence on Doc, a former elite talent of the Xtreme Hardcore Federation no doubt.
Shining: More like disrespect for this young new talent in Adam Senton!

Meanwhile Senton gets mad as Doc hops off the top rope and they meet yet again with a tie up in the middle of the squared circle. Senton quickly does a standing switch to get behind Doc and quickly snaps his hips hitting Doc with a snap German suplex. Senton gets to his feet as Doc holds the back of his head in pain. Senton then picks Doc up by the hair and whips him into the corner. An instant later Senton charges after Doc and hits a splash in the corner. Doc comes stumbling groggily out of the corner and Senton kicks him in the gut then lands a vicious European uppercut on Doc who was hunched over! Doc stumbles back to the ropes and rests back on them with his arms dangling over the top rope. Senton then hits Doc with a knife edge chop, then another European uppercut, then another knife edge chop, then one more European uppercut to top it all off. He then grabs Doc's arm and whips him to the far ropes, Doc bounces off the ropes and leaps, hitting the charging Senton with a flying forearm strike. Both men lay on the mat for a few moments before Doc abruptly leaps up.

Romero: The heart of a future VXW legend Shining!
Shining: Senton is just taking a breather here Romero.

A fiercely determined Doc makes his way to the corner and starts to prepare for his finishing maneuver, the Genocide Kick, as the fans accordingly clap and stomp along in the background. Senton starts to slowly get up and finally spins around he turns as Doc goes in for the proverbial kill, yet Senton somehow someway ducks under it at the last possible second and grabs Doc's leg and in one fluid motion goes into a single leg Boston Crab. He doesn't quite have it locked in all the way however.

Romero: Doc just met The Gangsta Stretch!
Shining: He doesn't seam to have it locked in all the way though, so don't count the Boyhood Dream out just yet!

Senton tries valiantly to get in the ankle lock but Doc is able to get his other leg up and behind Senton to cut him off from this intention. Doc then shoves Senton into the turnbuckle, but Senton catches himself before hitting the turnbuckle though as Doc gets back to his feet. Doc is visibly favoring his left leg a bit after the botched Genicide Kick earlier as he and Senton start to exchange punches. Senton right, Doc left, Senton right, Doc left as the two relentlessly go back and forth. Senton then finally goes for a haymaker but Doc ducks under it and lifts Senton up and hits him with an atomic drop. The extremely dazed Senton bounces forward a bit and then turns right into a successful Genicide Kick this time around, CRACK! Doc arrogantly rolls over to go for the cover on his nemesis, 1...2...3!

Romero: What a Genicide Kick out of nowhere!
Shining: Senton sure didn't see that one coming, and from the looks of things Doc has made precisely the impact he'd intended all along for his first night of action in VXW.

*Suddenly, the arena lights begin to flicker off and on and as the crowd rises to it's feet immediately in anticipation, a combination of loud guitar riffs and the following words slowly begin to echo and scroll across the looming video screen above...

*Thereafter, the daunting chorus of "I Don't Wanna Stop" by Ozzy Osbourne kicks in over the PA as the VXW's own self-proclaimed "Hellraizer" himself, the infamous Matt Hicks then emerges from behind the curtain with wife Jennifer Dream by his side! In turn this duo proceeds to make their way on down the rampway to a sea of loud boos, and soon amidst this the former multiple-time XHF title holder in Hicks makes his way up the ring steps, leaving his lovely wife to continue cheering him on from down below. Once inside the ring Matt Hicks goes to lean over toward the ropes and taunt off some raising a set of fiercely clenched fists to this entire sellout, roaring crowd of Vortex Xtreme Wrestling fans joining us here tonight. Afterwards Hicks begins to bounce back and forth off the ropes, eagerly awaiting the emergence of any and all forthcoming opposition for himself...*

Romero: Well this could be an interesting match Sam.
Shining: Both guys have been in XHF, and have brushed shoulders before!

*The lights of the arena dim as the voice of Puff Daddy overtakes the PA system followed by the voice of Nas.

As the chorus hits the stage fills up with fog and everyone in the arena rise to there feet in anticipation. Green lights shine through the fog back and forth until they stop on the entrance way and a man known as a legend emerges from the entrance way. Some of the crowd pops at the sight of a true legend and others boo for the pure hatred of the man as Venom walks through the fog. He stops at the top of the ramp and looks around at the screaming crowd. His trench vest is long down to his knees covering up most of his waist. He wears his traditional black tights with a V on each side in white, a black head band low over his eyes, black tape on his wrists, and tops it off with sweet ass pick pads and long black boots with Vs on each side of them as well. He grins cockily and begins to walk down the ramp as the first verse hits.

Venom then spins around in the center of the ring and throws his arms out as he does posing for the crowd. Venom then heads to the corner as the music fades.*

Matt Hicks vs. Venom

The bell rings and Matt Hicks and Venom tie up in the middle of the ring, neither man budging each other until Hicks knees Venom in the gut. Hicks tries to take advantage by hitting Venom with stiff forearms to the back of his neck, but Venom drops to the mat and pulls both of the legs of Matt Hicks away from him, dropping him to the mat also. Venom keeps a hold of Hicks' legs and flips over him, holding his legs over his head in a pin position. One...Two..Kickout. Both men get up quickly and Venom runs at Hicks who takes him down with a quick hiptoss as well as holding on to Venom's arm, holding it in an armbar. Venom rolls back and Hicks lets go of his arm, both men get to their feet again and this time Venom shows great athleticism to immediately connect with a standing dropkick. He covers Hicks again. One...Two..Kickout. Venom gets up and lifts Hicks to his feet before whipping him off the ropes, but as Hicks comes back Venom takes his down with a clothesline and pins again. One...Two..Kickout.

Romero: A fast pace to this match up so far.
Shining: And both guys seem to know each other's styles pretty well.

Venom gets up and tries to keep Hicks on the mat this time, attempting to slow down the pace and take advantage in the match. He drops down onto the face of Hicks with both his knees and Hicks rolls around a little on the mat, holding his nose. Venom then runs to the ropes and springboards off them and onto Hicks with a springboard leg drop! He hooks the leg of Hicks and the referee counts! One..Two..Hicks kicks out. Venom gets up and pulls Hicks up and into the corner, where he throws each of Hicks' arms over both sides of the top rope before chopping him hard on the chest. The chop echoes around the arena and Venom follows it up with another couple of chops, the chest of Hicks lighting up red.

Romero: Venom in control now.
Shining: Hicks doesn't seem to be putting up much of a fight to be honest.

Venom stops chopping Hicks in the chest and whips his across the ring to the opposite corner before following him with a stinger splash! Hicks staggers forward from the impact and Venom grabs his waist from behind, then lifts him off his feet and German Suplexes Hicks head first into the turnbuckle behind him! Hicks lies on the mat, barely moving and Venom taunts to a booing crowd before lifting up Hicks, getting him in a cross armed German Suplex postion and delivering the Xed Out! He covers Hicks...One...Two...Three!

*We now cut back to the Reid office rather abruptly. He is now in full light, sat at his desk. On the desk is a briefcase. He smiles as the camera pans in.*

Reid: Welcome back VXW fans. So far we have witnessed a showcase of pure wrestling ability. I must say that before our main event Ive never been so impressed by the standard of wrestling we have here in VXW. The talent is just shining above anything and anybody.

*He smiles.*

Reid: Now onto business. We have a Pay-Per-View on July First, appropriately enough called Rebirth given VXW's origins of both XHF and the now defunct TXA. But at Rebirth we will formally crown our first ever VXW World Heavyweight Champion though. Now, to crown the champion I am literally offering a fair bite at the apple to anybody who wants it. Next week, on Ascendancy, there will be a battle royal, open invitation to determine the number 1 contender to the title. Then on the following Ascendancy, there will be a small mini tournament between four hand picked superstars to contend for the number 2 contendership. The two men will then face off at Rebirth for the VXW Championship.

*He opens the briefcase and reveals the VXW World Title.*

Reid: So if you want this, you know how to get it.

*He laughs.*

Reid: I'm looking forward to this already.

*We return to the arena, where Kuroi is stood already, waiting for his main event opponents momentarily*

*The lights inside the arena flicker slightly, when without warning, we're hit with the violent clatter of percussion from Sepultra's "Refuse/Resist".  There is a slight decrease in the amount of light coming from the ceiling, when suddenly pyros blast from both corners of the entrance stage, huge bursts of smoke hanging in suspension as the sparks shoot out and then die. Simaltaneously, none other than M.G.K. makes his way out, as the fans burst into boos. He puts a hand over his mouth and gasps, as if shocked by the boos from the crowd. He then places a hand behind his back, as if trying to act like a gentlemen, and takes a mocking bow for the fans. He then stands up straight, and kisses a small golden ring on a black neckless around his neck, before arrogantly raising his left hand up in the air, and walking down the ramp grinning. Clad in black boots, red kickpads, black and red trunks, and black tape around his fists and wrists, he flings his long black hair back behind his shoulders and smirks, as he grabs onto the middle rope, and climbs onto the ring apron. MGK takes a moment to cast an arrogant glare in the direction of his critics in the audience, before entering the ring. He stomps his way to the center of the ring, where he drops down to one knee, as a spotlight falls down on him. He allows the light to soak into his skin, almost as if he is energized by it. He looks down at the ring mat, then closes his eyes, before sprining up to his feet, and pounding his chest charasmatically. The spotlight vanishes, and in its place the rest of the lights in the arena return to normal, and the music fades. While this happens, MGK leans in his corner, and taunts some of the fans who are booing him, as he waits for the match to begin.*

Romero: This is by far the biggest Coup in the signings of Alex Reid.
Shining: Oh man, MGK is a former XHF wrecking machine! Not many can claim a win over this guy.

*The instrumentals kick in right away as the cameras begin to search the crowd for the one and only William Spencer! All of the lights have flickered off while we wait for him, and the crowd has gone completely nuts knowing that this is the introduction to his epic entrance. Demise of Sanity by Black Label Society was blaring through the audio. The vocals of Zakk Wylde comes through, while the crowd is still waiting, and cheering---the cheers nearly drown out the sound of the music.

The infamous blue spotlight begins to circle through the entire arena, scanning over every single fan. Famous clips of William hitting people over the head with his Singapore cane, and the crowd had kept getting louder. The lights had brightened a little bit, but still darker than it is light, so the camera had looked to the spot where the crowd had gotten louder hoping to get a glimpse of the Hardcore Icon. Every single fan raises a single fist into the air, as the music continues to play louder.

An even louder cheer comes from one side of the crowd, as William has finally been spotted among them. He stands atop a chair, with a Marlboro cigarette pinched lightly between his lips, and every fan around him had instantly crowded around him. He put the cigarette out, and started to force his way through the crowd so that he can properly dispose of his cigarette butt.

William raised his right fist up into the air, and the crowd had begun to crowd around him more. His eyes were locked with the ring that was down through the crowd but his left hand was out shaking hands with a couple of the fans along the way. About halfway down, he stopped to look out at the crowd for a moment. He brought his right hand down, to rest it for a moment, and just then the beer vendor had been walking by---William simply grabbed one of the cans of beer from him, and popped the can open before holding it over his head to guzzle down the liquor.

After the beer was downed, he tossed the can back behind him and continued his way towards ring through the crowd. It didnt take him much time after to reach the barricade. He stepped up onto the barricade and raised his fist into the air again to look out at the crowd that had all lifted their fist into the air, except for the ones that were holding up signs. The roof seemed to nearly be blown off for how loud the cheers were coming out of the crowd. William jumped to the safety mat below him before rolling under the bottom rope and looking out to the crowd he looked towards the referee, and nodded his head for respect for the official that is deciding this match. He put his hands to his hips while waiting for the bell to sound, and the match to be underway.*

Romero: William Spencer is looking for a few things!
Shining: You mean his Singapore Cane that Rob Arnold has? Haha!

*The lights in the arena go dark, all but a few. They then point to the stage, as the words "The Revival is here..." appear on the big screen. Just then, the silly and unethical strings, and drum beats of "Icky Thump" by The White Stripes hit. hits, and the fans start to boo as Red Fusion walks out, shortly followed by Mr. Fuji.

Red is sporting his "Notorious" t shirt with his name on the back. Red has a sinister, evil look in his eye as he makes his way down the ramp, with red and blue flashing lights amidst everything. He gets to the bottom of the ramp and looks to the left, then to the right, before heading to the left and walking up the steps.

Red stands there for a minute, as Mr. Fuji walks around to the side of the ring, and Red pauses before getting into the ring. He climbs in, and hits the nearest turnbuckle, posing for the crowd, despite them not liking it, pictures are in fact being taken. Red flexes, and points to himself with his thumbs. He climbs down and paces back and forth for a moment.*

Fatal Fourway Elimination Match
MGK vs William Spencer vs Red Fusion vs. Kuroi

The four men stand in four separate corners, William Spencer standing across from Red Fusion and MGK standing across from Kuroi. The bell rings and MGK shouts some trash-talk across the ring at Kuroi, who cracks his knuckles and charges at MGK. As he gets close MGK boots Kuroi in the knee, sending the big man to the mat while Red Fusion and William Spencer trade blows across the ring from MGK and Kuroi. MGK stomps away on Kuroi's leg, intelligently not wanting to allow the big man a stable base from which to amount an offense. He grabs Kuroi's left leg with his right hand before dropping a hard elbow to Kuroi's knee with his left. Across the ring, Red Fusion blocks one of William Spencer's shots and knees him in the gut. William Spencer staggers back holding his ribs, but as he moves forward towards Red Fusion again he is met with a big boot which knocks him to the mat.

Romero: Red Fusion is one big, powerful machine.
Shining: But pain is nothing to William Spencer.

Kuroi holds his left leg in pain as MGK now elevates his leg and turns him over into a Boston Crab, wrenching back on his leg. Kuroi shouts in pain but does not submit. The referee keeps a close eye on it as Kuroi reaches out for the ropes, MGK relentless in inflicting damage on Kuroi's leg. Kuroi manages to grab the bottom rope and the referee warns MGK to break the hold. MGK legs go of Kuroi's leg and gets in the referee's face, threatening to punch him while the referee threatens to disqualify MGK. Meanwhile, Fusion picks up William Spencer but Spencer immidiately fights back when he gets to his feet, punching away at Fusion and knocking him into the corner. Spencer climbs the bottom turnbuckle and begins punching away at the head of Red Fusion, the crow joining in with a chant as he connects with ten punches to Fusion's head. William then jumps down and trips Red to the mat, and the two standing men, MGK and William Spencer, glare across the ring at each other.

Romero: These men have been trading a lot of words recently.
Shining: And they have a lot of history beyond that.

MGK stomps on the head of Kuroi while still looking at William Spencer, and Spencer replies by kicking Red Fusion on the head even harder! MGK shakes his head and grabs Kuroi to his feet, Kuroi limping back towards the ropes when MGK dives off of them and connects with a springboard hurricaunrana! MGK gets up and smirks at William Spencer cockily. Spencer looks at Fusion who is getting to his feet, and as Fusion turns to face Spencer he his met with a huge spear! MGK shakes his head and William doesn't stop there, picking up Red Fusion and delivering the Fallen King! He covers. One...Two...Three!

Romero: One down....

William gets up as Red is pulled out of the ring by a referee on the outside and shouts over at MGK, who shouts back and then drags Kuroi's fallen body over to the corner, then retreats to the middle of the ring and gets in William Spencer's face before turning and running at Kuroi, nailing him with the Bullet Without a Name! He drags Kuroi over to the middle of the ring and pins him. One..Two...Three!
Eliminated: Kuroi

Shining: ...And one to go.

MGK and William then get up in each other's faces as Kuroi is dragged out of the ring. The crowd erupt as both men's heads touch each others, most of the crowd chanting "William! William!". Both men breath heavily as they stare each other in the eye, then William moves an inch backwards and MGK immidiately fires away at him with hard right hands! Spencer responds with a right of his own when MGK knees William Spencer with a low blow, causing the Hardcore Icon to hunch over in agony. MGK takes advantage of the situation and whips Spencer off the ropes, then catches as him as he comes back before dropping him on his knee with a backbreaker! He covers. One...Two...William kicks out!

Romero: He's going to need to do more than that to keep William Spencer down.
Shining: But are you doubting MGK has the ability in his arsenal?
Romero: Definately not.

MGK flips off the crowd as he returns to his feet, William Spencer still lying on the mat. The crowd give MGK some serious heat as he looks up at the turnbuckle and climbs to the top of it, facing the crowd. He balances on top of the turnbuckle, one foot on each side of the ropes, still mouthing abuse to the crowd before suddenly leaping up in the air and around onto William Spencer with a spectacular mounsault! However, Spencer gets his knees up at the last second and MGK crashes into them ribs-first! MGK rolls around on the canvas holding his ribs as Spencer rolls across and throws his arm across MGK's chest. One...Two..MGK kicks out. William Spencer moves himself around and positions himself on top of MGK, swinging away at his head with hard rights and legs as MGK covers up his face to block the shots. MGK uses his body weight to turn William Spencer off of him and both men scurry to their feet. William Spencer throws another right hand at MGK but MGK ducks underneath it and Spencer knocks the to the referee mat with the shot by accident! William Spencer tries to check on the referee but as he turns around he is hit by a superkick from MGK! MGK covers William Spencer but the referee is down, and suddenly Venom begins to walk down the ramp with a steel chair in hand! MGK gets up off of William Spencer and stands walks over to the ropes, motioning on Venom to come down and getting ready to fight. Venom keeps his slow pace as he walks to the ring, booing him because he is Venom but at the same time cheering him for coming down to help William Spencer. As Venom reaches the steps William Spencer manages to use the ropes to pull himself to his feet also, still dazed from the superkick, and then Venom enters the ring with the chair and the three advaseries stare each other down. MGK motions at Venom to give it his best shot and Venom lifts the chair above his head to strike MGK but then turns and connects fool-blooded on the head of William Spencer! The crowd are booing in sheer disbelief as MGK smiles and pins Spencer once more as Venom revives the referee before rolling back out of the ring. One...Two...Three!

Overall Winner: MGK!

Romero: I don't believe what I'm seeing!
Shining: Hold on, are Venom and MGK on the same page?

*Afterwards Venom rolls back into the ring as the bells is rung and hands the chair to MGK. Venom lifts William Spencer to his feet and holds his arms behind his back as MGK connects with two stiff shots to a defenseless William Spencer, busting him open. MGK drops the chair and spits at the fallen William Spencer before Venom grabs his arm and raises it in the air, Venom and MGK standing tall together in the middle of the ring as VXW's first ever Ascendancy fades to a startling close...*
