*We open up to tonight's Norwich venue of Carrow Road Stadium with the official Ascendancy event banner being displayed across the tron screen above, pyros going off all over the place and a generic upbeat show theme playing loudly across the PA System. We then zoom over to ringside and shortly thereafter the Ascendancy theme ends as the action is about to begin with the first arena activity of the night....*

Romero: Welcome fans to VXW Ascendancy, what a night we have for you, we have Reckless Jack in his debut VXW match against Daredevil!
Shining: And we also have Fury facing the monster known as Kuroi along with Jon Micheals against Chaz Murphy!
Romero: Oh that's not all though Shiny! Because in the main event we have a former World Champion facing a man who he hates, it'll be a war when "The Rockstar" meets the "Black Dragon"!

*Suddenly, all the lights in the arena dim for a few moments until then, out of nowhere, the sound of low guitar riffs echoing cuts onto the building's sound system. Momentarily, the familiar, hell-raising sounds of "Pain" by Three Days Grace abruptly hit the PA! Meanwhile, a gold spinning spotlight falls upon the top of the stage, this prompting none other than VXW newcomer Superstar and former XHF Tag-Team Champion Fury himself to appear, doing so with brother Rage in tow and sticking his arms out like wings in looming fashion. Afterward, as the spotlight fades away & the song chorus continues in the background, the self-proclaimed "Xtremist" and the Revolutionary Redneck strut on down the ramp to a chorus of boos from the crowd. Once reaching the bottom of the ramp, Rage remains below as Fury jumps right up onto the ring apron and immediately enters the ring in forceful fashion. Inside the ring Fury sets off to a nearby turnbuckle to taunt off in a variety of cocky, confident ways. Upon finishing these routine taunts of his Fury climbs down from the turnbuckle, and finally he proceeds to lean up against it as he anxiously awaits the emergence of his opposition...*

*Suddenly... The lights shut off, leaving the crowd shrouded with darkness... The Vortex-Tron is now turned on and we find a message....*

"VXW Will Be Mine."

*As that happens, the dirty fretwork of "Pure Hatred" by Chimaira plays as we find a shadow walking into view with a spotlight on it. The spotlight grows brighter and we now find the image of a man of whom we all hate, Kuroi! The crowd begins booing but Kuroi simply ignores it. He walks down to the ring. On the Xtreme Tron, we find video clips of Kuroi working out, bringing himself to the limit, switching to video clips of him performing finishers on some random XHF Superstars. Some main highlights are: The Kuroi Knockout onto AJ Phoenix, The Death Grip onto MGK in the ECF Doomsday Cage, and The Kuroi Kill to various others. Of course, there are more but those are the ones most seen. The spotlight still following. Kuroi slides to the ring as the light goes on, and stands in the corner awaiting the match to begin.*

Singles Match
Fury vs. Kuroi

---

The bell rings, and the match starts off with both of these monsters pacing the ring, waiting for the right time to strike. After a couple moments, Kuroi stands in the center of the ring, and Fury meets him there, and the two lock up in a grapple. As both of these monsters try to push each other away to gain the advantage, the referee paces around them making sure no "funny" business is going on. Then out of nowhere, Fury kicks Kuroi in the gut, and swings down a huge forearm on the back of the former XHF title holder. As Kuroi hunches over in pain, The Xtremeist takes a few steps back, then runs forward and delivers a front kick right into the face of Kuroi, with the tremendous impact sending the big monster down to the ground. Fury paces the ring a bit, getting himself pumped up, then drops to his knees next to Kuroi and begins striking him with left hands and right hands. After a couple moments Fury gets up, and pulls Kuroi up with him. He screams something, then goes for a clothesline, but Kuroi ducks it. When Fury turns around however, Kuroi is able to grab Fury and out of nowhere deliver a HUGE powerslam to the mat!

Romero: Wow! A desperation power move works to the advantage of Kuroi!
Shining: Ugh, he was cheating! It's obvious!

Kuroi takes a few moments to regain his composure, before he uses the ropes to pull himself to his feet. He leans his back into the turnbuckle and takes a few more breaths, as Fury begins to get to his feet too. As Fury stands up straight, Kuroi explodes out of the turnbuckle with a clothsline SO powerful, Fury does a half flip in midair, landing on his back! As Kuroi hits the huge clothsline, the fans shout "ooooh"! Kuroi doesn't waste any time, and quickly picks up Fury, scowling. He kicks the Xtremeist in the gut, then hooks an arm around his neck, and lifts the big man up for a suplex. He completes the move as a brainbuster though, dropping Fury right on his head. Immedialty after, he turns Fury over and goes for a pin; 1, ,2- Fury kicks out.

Romero: Kuroi is going to need to work a little harder than that if he wants to win this thing!
Shining: I don't know, two outta three ain't bad!
Romero: But a two count doesn't win the match, does it?
Shining: I hate you.

Kuroi growls as he forces Fury to his feet, before he strikes him with a right hand. He throws a left, and then another right, before attempting to Irish whip Fury into the ropes. Fury reverses the maneuver, and when Kuroi runs off the ropes with a clothesline, Fury ducks it. Kuroi runs off the ropes again, but this time is taken by surprise when out of nowhere, Fury pulls out a huge spinebuster! The ring shakes with the impact as Fury wastes no time in getting to his feet. He screams something to the crowd, before signalling for the end of the match. On the outside of the ring, his brother Rage is coaching him and cheering him on. Signalling for the Furification, Fury stalks his unknowing opponent, and when Kuroi turns around, he falls victim to a kick to the gut, before being set up for the Furification! But at the last moment before Fury can execute the move, Kuroi powers out with a huge back body drop. He turns just in time to see Fury pulling himself up with the ropes, and wastes no time in nailing him in the back of the head with an elbow. Soon after Kuroi hooks both arms from behind in a full nelson position, and drags Fury to the center of the ring. Here, he digs his knee into the back of the Xtremist, before lifting him up and slamming him down with a full nelson slam. Again, the ring shakes with impact as Kuroi goes for the pin, the referee counts it one, two, but a kickout.

Romero: Another kickout by the Xtremeist.
Shining: Kuroi needs to stop making pin attempts and start trying to put Fury out of commission if he wants to win.

Kuroi, exhausted, gets to his feet, and now HE signals for the end of the match! As he does this the fans explode into cheers! Fury gets up, and Kuroi signals for the Death Call! Fury turns, but out of nowhere ducks the Death Call attempt, and pushes Kuroi's leg over the ropes so that Kuroi crotches himself! Fury puts his hands up in the air defensively as the referee yells at him and tries to get Kuroi off the ropes, but when the ref isn't expecting it, Fury runs over to Kuroi and nails him in the side of the head with a forearm, that sends Kuroi falling over the side of the ropes! However, when he falls, the ropes tangle and his foot is caught by the middle and top ropes being tangled. This leaves Kuroi hanging upside down by his right foot, on the outside of the ring! The referee struggles to get Kuroi's foot free, but sonn Fury pulls the ref back, and begins to yell at him. This serves as the perfect distraction, while Rage sneaks in and begins to stomp the living daylights out of Kuroi's head! He backs away and slides out of the ring once again as the referee turns around, and tries to get Kuroi's foot unstuck.

Romero: Kuroi's in one hell of a predicament now!
Shining: I wouldn't wanna be in his shoes....get it?

Meanwhile Fury rolls out of the ring, and takes a few steps back, then runs forward, and delivers a big boot right into Kuroi's exposed right leg! Kuroi yells out in pain as Fury stomps on Kuroi some more. Finally, the referee gets Kuroi's leg unstuck, and Kuroi falls to the mat on the outside of the ring. Fury quickly picks Kuroi up, before slamming him face first into the steel stairs. As the referee threatens a disqualification, Fury whips Kuroi into the steel barricades before getting back into the ring. Here he yells at the referee who yells back, only as a distraction. On the outside Rage begins to repeatedly slam Kuroi's head into the barricades, but finally Kuroi elbows Rage in the gut, and gives him a taste of his own medicine as he slams HIS face into the steel. He's not done yet though, for he walks over to the steel stair case, and lifts up the top half, as Rage tries to regain his composure. The fans explode into cheers, as Rage turns around..and is stricken in the face with the steel stairs! Kuroi yells angrily as he drops the steel stairs down on Rage! The referee on the other hand has no idea what has happened, since he is distracted with Fury. Kuroi rolls into the ring now, pissed off than ever, and runs right at Fury with a big boot, but Fury catches the boot, and spins Kuroi around before leaping forward and taking him down with a clothesline.

Romero: Dear God! Can it get anymore chaotic than this?
Shining: Oh don't ask...

Fury looks to the outside where his brother is knocked out, and grimaces before he picks up the monster known as Kuroi. He sets up, then nails a perfect fall away slam! Building off the momentum, Fury quickly runs off the ropes, leaps in the air, and drops a big leg drop down upon Kuroi! He goes for the pin, and gets one, two thr- but Kuroi gets a shoulder up! Fury loses it now, and begins yelling and stomping, accusing the referee of counting too slow. He picks up Kuroi and signals once again for the Furification! He hooks Kuroi's arms, but just as he tries to pull Kuroi in between his legs. Kuroi stands up straight, spins the arms around, and knees Fury in the guy before pulling HIM in, tucking his head between his legs, and NAILS the Kuroi Kill! He goes for the cover, gets a 1, 2, 3!

Winner via Pinfall: Kuroi!

Romero: And with that Fury is seemingly put down for good, or at least for the time being by the relentless beast known as Kuroi!
Shining: Yep it'd definitely appear as such, but now the only question for Kuroi is, after this victory does he have what it takes to defeat the legend known as Rage under First Blood rules this Sunday?

John McMichaels vs. Chaz Murphy

Suddenly a guitar riff begins to rip through the arena speakers.

Oh no
Here We Go Now

The musical styling of Ozzy Osbournes Flying High Again helps to accompany John and Zero Tolerance down to the ring.. Decked out in a bargain-bin suit comes a small, balding man. His glasses not only help him to see but help to magnify his beady eyes. Obviously not a wrestler as his frame is that of your average male, but he seems to know what he is doing as he arrogantly struts into ring, much like Vince McMahon himself.

Once inside the ring he produces a microphone from his inside pocket, and raises it to his lips. The music begins to fade.

Romero: John McMichaels is one smug bastard! He asked for this match knowing full well that Chaz is still in jail!
Shining: Chaz shouldn't have messed with John McMichaels. John warned Chaz, and now he is out here tonight to add insult to injury.

John: If I can have everybody's attention.

The crowd boo, but John just ignores.

John: Tonight marks my in ring debut and first official victory here in the VXW. Now we all know that Chaz Murphy will not be showing up tonight, so referee...raise my arm.

John extends his arm and the referee reluctantly grabs him by the wrist. He begins to raise it but John stops him.

John: Whoa, whoa, whoa! I'm a fair man. Lets give Mister Chaz Murphy a chance to come out here. Referee, start the ten count!

The ref glares at John. He didn't appreciate McMichaels telling him what to do, but the ref definitely did not want John to snap his fingers and send Zero after him, so he started the ten count.

Romero: Now he wants a ten count? Just get this debacle over with.
Shining: I like this. He is prolonging the embarrassment!

John: You see, Chaz Murphy will not be attending tonight's event because he is behind bars. Where vermin like him ought to be.

The crowd starts a Murphy chant.

Shining: Listen to these people. There really hoping for the best here tonight. But I didn't see Chaz in the back.
Romero: He isn't here Sam. He is in jail and John knows that!

John: Chant for him all you want. Its only going to get your hopes slashed. You see, I have eliminated the problem that I saw in Chaz Murphy. His unprofessional acts are no more! And as for Summer Shudder, you can expect the same results as tonight!

Suddenly the lights fade out!

The opening part of "Animal I have Become" begins to play out of the speakers. The arena gets darker, with a dark purple shade to it. Smoke begins to slowly fill the area in front of the curtain.

The crowd explode with cheers!

Shining: No WAY!
Romero: I cant believe It!

I cant escape this Hell
So many times I've tried
But I'm still caged inside
Somebody get me through this Nightmare
I can't control myself!

John: What the hell is going on here? Zero! Get up there and stop him before he comes out here!

Zero nods as he steps over the ropes towards the entrance ramp.

With the opening verse complete, white lights begin to flash all around the arena, as the chorus hits.

So what if you can see
The darkest side of me
No one will ever change this animal I have become
Help me believe, Its not the real me
Somebody help me tame this animal I have become

John: Nobody interrupts me! I have Zero Tolerance for interruptions!

Romero: You may not enjoy being interrupted John, but it sounds like twenty six thousand strong are going to enjoy watching it happen!
Shining: This cant happen!

Everything is still dark except for the stage where were await the arrival of Chaz Murphy. Suddenly a body appears on the ramp! But much to the dismay of the crowd, the body is about three feet shorter than Chaz normally is. There's not much else you need to know about the imposter Chaz Murphy because whomever it is gets a Face Mangler from Zero Tolerance for there trouble.

Romero: That son of a bitch! This was all a set up!
Shining: HA HA! Some animal that was!

John: You all thought the impossible was happening! But I told you, that Chaz Murphy would not be here! Now cut his stupid music and turn the lights back on!

The music slowly fades, and the lights return to normal! And suddenly the crowd burst into cheers!

John: That's right! Finally you all are seeing things my way. I am a hero..

But the people weren't cheering for John! The were cheering for the extremely pissed Chaz Murphy standing RIGHT BEHIND HIM! Chaz taps Johns shoulder and a confused John McMichaels slowly turns around. A look of horror appears on his face as Chaz smiles and waves. Chaz then kicks John in the midsection and hoists him onto his shoulders!

Romero: OH YEAH! Its CHAZ MURPHY! I ALONG WITH THIS SOLD OUT CROWD HAVE GOOSE BUMPS!

Then Chaz viciously plants the balding John McMichaels onto the ground with his Rise Again finisher! He tells the ref to ring the bell and Chaz goes for the pin. 1.2..3!

Winner via Pinfall: Chaz Murphy!

Romero: He did it! Chaz wins the match!
Shining: Who didnt see that coming?

At this point Zero realizes what has happened and stops pummeling the Chaz Murphy midget and begins to run down the ramp! Chaz slides out of the ring towards Zero and the two collide in the middle of the ramp, trading punch after punch! Chaz battles Zero back, but Zero shows his strength and tosses Chaz up towards the stage by his throat! He lands hard on the steel, but the fury in Chaz Murphy seems to shoot an adrenaline rush through the body of Murphy and nips up and brings the fight right back to Zero Tolerance!

Romero: This is shades of what could happen between Chaz Murphy and Zero Tolerance at Summer Shudder!
Shining: Zero will get him, dont worry!

At this time the two are now fighting on the stage! Zero buries a kick into the midsection of Chaz Murphy and sets him up for a Zero Bomb!

Romero: he is going to power bomb him off the stage!
Shining: say goodbye to Chaz Murphy!

But no! Chaz manages to drill the temple of Zero Tolerance with some stiff punches and he is able to get lose. Zero stumbles back and shakes the cobwebs lose. Zero gets a running start and lifts his leg high in the air for the devastating Face Mangler but Chaz is able to duck it! He lands a dropkick to the knee of Zero, and this causes Zero to fall off the stage! He goes crashing down into some random boxes and power chords and Chaz lets out a primal scream as Animal I Have Become by Three Days Grace hit the sound system. He raises his arms high as the crowd cheer!

Romero: Chaz Murphy getting some much needed retribution on Zero and John McMichaels!
Shining: But Summer Shudder will be a different story! How will Chaz stack up against a now definite angry monster? Find out on July 29th!

A spray of pyros begins at the top of the ramp, and slowly moving under it is Daredevil. Daredevil stops under the spray of pyros and raises two inward facing open palms in trademark style. As he does this, the pyros stop, and "Business" by The Game comes over the PA.

It's business never personal, real live on blocks,
If we ain't movin the rocks, then we movin the stocks,
Cross a hustler motherfucker you'll arrive in a box,
It's the true to life struggle 'til we arrive on top

The fans are booing him as he begins to move down the ramp. Daredevil looks at the fans and smirks at them before advancing towards the ring. He climbs the steps and walks along the apron. He enters the ring by jumping over the top rope. Daredevil climbs each of the four turnbuckles and raises to inward facing open palms at each. He goes to the center of the ring and waits for the crowd to stop booing.

Romero: And here he is the giant killer himself
Shining: I love this kid...
Romero: Why?
Shining: He's a fresh faced young go-getter!

A voice is heard over the P.A. system speak.

"The self revolution begins.
Once a man has done the things I have done...
What more does he have left?
I have done it all in my life.
No matter who said I was too small.
No matter who said I wasn't good enough.
No matter who tried to get me to quit.
I always came back no matter what.
All that is in the past now.
All we have is the future.
A future that is going towards nothing.
A future that is going to be destroyed.
A future that needs to be saved.
A future that needs a bit of Recklessness in it.
The self revolution begins now!"

The light go out in the arena as a hush silence fills the crowd. Many of them start to talk among themselves. Some check their phones. Then out of nowhere... the introduction of Static-X's "Get to the Gone" fills the arena. Once the first verse begins, Reckless Jack appears decked out in his Reckless Jack hoodie (with the hood up), black and white gym shorts, black elbow pads(inside the hoodie for the moment but we can see them bulging through the fabric), black knee pads, black boots and red kick pads.

"Get to the gone
Under the gun
Drop in drop out
Get to the gone"

He throws his arms out in usual fashion before going to one side of the stage to pump the fans up by throwing his hands up into the air. He goes to the other side of the stage and proceeds to do the same thing. The crowd cheers for Reckless Jack as he heads back to the middle of the stage and starts to hop up and down, pumping himself up.

"Get to the gone
It's just the way you wanna be
Under the gun
It's just the way to be
Drop in drop out
To begin with it's killing me
Killing the one thing
I know this to be"

Reckless Jack starts to walk down the rampway. Fans hold out their hands for him to slap as he does slap a few of them here or there. Once he is at the bottom of the ramp, he nods his head at the fans as he runs towards the ring and slides in. Reckless Jack hops back up to his feet and goes to the turnbuckle nearest to him and throws out his arms again. The fans cheers as he hops down and heads to the one across from his and does the same thing. Reckless Jack back flips off the middle buckle and takes off his hoodie, throwing it into the crowd for some lucky fan to have. Then he paces around the ring, occasionally bouncing off the ropes in order to loosen himself up. Finally, he goes to the corner closest near him and crouches down, waiting for his opponent.

Romero: Listen to the reaction for Reckless Jack
Shining: Pfft loser...
Romero: You like Daredevil but not Jack?..what are you high?

"The Giant Killer" Daredevil vs. "The Self Revolution" Reckless Jack

The bell rings as Jack and Daredevil spring into action, both men go for a lock up, Jack spins under hitting a knee to daredevils ribs, daredevil doubles over for a moment as Jack runs to the ropes, Daredevil turns and uses some great athleticism and leapfrogs jack, Jack continues into the other ropes as he comes back Daredevil goes for a clothesline, Jack ducks under and as Daredevil spins around Jack leaps up and hits a spinning heel kick sending Daredevil down to the mat, daredevil rolls under the bottom rope and holds his jaw, he kicks the steel steps and picks up a steel chair, he slides into the ring with it, the referee grabs the chair and takes it from daredevil, as the referee gets rid of the chair Jack comes in but Daredevil hits a cheap low blow kicking jack right in the twig and giggleberries. Jack goes down as the crowd boos, daredevil makes a quick cover 1...2 jack kicks out. Daredevil shakes his head and pulls jack to his feet hitting a hard right hand, he shoves jack in the corner and stomps him down

Romero: Daredevil using his size to keep Jack immobilized in the corner!
Shining: Yeah Jack doesn't look like much now does he?

Daredevil walks into the corner of the ring and points at Jack, he runs in and goes to kick jack in the face, Jack grabs the bottom rope and slides under it moments before impact causing daredevil to run into the turnbuckle. Jack grabs the top rope and springboards off the top rope spinning in mid air hitting an arm drag sending daredevil across the ring, daredevil gets to his feet and runs right into a hard knife edge chop from Jack, Daredevil takes a step back as jack continues the assault alternating between a stiff left kick to the ribs and a hard right handed chop. daredevil ends up in the corner jack leaps up and puts his feet on daredevils chest and flips back, or so he thinks, in reality daredevil caught jacks leg and flipped him back, as jack lands Daredevil flies out with a stiff clothesline that ends with Jack bundled up like an accordion.

Romero: Oh good god!, jack tries to fight back valiantly but got hammered!
Shining: Ok I'll admit jack's got some moves...

Daredevil pulls jack to his feet and knees him in the ribs a few times holding him straight before hooking jack in a waistlock, he picks jack up and drills him down in a German suplex, he goes for the pin 1...2..kickout from jack. the fans start to chant for reckless jack as Daredevil picks him up and slams his forearm into jacks back a few times, he whips jack into the corner and hits a hard clothesline. Jack falls to his knees as the breathe gets pushed from his lungs, Daredevil pulls Jack to his feet again and picks him up over his shoulder, Jack grabs daredevils arms and crosses them over before landing behind daredevil, he leaps up and hits a straight jacket lung blower!, Jack goes for the pin 1...2.no kickout from daredevil, jack gets to hits feet and breathes deeply trying to catch his breathe, daredevil rolls outside the ring trying to shake off the effect of the lung blower. Daredevil turns around just in time to see Jack come crashing down over the top rope on top of him

Romero: AIR JACK!
Shining: SPOT MONKEY!
Romero: What?

Jack pulls daredevil up and rolls him into the ring. Jack climbs to the top rope and waits for daredevil to get to his feet, he leaps off going for a crossbody but daredevil ducks causing jack to crash land on the mat. Daredevil waits for jack to get to his feet and goes for the DKO, Jack pushes him off causing daredevil to slam against the mat, he's quick to his feet however, jack picks him up into a Gun In Hand (GTS)he slams his knee into daredevils head and goes for the pin 1...2....3!

Winner via Pinfall: Reckless Jack!

Romero: AND JACK WITH THE WIN!
Shining: Dammit...

MGK reaches down to pick up Doc with the look of evil in his eyes, but soon can't see out of his eyes as Doc again counters with a poke to the eyes. MGK stands back again rubbing his eyes as Doc makes his way to his feet and calls for a power bomb through the table. Doc lifts MGK up and boots MGK in the gut before shoving MGK's head between his legs and lifting him up for a power bomb, but MGK begins to beat at the head of Doc and reverses the power bomb into a dropping DDT through the table!!!

Cole: MY GOD!
King: YES, MY GOD!

Both men are laid out and the ref has no choice but to make the 10 count on both men and both men are counted out.

Velez gathers up enough to get back up. He hobbles over and sets the ladder in the middle of the ring, and he gets onto the first step. MGK walks over on the side opposite of Velez and begins climbing the ladder. Doc makes his way out of the corner and begins climbing on another side of the ladder. All three men move slowly to the top of the ladder. They begin throwing punches at each other. The first one to go is Velez, but he falls and catches himself half way down the ladder. He holds on tight and catches his breath. MGK then scoops up Doc on top of the ladder and hits the Defamation! Both men crash right through the mat and under the ring.

Leaning back in his chair, MGK yawns, and then slowly he leans forward and gestures for the clipboard. But as Nelly goes to hand it to him, Doc rips it away, and signs the contract right then and there. He then looks up at MGK, and tosses the clipboard on the table in front of him, before leaning back in his chair. MGK sits in his seat for a few moments, before standing up, his eyes locked on Doc the entire time. MGK grabs the pen from the table, and then without taking his eyes off Doc, signs on the dotted line next to Doc's name. He then looks down at Doc, glaring. Doc stares at MGK for a few moments, before standing up as well. The entire arena remains paralyzed in suspense as MGK and Doc continue to stare each other down from across the table...

MGK drops to one knee on top of the trailer and looks down at the carnage that is Doc's body laying lifeless on the concrete. MGK breathes heavily as staff members run to Doc to check on him. They shake there heads in disbelief and one yells for an EMT, but MGK yells back to get out of the way and MGK stands on his feet at the edge of the trailer. The staff members run away scared at what could possibly happen next and MGK leaps off and lands on top of Doc with a Shooting Star Press!

Cole: Just stop it already!
King: I don't think either man can survive that! MGK landed on the concrete on his knees, and he bounced off of Doc. He may have stuck the knife in Doc's heart to make sure he's dead, but he's not making a pin with no knees.
Cole: At least this will stop now. No way they can continue this match now.

MGK soon lets go as Doc's arms go limp. MGK then realizes something and begins looking around and smiles as he sees the ref they hired in the distance running towards them. MGK waves for him to move faster and turns Doc over onto his back and makes the cover. The ref is running but still isn't there and MGK pounds his fist on the hood of the car telling him to count. The ref finally arrives and makes the count one, two, DOC ROLLS THE SHOULDER!

Cole: No way! Stay down Doc, STAY DOWN!

MGK can't believe it. He looks in utter shock as Doc lays there still lifeless barely breathing now. He looks to the ref and doesn't know what to say or do next but instinctively grabs Doc by the hair and lifts him up. MGK stares into the eyes of his opponent and Doc falls down to one knee, not able to hold himself up on his own power. MGK lifts him back to his feet. MGK then lifts Doc onto his shoulders and holds him there for a second.

King: What is he doing?
Cole: Oh God, it looks like he's going to hit the Defamation through the windshield
King: NOOOOOO!

That looks to be MGK's plan as he turns to the windshield and goes to drop Doc, but Doc floats over behind MGK and is somehow able to stay on his feet. MGK quickly turns around and Doc coils and releases sending MGK crashing into the windshield of the car with a Genocide Kick! Doc crumbles onto MGK and the ref makes the count one, two, THREE!
Winner: Doc

Cole: Thank god it's over. Neither of these men will ever be the same after this.
King: This might be the best brawl I have ever witnessed. This war is far from over, but this will be remembered as the first great battle.

*As Doc gets to his feet back within the ring, the referee raises his arm in the air, as the fans cheer him on happy with the result of this sheer wrestling clinic put on by he and fellow VXW icon Chaz Murphy this evening! However, before Doc has time to let the win fully sink in, he crumbles to the ground from behind, as a vicious assailant dives into one of his knees from behind, taking his leg out with the weight from his own body and a folded steel chair! The fans begin to go crazy with boos, as MGK stands up, and smirks, before brushing off his shoulders arrogantly. He breathes on his knuckles and then dusts the dirt off his shoulders. He then drops the chair, and slowly waits for Doc to get up to his feet. When Doc is finally able to get up, MGK lays him back down with a superkick, to more boos!*

Romero: Damnit this just isn't right! Doc can't defend himself, after that match he was just in!
Shining: Yeah somebody get the VXW security the hell out here right now before this ridiculous attack goes too far!

*MGK seems to be aware of this, as he cockily stands over an immobile Doc, and smiles. Suddenly his partner Venom runs down to the ring to help with the assault. MGK tells him what to do and Venom grabs Doc's leg and places his knee on top of the top rope with the front of Doc's leg hanging over the trop. Venom then rolls to the outside where he holds Doc's foot to keep it from moving. Meanwhile, MGK has grabbed a chair and climbed the top turnbuckle, where he looks down at the awkward angle of which Doc's knee is resting on top of the top rope and throws the chair towards his knee, then with great athleticism, missile dropkicks the chair straight in to the knee cap of Doc!*

However, Doc immediately grabs his knee as he gets upright, but then uses the energy of the crowd once again to slowly climb to the top turnbuckle! Doc looks up at the crowd and swallows before he leaps off the top turnbuckle and on to MGK with the Air Glasgow! The crowd go continue to go nuts as Doc gets right back up and goes over to the corner where he begins to Prepare for Wipeout! MGK slowly clambers to his feet, and as he turns around to face Doc, Doc lunges forward with the Genicide Kick but his left leg gives out right in front of MGK and he drops to one knee for a second, unable to deliver the move. MGK stands back, realizing that he was close to being nailed and as Doc gets back to his own to feet, MGK decides to go with another Superkick of his own! He gets no success though as Doc ducks underneath and then out of nowhere, while almost facing the opposite direction, connects with a sweet Genicide Kick to the jaw of MGK! Doc falls back on top of MGK after the move and the referee counts! One...Two...THREE!!

Romero: FINALLY! DOC HAS CLIMBED TO THE TOP OF THE WRESTLING INDUSTRY AT LONG LAST AND LISTEN TO THE CROWD! DOC IS FINALLY LIVING HIS "BOYHOOD DREAM"!

The camera pans round to Sweeney again and this time we see a brick lying beside him - obviously meaning that MGK has hit him on the head with a brick and then handcuffed him! MGK doesn't say another word, but instead moves over to a motionless Sweeney and begins punching away on his bloody head with his brass knucks! Doc shakes his head in disbelief in the ring as the crowd begin to boo furiously at MGK's evil actions and Doc wastes no time in rolling out of the ring and running to the back. The camera then follows Doc as he makes his way quickly to the parking lot, but when he gets there he finds the entire parking lot empty! Suddenly we cut back to the ringside area where we can see that the tape of MGK beating on Sweeney is still rolling on the tron! We cut back to the parking lot, where Doc is now shaking his head, both in worry for his friend and at sheer confusion of what has happened. He moves over towards his Mercedes, where he finds a large piece of paper stuck to the windscreen. We zoom in to see that it says:

"Hey Doc, I figured you'd be back here sooner rather than later. Well I just wanted to let you know that your friend is in hospital if you'd like to visit him.

Oh, and if you'd like to visit me, I'll be in Glasgow next week. Nice house by the way.

Doc runs his hand through his hair, staring at the message but not knowing what to make of it. His eyes look genuinely worried for one of the first times on nation television as the VXW Logo appears on the screen.

*All of the lights in the arena fall out and now the arena is in pitch black darkness as everybody's wondering what the hell is going on. Then, all of a sudden, the following is heard throughout the arena as blue and white lights flicker on and off near the entrance ramp.*

"When we embrace what lies within, our potential has no limit. The future is filled with promise, the present rife with expectation. But when we deny our instinct, and struggle against our deepest urges, uncertainty begins. Where does this path lead? When will the changes end? Is this transformation a gift, or a curse? *As with that, music starts playing...like a weird drum beat mixed in with guitars. As the blue and white lights start to strobe more and more as the beat picks up, the following is screamed out loudly*

"THIS FIRE BURNS!"

*And with that, Killswitch Engage's "This Fire Burns" comes blaring over the system. People now cheer loudly as they know who it is, and out of the blue and white strobe lights walks Kevin Hardaway, getting cheered as he walks around the entrance ramp, trying to get all of the people and fans on their feet, going nuts as he finally starts walking to the ring, chorus playing and all.

*Kevin hits the ring and thinks for a second, before pulling his head back up as he runs and jumps in one stride on the apron. Kevin gets in the ring and immediately goes on the top turnbuckle raising his arms up in the air, the fans cheering for him as he drops down and awaits his next fate in the ring.*

The start of Killswitch engage's "Fixation on the darkness" comes over the PA, the guitar and drums seem to build slowly, the lights move with the beat, colors flashing on and off, the refraining beat hits after about 30 seconds cueing pyro's to go off flashing in the entrance, then the lyrics come in

AJ Phoenix emerges from the back in his wrestling attire. Black one quarter tights with red Chinese dragons curled around and A and a J going from the back and front along both sides. He has black knee pads and black boots with black kick pads, they also have red Chinese dragons on them, his wrists and hands are also taped up, and over the top he wears a long black coat with a hood with the sleeves cut off, on the back there is an airbrushed red dragon

AJ makes his way down to the ring seemingly all business, his hood over his head so we can only see his soaking wet hair flowing down the front and sides of his face, he gets to the ring and stands looking at it before flipping the hood back and spitting out a large amount of water that seems to glow red under the lights, he leaps onto the ring apron with one jump and gets into the ring, AJ takes his long jacket off

AJ Phoenix vs. Kevin Hardaway

As the bell rings the two look across the ring intensely at each other. They then begin circling each other in the ring until the pair meet in a tie-up in the center of the ring. Hardaway wastes no time in testing strength, instead kneeing AJ in the gut immediately. AJ hunches over and Hardaway attacks him with hard forearms to the back of his head. AJ tries to charge Hardaway into the ropes but Hardaway uses his experience to wrap his right arm around the head of AJ and drop him with a DDT! Hardaway tries a quick pin! One...Two..AJ kicks out! Hardaway gets up and begins kicking AJ in the ribs as the former XHF Champion attempts to get to his own feet. He finally pulls himself up and Hardaway connects with a pinpoint kick to knock AJ back into the ropes, but he then attempts to clothesline him over the top but AJ ducks and back body drops KHard over the top rope and to the floor below!

Romero: The styles of these two men look to be coming along nicely here.
Shining: It wont be coming along too nicely for AJ when Venom gets him in the ring, that's for sure.

As AJ looks down at Hardaway who is lying on the mats outside the ring, he nods his head to the cheering crowd before pulling back on the top rope and slingshotting himself over the top and onto Kevin Hardaway! Hardaway rolls around on the mat in pain as the crowd rise to their feet in approval, chanting "AJ! AJ! AJ!". AJ uses this to help him get back to his feet quickly and he then lifts Hardaway to his feet also, before chopping him hard across the chest! Hardaway staggers back onto the barricade and AJ leaps up onto it and grabs the head of KHard from behind then twists round and nails him with a Tornado DDT onto the mats! The referee steps his count to go out and check on both men, with Hardaway holding his head on the floor!

Romero: It didn't take long for the action to get going here.
Shining: I still think Hardaway will do what's needed.

AJ rolls himself back into the ring and gets his breath back as Hardaway tells the ref that he is fine on the outside and beings to make his way back into the ring. As soon as he roles in though AJ is all over him, stomping on his back before he can return to his feet. After relentless stomping, AJ pulls Hardaway up by his hair and throws his right arm over his own head, then lifts him and suplexes him! He pins...One...Two..KHard kicks out! AJ gets back to his feet again and once again pulls Hardaway back to his feet, but this time The Rockstar uses his initiative and knees AJ in the gut. AJ hunches over and KHard pushes his head between his own legs before lifting him above his own head and dropping him in a powerbomb! Both men lay on the mat after the move but Hardaway reaches across and pins! One...Two...AJ kicks out!

Romero: Neither man prepared to take a loss here.
Shining: But one of them will regardless.

Hardaway gets up after the near fall and AJ pulls himself up across the ring from him. Hardaway grabs his arm and sends him to the opposite ropes, and when AJ comes back off of them Hardaway leaps up and connects with the spinning wheel kick! As AJ hits the mat this time, Hardaway runs over to the top rope and jumps onto the top of it as he looks down at AJ who is laying on the middle of the mat. Hardaway signals to the crowd and leaps off with the Hope is not Lost, but as he lands on AJ he gets nothing but knees! Hardaway holds his ribs and shouts in pain as AJ crawls over to the corner and gets to his feet in there, where he waits for Hardaway to stir. Hardaway gets up in the middle of the ring, holding his ribs, and as he turns to face AJ he telegraphs the Spear and pulls the referee in front before diving out of the way, leading to AJ spearing the referee accidentally! AJ can't believe it as he looks at KHard laying in the corner still holding his ribs, when suddenly Venom comes running through the crowd with a chain in his hand! As he slides into the ring, Hardaway gets up behind AJ, surrounding him, but as Venom swings the chain wildly at AJ, but he ducks and Venom connects with Hardaway inadvertently! Hardaway slumps to the mat and Venom looks down and shakes his head, before looking in to the eyes of AJ, shrugging that he doesn't care about Hardaway anyway and temporarily rolls out of the ring! The referee begins to come to as AJ looks down with his mouth open, knowing that it was he who Venom attempted to lay out, then sees the referee stirring and drops down to cover KHard! One...Two...THREE!

Winner via Pinfall: AJ Pheonix!

*AJ slowly stands up in the center of the ring after his hard fought battle but soon falls back down to one knee out of pure exhaustion. He looks around the arena as the fans begin to applaud his efforts tonight, but those cheers suddenly turn yet again to boos as someone slides into the ring behind him. AJ looks confused as the crowd tries to scream and warn him as Venom stands behind him grinning from ear to ear after having snuck back in for a second time. AJ shakes his head and reaches down with his right arm to push himself up to his feet, but before he gets up Venom charges and nails AJ in the back of the head with the same chain from earlier on! AJ crumbles forward in a heap as Venom stands over him and throws out his arms taunting to the crowd right away. The crowd rains down with boos as the Main Event looks down at his fallen foe and pulls a mic out from his back pocket.*

Venom: Is this close enough for you?

*Venom laughs as the crowd goes quiet.*

Venom: Is this enough quality time for you AJ? I cleared out my schedule AJ, and I made some time just for you before Summer Shudder buddy, and this is how I chose to spend it, much like we'll spend our time together at Summer Shudder. Me standing over you flat on your pretty little face.

*Venom reaches down and slaps AJ in the back of the head before grabbing a hand full of hair and pulling his head up so he can see him.*

Venom: By any means neccessary AJ, I hope you know what that means, because I do. I've already taken the means to get the jump on you, and Sunday, this sweet Sunday, your life will be in my hands.

*Venom slams his head face first into the mat and tosses the mic down before rolling out of the ring. A barrage of refs quickly storm the ring to assist the fallen AJ Pheonix as Venom walks up the rampway and for the final time before Summer Shudder the camera fades on the scene of Venom smirking at the top of the stage area...*
