Wrestler Name: "The Dread Lord" Dinosaur Bones
WHO does your Wrestler Look Like? D.Bones is wearing one of those inflatable dinosaur onesies - only painted to look like bones.
PICBASE: Skeleton inflatable T-Rex, Inflatable T-Rex or the Jurassic Park logo.
Wrestler Age: 66,638,629 years old.
Wrestler Height: 7'4" (Suit)
Wrestler Weight: 320lbs (Suit)
Wrestler's Hometown: La Brea Tar Pits, Los Angeles, California
Wrestler Entrance:
(Light piano music sets a sophisticate tone as a single classy spotlights moves up to the entrance curtains. All attention turns to the stage, as the crowd wonders who this reserved entrance is for-)
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(The camera pans away from the entrance, following the blood curling screams into the crowd. A section of the audience has started to panic, fleeing from the source of the disturbance. Anyone who doesn't backpedal fast enough is knocked through the air as that prehistoric menace rampages through the audience towards the ring. There has to be a precedent for this vicious fan treatment. Japan. The George Clinton cover of "Walk the Dinosaur" pumps over the PA system, to add an extra level of warning for those damned souls with seats between The Dread Lord and the ring.)
MEGA DEATH MOVE: Meteor Crash
Mega Death Move Description: Flying Crossbody Block
Set-Up Maneuver (if applicable):: Will only go up top when his opponent is dead, because it is really risky.
Finisher: Crescent Moon Memories
Description: Bicycle Kick (DB will usually land on his tail, or it will take out the referee. Sometimes it will do a full circle, and hit the opponent after the kick has knocked them back. This is a thing of beauty. Usually just awkward but devastating...)
Signature Moves:
1. Fireball (projectile shot from mouth Bowser style)
2. YOGA FLAME! (larger spread flame breathe, but with the added effect of having Bones yell "YOGA Flame" like SF's Dhalsim)
3. Tail Swipe (Swings his tail like a club)
4. Tailspin (kneels and spins to trip his opponent with the tail)
5. BIG Backdrop (gets opponent a good twelve feet up in the air)
6. BITE (teeth are actually sharp, and red streamers shoot out of his mouth to mime massive blood loss from his opponent)
7. Jump Scare Cat (When opponent is about to hit a big move, or come off the top, a cat will jump out of nowhere psyching them out! It happens so often you'd think they'd be expected the "meow" but always works.)
8. Tail Strike (overhead tail strike for the sucker punch KO)
9. +1 Air-Fist (Tiny T-Rex arm hyperextends like it has a lot more reach than it gives on - extending to the length of a real arm is in keeping with his Dhalsim SF moveset, onlynused for sucker punches)
10. Space Flying Tiger Drop (This is actually just a running hip attack, as Bones has no idea what a SFTD is)
11. Torn Asunder (like a release belly-to-belly overhead suplex, but instead of using his arms it's done out of a shoulder bite)
12. Surprising Technical Flourish (This STF is actually a triangle choke)
13. QUAKE (DB stomps on the canvas with shuch force that it trembles causing his opponent to lose their balance. Some workers may choose to no sell this colourful move, but god help hem, as Bones will then take twice as many liberties)
14. Hyakuretsukyaku (DB tries to do the Chun Li spinning kick from SF2... he's big and its not that fast, but his unrelated tail strikes are brutally stiff)
15. The Extinction Connection (High Angle Backdrop Driver)
Other Moves:
1. Headbutt
2. Rapid Fire Headbutt
3. Splash
4. Shoulderblock
5. Stomp
6. Double Foot Stomp
7. Thrust Kick
8. Leg Lariat
9. Low Blow (w/short T-Rex arm)
10. Eye gouge (w/short T-Rex arm)
11. Choke (w/short T-Rex arm)
12. Armdrag (w/short T-Rex arm)
13. Hiptoss (w/short T-Rex arm)
14. Back Rake (w/short T-Rex arm)
15. Camel Clutch (w/short T-Rex arm)
16. Running Bulldog
17. Samoan Drop (more rests on the neck then holds with arms)
18. Standing Senton
19. Senton off apron to floor
20. Legdrop
21. Big Boot
22. Super kick
23. Hip attack
24. Rocker Dropper
25. Kneelift
Inside Out (On the rare occasion where the T-Rex suit gets ripped up, the guy inside will be wearing a bloody skeleton outfit, but it will free his arms up - at which point his arsenal gets a lot more devastating & technical to discourage people from screwing with the suit), some of these new moves include:
1. Countdown: Repeater Bell Clap
2. Dread Breaker - Swinging neckbreaker
3. Dread Driver - Butterfly Suplex
4. Deathlock - Texas Cloverleaf
5. Death Grip - Jackknife power bomb
Wrestler Style: Power / Brawler
*Bones is basically a big brawler (i.e. Bruiser Brody) that because of his awkward suit will just spear/tackle/splash/hip/headbutt throw his weight around / muscle his opponents; he has enough moves to be forced into unique and diverse matches, but if he had his way he's just stomp his opposition into a fine paste... then spread them on fancy crackers. Ritz even.
Strengths:
1. The Costume (it's really awkward for opponents to hit moves on him)
2. The Costume (its padded and absorbs punishment)
3. Strength
Weaknesses:
1. The Costume (it's really awkward having limited arm movement)
2. The Costume (peripheral vision can be a hinderance)
3. The Costume (that tail has a mind of its own)
Manager: "Tumbleweed" Bill Stokes
Manager description: Aging cowboy star was Bones' first rival when he broke into the business. As Bones is 70 million years old - it's nice to be around someone who makes him feel young. Stokes will take bumps, and you'll feel bad for him.
Alignment: Heel / chaotic neutral
Gimmick: Undead Dinosaur
History: After dying in the jurassic period, D.Bones angry ghost haunted the La Brea Tar Pits where his corpse rested. Spending his days plotting the extinction of humanity, when D. finally became angry enough to reanimate his bones, he discovered himself in modern times with few discernible life skills. WMDs aren't cheap. Forced to pick up a real job, the phantom reptile signed up with SWAT Backyard. Excelling at backyard wrestling, it wasn't long before he had moved from gardens to Applebee's - having a feud of the year contender with elderly cowboy "Tumbleweed" Bill Stokes on his way to capturing the SWAT Ultimate title. He was once again at the top of the food chain! Sadly, when the evil bitch Lynn Brewster decided to shutter all SWAT regions but one, the backyard champ was sent back to the tar pits.
When Zoran Sainovic was looking to add a SWAT title to the X-Crown, DINOSAUR BONES smelt unification money and brought his SWAT Ultimate Title to the XHF, becoming a perpetual thorn in the commissioner's side. Since returning to the land of the living, D. Bones signed on as a driver with the short lived Xtreme Racing League - and while his petrol dreams may have petered out, he recently succeeded in ending Sainovic's career. Enemy vanquished, will Bones return to the earth, or continue his war against humanity?
He did. Joining Bad to the Bone Racing, Bones continues to burn fossil fuel with Lord Dominicus & Big Bone.
Along with a heated feud with Dylan Black and Ai Moe over in the FWA, and the Nihilists in Fireside, Bones would become a perpetual menace for GUNS. Here he found a new nemesis in "Mr. GUNS" Redmond Fury - whose awful personal training prevented Bones from making weight for cruiserfest 2020.
