TAP OUT OPENWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
Jack Diamond (c) vs Jackalope
Diamond makes his fifth defense of the belt but only the second in the company he represents as he takes on the high-flying sensation, Jackalope.
Diamond's quality is beyond doubt but some people have noted that not one of his defenses has been convincing: a foot on the ropes against Strych, both the GUNS and SCCW defenses could easily have gone the other way and he himself will be wanting to put a firm stamp on his reign. With well-publicized contract negotiations and the launch of the Diamond Training Facility, could he be biting off more than he can chew?
Jackalope has continued to improve in every match he's competed in under the Tap Out Wrestling banner and alongside his skills he's also built up a large fanbase amongst the Lansky Ballroom faithful but he's going to need each every one of what he's picked up along the way in this match. At our last show, he and Close were on the verge of a huge win before Diamond crotched him on the top rope to steal the victory. Can Jackalope prove he has Diamond's number AND take his title away from him in one fell swoop?

XHF JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
XHF JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
El Rey (c) vs Kingsley Solomon
The XHF Junior Heavyweight Title makes its way to Tap Out!
El Rey's caliber goes without saying but if you want just the very top-level detaisl, he's a former XHF X*Crown Champion. By the time the match comes around he'll have held his current belt for four months and the ambitious youngster will already have an eye on eclipsing Bloodied Fox's record for the longest reign with the title. Mixing strikes with a high-flying style, El Rey is sure to be a hit with the Tap Out fans.
Representing Tap Out is Kingsley Solomon and whilst his title record isn't as impressive as his opponent's he can look at his fellow Harbingers for ways to take down El Rey and win a title match. His Japanese-inspired style is sure to work well at combating his opponent but he'll know that everything he gets in the match will have to be fought tooth and nail to earn it.

GUEST MATCH
Aiden Merric (#8) vs Alexander von Blankenship(UR)
Opening the second-half of our show is a match that will surely set the pace for the rest of the show to follow.
Aiden's quality has always been evident but his record tells you that consistency is in short supply for the man from Coober Pedy right now. He got the win in our last show with a Lariat that would have decapitated Goliath and compared to Sticky, Goliath might be the younger man. The Australian knows what a win could do for his career in Tap Out and how it will change whether he watches the Main Event in awe or taking notes.
Alexander von Blankenship comes from wrestling royalty; his words, not ours. The son of Rat Bastard debuted in FIRESIDE but for almost a year has been in HardKore World reminding everyone that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Always Very Blessed or A Verminous Bastard, whatever way you want to refer to AVB he's been getting time under the learning tree from Triple Champion, Wesley Crane and now Steve Awesome who both see a lot of potential in him. Can the Nuisance from the Netherlands take away a win from a man who stood toe-to-toe with his father?

TAG-TEAM MATCH
The Throw Show vs Sam Sawyer (#5) / Random McConalogue (#6)
Closing our first-half is a tag-team match that could well be our pick for Match of the Night.
Tuff and Close Collins, the father/son duo that make up the Throw Show, have spent the last few months preparing to take on whoever comes to Tap Out in August holding the XHF Tag-Team Titles and the results have been encouraging. Close continues to show people why he's thought of so highly by the Tap Out management team and his father, Tuff, provides calm and experience to temper the raw talent that is on show in his son.
Standing opposite them in the ring is the team of Sawyer and the unbeaten Random McConalogue. Both of them are hard-hitting and uncompromising and in the conversation for toughest pound-for-pound fighter on the roster, if not the XHF Network itself. With both of them so close to each other in the rankings it'll be interesting to see what dynamic forms as they take on a well-oiled tag-team. Both of them will fancy themselves in the running for the Tap Out spot at XHF Overheated so will they look to eclipse each other or work together to shine brightly?

SINGLES MATCH
Poena (#2) vs Tommy Strychnine (#9)
Could there be a bigger mismatch in personalities on the roster? We'll wait while you try and give us a better one.
Poena once more showed the lengths he'll go to torture his opponents inside the ring at our last show. Random got the win but Poena made sure to leave his mark even in defeat as he's done so many times before. He put both members of our Main Event on notice that he wants them at XHF Night of Champions and we can only imagine that this match is less about the win and more a message for whoever he faces that night. Diamond is only too aware but we get the feeling Poena has the capacity to go further than he has before but for Jackalope, he might realize that his first title is going to lead him to a date with Hell.
In the opposite corner we have Tommy Strychnine who seems a man reborn in 2023. Gone are the plays to the crowd and in their place is a brutal and hard-hitting style that has given him wins over Merric, Sawyer and very nearly carried him to the upset of the year so far over Jack Diamond. Tommy's no doubt seen everything there is to see on tour with his band but will that prepare him for what Poena can bring?

OPENER
Jacob Craft (#14) / Jason Long (#3) vs Ashton Henare (#13) / Wildcat Capone (#11)
Kicking off the night is a match that pits two teams who couldn't be more different against each other.
Jacob Craft might have been on the losing side of the six-man tag-team at our last show but his debut gave the fans and Tap Out Management a glimpse into what he can do inside the ring. With a submission game perhaps only rivalled by Poena and McConalogue, the self-assured submission expert had more than one moment where the match could have ended if it was just one-on-one. Joining him is a wrestler who could be seen as a tag-team specialist, Jason Long. Having held gold with multiple partners on the XHF Network, he'll be the fulcrum of any strategy they choose to employ. Long's mix of striking, flying, and mat-based offense makes him difficult to prepare for and he could well be the difference in the match.
Opposing them are two men who use impact-based attacks to make their point. Henare is the largest man on the Tap Out roster with a physique that is almost freakish. The Va'aiga-scouted wrestler made short work of John Holliday and made more than one wrestling critic sit-up and make note of his name for the future. With the ability to impose his physicality, this match gives him a platform to continue to impress. Tagging with him is Wildcat Capone who has taken every opportunity to compete outside of Tap Out to aid his development and it's beginning to pay off in huge amounts. Seen by some as a slugger, he can set jaws to the floor when he leaves his feet to hit moves like his Rolling Koppu Kick or Belly-to-Belly Suplex. He'll be confident of coming out with the win having seen his team beat Craft's at our last show.
