Donzig grumbled as he shouldered his way through the small rowdy crowd. The fans were booing and jeering, cursing as they shoved back and forth in the small cleared area around the run down looking ring. He shook his head, glancing over at Shinkurain Kōtaishi who gave him a nod.
He glanced at the Young Lion, who shrugged back at him. And then a few mystified looking fans drew back as he gave a half hearted wave of his hand.
Now he knew very well that in quite a few places across the XHF what a wave of his hand meant. And so he just stared as the fans started to move faster as he looked at them, and soon he reached the old metal barricade.
Inside the ring an American with rather close cropped hair was bleeding, and he staggered around the ring before he grabbed a mic. He dusted broken bits of glass and dust from his shoulders and arms, ignoring the blood before he snarled at the crowd.
‘No! No more! I will no longer stand here inside this ring and fight for these corporate shills! No more will I fight for the order that holds us down! It’s time for all of us, all of us to rise up and throw off the shackles of order! It is time for us to become ungovernable!’
The fans cheered, and the man nodded as he walked back and forth. Then he swayed mockingly, waving a hand as he smirked.
‘JROK is holding a seventeen gazillion day tournament to see who is the King of Death Matches or some shit! Well, right here tonight? I don’t need seventeen gazillion days to figure that out! This ring belongs to us! It belongs to all of us! We own wrestling! They don’t own it! We do! These fucking tribs, these fucking corporate dogs! These whipped dogs!’
Donzig arched a brow, glancing at the small man.
‘Are you shitting me? This guy is two minutes from telling me no gods, no masters! We have nothing to lose but our chains.’
The midget said something, and Donzig grunted.
‘We need to unite! We need to stand together, and show them there is no order! No law! Just all of us! No Gods! No Masters! We have nothing to lose but our chains.’
Donzig sighed.
‘This man is spitting.’
Donzig turned to glare at the Young Lion, jabbing a finger.
‘Never fight for free, kid.’
‘But–’
‘Twenty percent of the gate and merch, or you tell them no.’
The man in the ring turned wild eyes on Donzig, and he blinked before he walked over.
‘Holy shit, we are blessed by wrestling royalty.’
The fans all turned, and Donzig grunted as he looked down at the white masked midget with a flick of his fingers.
‘Yeah, Shinkurain Kōtaishi is right here.’
‘I meant you.’
Donzig sighed, and the fans drew back as that sigh never meant anything good. He stepped across the rail, and slid into the ring ignoring the glass slicing his hands and arms. He called for a mic, and turned back to the man.
‘Listen, Captain Anarchy–’
‘My name is–’
Donzig frowned, and he sneered.
‘I just gave your name.’
‘You don’t tell me what to do! No one tells me what to do! I am Captain Anarchy! I do my own–’
He blinked. Donzig laughed, a wild sound. ‘Son of a bitch, you’re good.’
‘I am half man, half amazing. Now listen, I get what you’re saying. But what I need right now are some motherfuckers willing to fight either or both SKY Forces. You want to talk a swing at the order of things? Well, mothefucker, let’s go. I leave chaos in my wake.’
The fans were cheering, and Captain Anarchy seemed to think it over. And then someone else shoved through the crowd, a small broadly built man with a board. He paused, staring with arms spread wide as the fans exploded. He stomped on the stairs, and he climbed into the ring to glare at Donzig.
‘Donzig! You son of a bitch!’
Donzig arched a brow, and he tugged at his own beard. He remembered something, but it was through a haze of red and swirling ashes. The memories of the Scourge, and he shook his head before he looked at the man.
‘Uh, I am going through a transitional period.’
‘I am Ace Albany! You kicked the shit of me in Albany, remember?’
Donzig rubbed at his temples, and then shrugged as he glanced at Shinkurain Kōtaishi! The midget shrugged, mumbling something before he looked between the pair. Donzig sniffed, and looked back to Ace Albany.
‘I will kick the shit out of you in Japan too.’
‘Whoa! You kicking my ass made me a hero in Japan! I owe you a career! You made me the man! These people love my fighting spirit!’
Donzig grunted, and the Young Lion gestured happily before looking away as Donzig glared at him. Then he looked around the ring, and the small masked man gave him a thumbs up before he looked out across the fans.
‘Fuck it! SKY Force needs to get their shit together, because we are going to fuck them up!’
The fans cheered, and Captain Anarchy frowned.
‘Now hold on I can’t–’
Donzig cocked his head, and the man backed up with his hands lifted.
‘Us and –’
Donzig sighed, jabbing a finger at the Young Lion.
‘If I have to explain a mysterious interlude to you again.’
