The scene opens to Wesley Crane’s private jet stopping. The door to the jet is opened and out steps “The High Roller” Wesley Crane. He has the HKW West Coast Championship wrapped around his waist and one of the HKW World Tag Team Championships wrapped slung over his left shoulder. He is dressed to impress as always in his $10,000 custom made suit. Right behind him is his personal assistant, Henderson. Henderson looks as nerdy as ever and has his iPad in hand, tapping away at the screen. Wesley stops at the top of the stairs and takes a deep breath in. He slowly exhales…
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Ah yes, the smell of the great state of New York. Finally, Wesley Crane has returned home.”
Wesley walks down the stairs and walks to his Hummer Stretch Limo. He gets inside and takes another deep breath. Henderson, who has joined Wesley in the limo, pours Wesley a glass of whiskey. He hands the glass to Wesley. Wesley pounds the glass and hands it back to Henderson.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Pour me another.”
Henderson does as he’s told and hands the glass to Wesley.
Henderson: “Sir, are you okay?”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Yeah, I’m fine. Why wouldn’t I be?”
Henderson: “Well, you lost Naomi to Kalmin Watts at Night of Champions. That’s gotta be messing with your psyche.”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Let’s not get shit twisted, I did not lose Naomi. I was robbed of Naomi by that hypocrite Kalmin Watts. That mother fucker talks about bringing honor to the Wrestle:UK World Championship, but he only beat me by hitting a piledriver on the tools from the toolbox. Kalmin couldn’t beat me clean and he knows he can’t. In my matches, I outsmarted Kalmin. At Night of Champions, Kalmin cheated like the little bitch that he is.”
Henderson: “At least you get some revenge at Legacy when you and most of the High Rollers are facing Kalmin and his friends… two of them being Marty Donovan and Florida man and the other two being The Dark Stars. How are you feeling about that?”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “War Games just happen to be in my backyard. New York is MY home and I do not lose in my home. I’ve spoken to my teammates and they know that losing is not an option in this match.”
Wesley takes a huge sip from his drink.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “War Games puts me in a cell with Kalmin Watts once again. This time around, I have my family to keep Kalmin from cheating. The High Rollers Club will not allow Kalmin to use underhanded tactics.”
Henderson: “Sir, didn’t you cheat twice in your matches with Kalmin Watts?”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “No, I simply outsmarted Kalmin. Kalmin could have done permanent damage with that piledriver. I’m going to talk to Frank Wormwood and get him to ban that move once and for all.”
Henderson: “I don’t think Mr. Wormwood is going to give you what you want. He doesn’t seem to take sides.”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Wormwood is a troll. He’ll give me what I want or he’ll find out just how dangerous The High Rollers Club really are.”
Henderson: “Have you spoken to Miss Moss? I’d imagine she’s been a great support to you during this tough time.”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “She’s reached out a few times. I haven’t spoken to her yet. I will soon enough. I just needed to clear my head a bit and get back to New York before I made contact with her. I’m sure I’ll give her a call later.”
Henderson: “How about Preston, Rage and Cage and The Glucks? Are they meeting you at the Casino?”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Reese and Rage and Cage are. The Glucks are in Mississippi at the moment… but trust me, they’ll be at Legacy and they’ll be ready for a war.”
The scene fades out. When it comes back, we see Wesley Crane’s limo pulling up to the Casino. Standing out front is Preston Andre Reese, Wesley’s best friend. Wesley smiles when he sees his friend. Reese reaches out and gives Wesley a brotherly hug.
Preston Andre Reese: “How was your flight?”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “It was good.”
Preston Andre Reese: “How are you holding up?”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “I’m good, honestly.”
Preston Andre Reese: “I worry about you, brother.”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “There’s nothing to worry about. I’ve got things under control. This war with Kalmin is not over with. I’ll give him some time as champion. I’ll let him enjoy his 15 minutes of fame… but trust me when I say this… Kalmin Watt’s time of playing champion is going to come to a crashing halt when I get my rematch.”
Preston Andre Reese: “But Blood made it so former champions don’t automatically get their rematches. The former champion usually needs to start over and work their way back up to the top.”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “That’s not going to be a problem. There’s nobody else on this roster, other than you, that can hold a candle to Wesley Crane.”
Preston Andre Reese: “I’m sorry about not being able to do more to help you at Night of Champions.”
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “It’s okay. Truly, it is. Like I said to Henderson, Kalmin cheated to win. In my eyes, he’s no better than that bastard William Fowler. I’ve lost just two matches in a year of being with Wrestle:UK. Just two… and both of those matches were lost because my opponent cheated to win. The fact is, no one can defeat Wesley Crane cleanly. Not even the “ultimate good guy” can defeat me. Wesley Crane is on a whole different level. Wesley Crane knows the truth. You know the truth. Wrestling fans all over the world know the truth. Wrestlers all over the world know the truth and Kalmin Watts and his doofy manager Anthony Jordan both know the truth.”
With that said, Preston, Wesley and Henderson all enter the Casino.
