Evening, lady's and Links. Having caught up in provides days activities and what not, there has no been alot of work done. The one death, one *Pulls out a pad of paper and flips through it* Steve Awesome, if that's even his christian name, died after making a joke at Hammer. So Hammer, what were you up to last evening?

The awesome killing makes little sense, like the attack on Kris. Maybe it is lack of eyes, or are we missing a link, pun intended, between her attempted murder, and Steve's death??

I'm pretty sure we are here to get the reactions. I'm waiting on hammer to tell me what he did last night. I'm pretty sure Dave is going to pop in and want to slow play everything. Mosler is going to translate some shit. Hype is going to give another excuse as to why he is absent.

To answer Rat’s question, I got information on Steve last night which obviously was not helpful. I would have cleared him as town, given this information. Alas, being dead we know this already.

Also if this offers any help…I don’t know whether Steele is Town, Scum, or Third Party, but if he is not town we will only find out through daytime voting, as he may be hard to discover at night.

Hammer basically outed himself yesterday as an investigative role when he mentioned the commuter.  The only way you know that role exists day 2 is if you targeted someone, and get results for someone else (or of you were trying to kill Steele but hit Kris instead).  I was a little surprised that no one called Hammer on it, but just assumed we were all downplaying it so as not to direct scum attention to him?

And again - meta play - I believe Hammer complained about Steve's cop last game in the sign-ups.  So while most of us would see Steve as harmless, Hammer has a recent experience of being impressed by him...... which explains why he would target Steve day 2 (whether that's as scum or as investigator on a non-active player remains to be seen).

I have nothing this minute... and look forward to Steele's response, which I imagine will be chastising Hammer for showing too much hand.

The question becomes is he a role cop or cop or flavor investigator and is he trying to be helpful or drip feeding info to keep us off his vote train.

I dunno I get town vibes from Hammer. And Reck. I'm unsure on mosler but that could just be me being cautious since I know he's very good at evading my scumdar.

I too would like to hear how Steele responds to this. Because something felt slightly off about him but again not enough to make me push on him before now but this scenario has made me want to find out more.

Also I never trust hype being quiet.

Mongo has your boat told you anything that might liven things up at all?

Also I'm not sure h2f has given us anything of value. So you have any insights?

I know he plays the "I'm new card" alot, but I think he is smarter then this play. If he checked Steve last night, and Steele night 1, but also has info on a commuter, those numbers just don't add up with it only being Day 3, as that seems to be to many checked people. If he had this Steele information yesterday, and didn't speak up about it, that is also suspect, cause he was doing the I have nothing yesterday. So unless he is getting fed information from someone as to that extra nights check he is letting out, in suspect as shit on young Hammer.

I've got no new information to contribute from the night since the only ability I had was passive to begin with--and was used up Night One, besides.

With the last couple days being hectic IRL, I didn't get the chance to ask Hammer why, exactly, he found me coming forward with the loss of said ability--one-shot bulletproof, to help those coming in as substitutes--to be suspicious on a night where no kill went through. So I'm asking that now.

Hammer, what about that was suspicious, exactly?

(I also find it strange that you were so suspicious, but yet you did not follow up on said suspicions, if what you've revealed is any indicator.)

Don’t mind those jealous Links, they just wish they could have built the legacy…the Legend you might say…that I have created for myself!

Trans: Anyone who plays with me knows that I am suspicious of everyone. This is not out of the ordinary whatsoever and unless you are a friendly neighbor or town confirmed by another town member, I will likely not believe your story. While it sounds nice, there is no proof you were shot. The night one miss could have been a number of things…a lucky doctor or a commuter (which is confirmed). You missed the game where Mosler had the “can’t touch this” vest…it wasn’t real but we all believed it.

The only confusing thing I see is we have one person who believed a played too much of my hand, one person who says I haven’t revealed enough, and one who is right down the middle.

I hate meta gaming and bringing real world excuses constantly into play gives me scum vibes. That said, hammer admitted to targeting the person who died last night.

The crumbing of “hints” that there’sa third party and “hints” he’s both 1. an investigator role but also 2. confirming a commuter is in this game is odd. So is saying he will only believe someone is town if they’re a friendly neighbor or other self town confirmed but did not include clearing by mod. Dude, have you not been hinting that your power can tell? Do you not trust it? Or do you have a better knowledge of who isn’t scum because you are one? Is that why third party concerns you?


Of course, there’s also the risk he’s a jester. I would like to think on this more before my vote down. Voting against a cop will help scum. Voting against a fake cop will help town. I don’t know what his power is and I’m not commenting on other players hints. I don’t what to point out what I think people are. But I will point out inconsistencies where I see them.

Hey, as much as I get targeted in these games, I would probably be a pretty good jester.

No DT, the boat doesn't tell me things, it's not part of the role. Just an in-character aspect.

I did something but it didn't pan out to anything so I'll have to keep roaming the high seas.
