Game 8
Lions at the Frozen Tundra
Not a lot to talk about in this one. Although I put up 4 TDs it was not easy. Throwing lanes were hard to find and while my running back broke the century mark it wasn’t pretty.
Lions over Packers 28-0
Bad news. My Left Tackle went down late in the game and will miss 4 weeks. Could hurt my running game going forward.
Game 9
Lions head to Hollywood
So losing the left tackle was tough. It was a lot harder to get the run going outside, but eventually I wore the Rams D down and got going.
What set me ahead in this game was two short slants to St Brown that he took to the house for touchdowns making my receiving numbers look way better than they were.
On defense it was near impossible to stop Kupp. He caught almost everything that was near him. Luckily I was able to get a better rush on the QB as the game went on and break up the rhythm the duo had.
Lions over Rams 35-10
Parsons now has a star development trait. Williams was inspired by St Browns big game and wants to match it. My scouting team wants me to draft a CB McElroy.
Everyone wants to talk to the coach this week.

Quick note from last week. St. Brown was player of the week. 241 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns will do that
Game 10
Lions visit Jacksonville
Easily the hardest game I’ve played so far.
I was able to move on offense pretty easily, but even with Gibbs back from injury I had a lot of trouble moving the ball on the ground.
What made it hard, though, was the fact that the game wanted to healthy scratch my best player Amon Ra St. Brown. I rage quit the game a couple times trying to get him in the game and finally found a way to force him in the lineup, but he was still only in on 3 plays in the playbook 🤬
I decided that’d have to do and jumped out to an early lead, which was important because I could NOT stop the Jags offense to save my life. It’s weird because I’ve faced teams that have had better receiving corps and just as good of a running threat, but they just dominated my defense and made it a track meet.
In the end, Hooker (hehe), was the man with 263 passing yards and 4 touchdowns. I threw almost exclusively to Jameson Williams and Sam LaPorta because St. Brown was never out there and I needed to get Williams 150 yards. Gibbs return to action was good for 80 yards and a touchdown.
Lions survive the Jags 35-231
Next week there’s a lot of pressure on my squad. Jameson Williams is excited about the offense and I’m expected to throw 3 touchdowns to prove it and improve the receivers. Hooker (hehe) is breaking out and needs 4 total touchdowns to improve, at least that’s consistent. Also, it’s a short week and my team needs to make a statement and make 4 touchdowns.

Last week note. Hooker (hehe) won player of the week. Woo
Game 11
Indy visits Motown
After a few tough games it was nice to have a route. I could do no wrong in this one. Hooker (hehe) had the game he needed. Gibbs got rolling as the day went on. St. Brown had another huge game and Williams’ wasn’t bad either.
The defense had trouble getting to Richardson at first, but still ended up totaling 6 sacks and an interception.
Lions roll over the Colts 49-7
Hooker (hehe) with back-to-back player of the week awards. Woo!
Pack visit Motown
Oh man this one started hot. We were knotted up 14-14 with under 2 minutes in the half, but then I scored quickly and got an interception for a 14 point swing before half.
Second half I got the ball, and that was a big deal because the Pack were not easy to stop. Jameson Williams had a big day receiving or it’s likely I could’ve lost this game as I couldn’t get the running game going until late.
Lions beat the Packers 49-28
No surprise to me, Jameson Williams gets play of the week with 238 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Game 12
Cards visit Lions
Monday Night Football woo
Been awhile since I had a real laugher. The Cards got some late field goals but they had nothing for me. Gibbs had a big day and Hooker (hehe) had his best game of the year.
Hooker (hehe) had 304 yards passing and 5 touchdowns. It was the first time since I upped the difficulty that I was able to consistently throw deep over defenders. St. Brown was the big man on the day with 211 yards and 3 touchdowns, but Williams day wasn’t too shabby with 93 yards and the other 2 scores. Gibbs added one more TD and over 100 yards rushing.
For the first time in awhile my defense scored returning an interception for 6.
Lions roll over the Cards 49-6
No surprise Hooker (hehe) wins player of the week.

Note: Sorry for anyone paying attention this has been delayed because I have a few things going on. These two games were played pretty far apart over the last couple weeks.
Game 14
Lions visit DC
Wild guess I roll this 3-10 team, but we’ll see.
And I was right. This defense was so bad I kind of just started practicing stuff. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t the cake walk of rookie difficulty, but compared to a lot of the games this season, it was nothing. I even went for it on fourth down in a spot I wouldn’t against any other team and even though I failed my defense got an interception immediately.
Anyway, defense balled out. Offense rolled.
Lions blank Commanders 49-0
Player of the week for both: Hooker (hehe) with 288 yards and 5 touchdowns Branch (backup safety) with 5 tackles and 4 sacks
I should probably note, I build amazing safeties because of how I blitz.
Game 15
Lions visit the Windy City
Harder game than the final looks. DJ Moore is unstoppable when he gets the ball and Fields was hard to sack, which is new for my squad.
Luckily, even though again the game took out St. Brown early even though he was healthy, Gibbs ran all over Da Bears to the tune of 201 yards and 3 touchdowns. Included in there was a 66 yard run on my first offensive play.
Lions over Bears 42-24
Gibbs is Player of the week for good reason.

Game 16
Vikings visit Detroit
This is going to be another roll. Vikings are not having a good year and early in the game I knocked out their young QB and their starting RB.
Hooker (hehe) put up 228 yards and 4 TDs even though my guys dropped an abnormal amount of passes and Gibbs continued to roll.
Defense was unstoppable and allowed only a garbage time field goal while racking up 7 sacks. 4 of the sacks were by my Saftey Branch 💪
Lions roll Vikings 42-3
Double Player of the Week! Hooker (hehe) and Branch lock up the awards
Final week of the regular season!!!
Detroit visits Bills Mafia
The Bills are only 8-8, but statistically their team matches up pretty well so we’ll see how this goes.
Whew! Hardest game of the year. I could not get a rush on Josh Allen and Diggs was practically uncoverable.
Honestly, I probably should’ve lost. My game reset once on accident when I was losing. The dogs needed to go out and when I came back the game had quit. I restarted a second time after the Bills scored on one play because AGAIN they healthy scratched St. Brown. Eventually I had to play without St. Brown and barely squeaked out a win.
28-20 Lions survive the Bills and go undefeated.
PLAYOFFS up next…

Divisional round
Eagles fly to Detroit
Eagles only went 9-8, but are 87 overall to my 89 so I’m expecting a challenge.
Woo! Two sacks on the first drive and a punt return for a touchdown!!! Big play alert. Eagles are moving the ball decently, but I keep stopping them at midfield. That led to no offensive plays in the first quarter and the first offensive play is deep to Williams for another TD.
Wow. After the early success this was a slobberknocker. I could NOT run to save my life and that led to obvious passing downs and Hooker (hehe) did not do well with the pressure. Luckily, my defense kept Hurts in the pocket and limited the Eagles to one touchdown and a missed field goal.
Lions move on 24-7 over the Birds.
Conference Championship
Giants in Motown
Oh man this game was interesting. Last game I could not run and this game they had no answer. First offensive play Gibbs took off for a 50 yard run, but I threw a red zone interception 🤦♂️ Quick 3 and out though and I was right back on offense.
As the game likes to do, though, Gibbs was a non-injury benching leaving Bradley Parsons, who hadn’t played in quite a few weeks, to carry the load. He did not disappoint. Although, Hooker (hehe) ended up with 4 touchdown passes Parsons was the entire offense. He ran for 163 yards and 1 touchdown to wear down the Giants. Gibbs ended up having 54 as well giving us well over a 200 yard rushing day.
The defense was all over Daniel Jones and their only blemish was a desperation dump off to Saquan Barkley who could not be tackled once he got free and he took it for a long TD.
LIONS GO BACK TO THE SUPER BOWL 35-7 over the Giants
Apparently there’s a player of the week for the playoffs and Parsons took it on offense.
END OF SEASON AWARDS Only two awards announced now Dan Campbell is coach of the year Lamar Jackson wins MVP for the Ravens

Super Bowl
Lions vs Ravens
Lamar Jackson was MVP of the league, but my team is an all-around beast. Let’s see what happens.
This one is TOUGH! I knocked Lamar Jackson out on the first drive, but the o-line for the Ravens is great and the back up has hit the open man twice for TDs and led a field goal drive at the end of the half to make it a 4 point game at the half.
Deep breath.
Who needs a halftime show when YOU RETURN THE HALFTIME KICK FOR A TD WOO!
One half was not like the other. Jackson came back after halftime and that may have been a blessing because the backup seemed to have better accuracy.
What was a 21-17 game at half ended in a blowout.
Lions roll over the Ravens 49-24
Full awards are out!
Jameson Williams wins offensive player of the year
Brian Branch (backup safety) wins defensive player of the year.
Gibbs was MVP of the Super Bowl
Offseason!
I lost my big Defensive Tackle. I’ll look to replace him in the draft. I signed a Right Guard to fill my one weekends on the o-line.
Did not get the best DT but added two good Corners to my team in the draft.
Season 3!
I haven’t decided if I want to try on All Madden or just sim the regular season games and play GM exclusively except the playoffs. Either way, season 3 should be a fun challenge.
