If there's one thing that has been on my mind e-fed related given the untimely passing of our friends Mike and Steve (other than the obvious moments of reminiscing our times on the Network), it's what would happen after we pass? I've spoken about this with Kris and Mongo and want to make sure this discussion is delicately handled. I think it's important because there's a logistical issue that rises from the fact that we are not our characters and our characters are not us. They don't die just because we do. ...or do they?
tl;dr: What happens to our characters after we die?
I'd like to treat this post as our will as it happens to our characters, and I offer it with great respect handed to our fallen friends. I trust the members to treat this post with the dignity that it deserves.

I have many characters, but I'll start with five.
Kuroi - My first character and namesake. He has lived a life of isolationism. He's blocked out everyone from his life and finds the idea of opening himself to others to be weakness. When I die, his fate likely ends in prison. Being as cold and quick to violence as he is, I can't imagine him finding anything outside of serving a sentence for a charge less than manslaughter. Copycat - I think I'd actually like him to see happiness. I've used him to detail my experiences after my mom passed, and because I've felt like the absolute bottom before. Copycat has expressed many times that he doesn't want to be a wrestler and wants out. Being able to live a relatively normal life is probably the kindest ending that's realistic. Ognom - He's probably the one character whose existence can fade to the background. If you didn't know, Bombshell Warning: He's a parody of Mongo. I don't decide Mongo's fate. But if Mongo does pass away before I do, Ognom will no longer be played. King Edmund IV - I'm not too sure about him. Part of me wants to have him assassinated so the people of Supremia could live a happy life, but he's also a comedic character, so it may make more sense for him to live his life filled to the brim with the delusion of greatness. I'm sure I'll update it. Right now, I'm leaning to the second half. As far as Mutt, I'd like to see him to relocate out of Supremia and live somewhere he can experience happiness. Mutt's a good person - he's merely the product of his harsh environment. Michael Storm - In the original iteration of the XHF (after the BDDWF), he has taken a backseat. However, he has taken on my lead and most endearing role as we hit the Network age. He has taken a lot of my cynical aspects (except for woman-beating. I've never done that). He's bared a lot of my opposition to oppression, which worked since he was black and I expressed a lot of anti-semitism through him. If and when I die, he will die too. I'm not exactly sure how, but it's probably going to be how he has lived. Through the spirit of the XHF, it will be Xtreme. And if it suits Jack, he can be the one to do it - so he can finish the job.

Poena- I'd want him to keep showing up in the background of stories about the wrestlers he's effected. Jack, Random, Sam, and whoever else happens to end up falling either under his sway or in the line of fire for his zealotry. In the end though, I'd want Jack to be the one that finally dismantles his cult. After all Poena has done to him, he deserves that closure. If, heaven forbid, Jack passes before I do, Poena will mourn him as much as I will.
Andrej- I'm not sure what the big man would want. I know he's gonna be showing up again somewhere, chasing battles and glory. Perhaps a chance at Valhalla on earth, or just security for his family.

I'd like to think my characters get happy endings as they move into retirement or something.
Except Mongo.
Mongo gets to die early and Joey Hawke becomes the XHF/Network CEO. Which is funny since Hawke is older than Mongo (I think) and therefore likely will have to die of natural causes later on anyway.

I guess mine aren't so much "after I die" as they are "now that I'm never active" really but here goes...
Jackson Steele: After retiring from in-ring competition, he and Stacey opened up a "Gentleman's Club" using the Million Dollars he won in a bet from Michael Storm. If I ever came back to running a fed, I'd very likely go down then "Jackson Steele's XXX Wrestling Club" route (admission: I actually have loads of graphics, logos, etc from when I first thought up this fed idea in like, 2020. I've been sitting on it for nearly four damn years thinking "do I, don't I?")
Furanku Furetcha: After Joe Biden won the 2020 election, Donald Trump's MAGA spell was broken and Furanku became Akihiro Handa again. He returned to Japan, where he resumed his career as if he hadn't just spent the last few years living in the USA as an overzealous American Patriot. In his spare time, he does raunchy photoshoots for nudie calendars that he sells on his website. He greatly misses Mr. Sumo and his rivalries with Mad Dog Smith and Jeffrey Viper.

i got a lot of characters too but if i ever kick the bucket before any of them reach their endings then i think it'd go as follows:
Kira Izumi: my first ever efed character, he was a guy i made back in my motm (masters of the mat) days. one of my two main characters in the fed/game at the time. motm was a quasiefed that used a game like mechanic/system where you would pick you moves and certain moves would be more powerful or better for that week. it's kind of hard to explain, but it was a wrestling game where we made characters, promotions and wrote our own stories. a lot of kiras history is tied to that place and without it i would of never found efedding later on. anyways enough about that. kira is my first, my baby. i imagine he'd die in a blaze of glory inside the ring doing some insane death match that's finally just too insane and extreme. that or he'll wind up seriously injured and forced to retire and in a wheel chair. whatever the case i feel his story will end like it began. in some sort of tragedy.
Yuki Sakaraba: yuki would probably still be in the icp and would continue to travel across the multiverse after wrestling.
wildcat capone: at this moment he'll wind up in jail or murdered on the streets in a gang war or some crime gone wrong. man most of these are kinda bad lol.
ai moe: i could see her making appearances here and there and maybe turn into an interviewer or some sort of backstage type role. maybe even being a mentor or manager for some younger talent. i think that manager route would be a cool full circle moment for her since that's how she became a hit herself.
eichi yamaguchi: he'll be doing something with sccw until the company folds. assuming it's running that long and everything, i figure he'll either be still on the run from the yakuza, never staying in one place for long or he becomes a coach or some sort of backstage type role in sccw.
