The camera flickers and blurs, and a spider scurries across it’s web as a fly thrashes in the webs. And then it changes to show an army of ants dragging down a massive beetle, before the screen changes again to show a scorpion’s tail stabbing downward.
A shark explodes from the water, and wolves run down a deer.
‘In nature there is predator and prey, there is the cruel whims of fate. The cold winds of destiny! Survival of the fittest.’
The screen moves away to reveal the man known as the Red Slayer leaning in the corner. His lips are drawn back in a smile, and his eyes flicker with sick glee before a hand lifts to flick away his dark hair. He paces forward, arms wrapped around himself before he shrugs.
‘This is nature red in tooth and claw! And at St. Patrick’s Massacre? I will show everyone that as above so below, because I will walk into the Chaos Ladder Match! And I will prey on the weak, I will take apart anyone who falls into my web! Because you see, I have remembered what Sinclair has forgotten.’
A grin and he leans forward, tapping his temple.
‘I don’t need to beat her. I don’t need to beat any of you. I just need to wait, and when you are busy? I will climb that ladder, and I will tear down the Commonwealth Title! And I will be one step closer, one step closer to my goal! And that goal is reign over the WUK!’
