In a rage

(The Dark Stars and Dark Novas are riding through a dark alley the steam vents spewing out steam giving them a ghostly presence as they continue riding through the alley on their modified Harleys.  They stop in front of a limo where they get off their Harleys and go up to a man who is leaning on the hood waiting for them.  Despite the tension between them The Dark Stars and Dark Novas remain calm and all business.)

Commandrix:  "The job you wanted done is accomplished."

Essington:  "Good work as usual."

Commandrix:  "We are always efficient in everything we do."

Terminatrix:  "It's what we do best."

Essington:  'I guess you entered this North American Cup Tournament."

Niko:  "If there is a tournament for a cup or a tag team championship shot.  The Dark Stars are always ready to enter and make a true run for the cup and we intend to win and prove we are still a team to be feared."

Kono:  "It seems everyone has been thinking The Dark Stars aren't significant anymore but come The North American Cup.  We have every intention of wiping out all competitors no matter who they are and where they come from in The XHF Network or Wrestle:  UK."

Essington:  "Word has it that you are going to face Rage and Cage again."

(The Dark Stars start to steam with anger and start pounding their fist in rage.)

Niko:  "THEM AGAIN!"

Kono:  "Rage and Cage have been a thorn in our side as you say on Planet Earth and we've had enough of those pieces of drug addled rejects."

Terminatrix:  "One half is a singles champion if you remember from a couple of shows ago."

Commandrix:  "Terminatrix is right and you shall remain focused on winning this opening round."

Terminatrix:  "It seems that everyone is trying to form a tag team just to enter this tournament.  I just noticed that Lord Dominicus has entered Dinosaur Bones and this individual named Big Bone."

Niko:  "What is this promotion coming to if a couple of fossils from the Jurassic Period are allowed to compete in a prestigious tournament."

Kono:  "Remember this is an open tournament Niko as much as we hate to accept it but we must."

Niko:  "Yes we must."

Commandrix:  "Plus Dinosaur Bones literally ran his own promotion briefly."

Kono:  "When the place disappeared where did Olympia go if she is still stuck there never to return."

Essington:  "Too bad.  I could use a place where a few of my unwanted associates could go to and never to return."

Commandrix:  "I'm sure you probably know who else is in this tournament before we do."

Essington:  "Supposedly there's this Hardkore World tag team...."

Niko:  "We know about Team Fairtex and their recent victory over MVC II."

Essington:  "Actually I meant Captain Righteous and his new partner Robo Knight."

Kono:  "Just what this tournament needs wannabee comic book characters in a serious tournament for a potential championship shot.  I choose Rage and Cage or Dinosaur or Big Bones anytime."

Commandrix:  "They kept getting lucky each time we met but sooner or later we shall beat them and embarrass them when they least expect it."

Niko:  "Revenge is going to be quite satisfactory."

Kono:  "Only we shall be the ones feeling satisfied."

Essington:  "Oh I almost forgot."

(He pulls out an envelope and it to them.)

Terminatrix:  "This is our payment for the assignment."

(They look in it and nod approvingly.)

Commandrix:  "So what are the odds of us winning."

Essington:  "You're a real long shot to win."

Niko:  "Is that any surprise.  We used to be what you called a sure bet."

Kono:  "Now we're just considered an afterthought as people on this planet call anyone who runs into a losing streak."

Essington:  "I'm never wrong on anything and I know you will pull out of it."

(The wristbands on their wrists start signaling red and they pull out their weapons.)

Commandrix:  "DUCK!"

(Essington and his bodyguard duck as The Dark Stars and Dark Novas aim and shoot the hitmen aiming for Essington and his bodyguard.  Terminatrix goes over to them as Commandrix  helps him and his bodyguard up.)

Terminatrix:  "Who sent you to kill Essington."

(The Dark Stars haul them up and force them over before forcing them to their knees and forcing their heads back by the hair a look of uncontrollable rage and anger on their faces.)

Niko:  "Answer the question or you lose more than your motor bikes and you don't want to know how we plan on doing it!"

Kono:  "Believe us we're anxious to spill blood!"

Essington:  "I know these guys.  They work for the O'Riley's and like taking people out but thanks to you they didn't get the job done."

Niko:  "Let's kill them as an example."

Kono:  "Gladly."

Essington:  "I'll handle them.  You have more important things than these two pieces of trash.  Besides, I don't want you to get into trouble just before your tournament run for that North American Cup.  It's bad for business and your careers."

Commandrix:  "Good point Essington.  We don't want Rage and Cage making excuses while getting high on their substances of corruption."

Essington:  "Then good luck and I know you'll go far in this tournament or make a good effort to do so."

(Essington returns to his car and backs out of the alley as The Dark Stars and Dark Novas wait and get on their Harleys.  The Dark Stars are in a rage and ready to take it out on someone as they ride out lof the alley as the scene slowly fades to black.)
