BIOGRAPHY
Nathan Thunder was a former stuntman in Hollywood. As he was performing a stunt on the set of a Rob Zombie slasher film, he was knocked unconscious by the star of the film, Dwayne Johnson. When Thunder awoke, he believed he was the character he was protraying in the film, The Nightmare. The film never made it to theaters, but Thunder was irreparibly damaged. His doctors believed the best course of action was to let him live out this cherade and hope he would return to normal over time.
The Man with a Plan, Joshua Jeffrey Jones, was hired to manage him and keep him out of trouble, while simultaneously trying to bring him back to himself. Wrestling was a way for the Nightmare to get out his aggression and not seriously injure or kill anyone. The Nightmare knows he is a wrestler, but still has issues differentiating reality from the movie he is starring in.
