"The Soviet Monster" Duke Kosloff has just become one of the biggest, most sought-after free agents in the wrestling world as his current company has just closed their doors. But for those of you that haven't been watching wrestling or listening to the World news here a short but brief history of the Soviet Monster.
It all started when Duke Kosloff was just a kid, living in Moscow, Russia. He was four years old when his father was killed by an Iraqi soldier. Duke's mother took it hard blaming herself for his death, she attempted suicide several times over the next six months. The last time she tried the government threw her in an insane asylum for the mentally disturbed. Duke was five by this time living in an orphanage, where the other kid's bullied him and beat him until he was adopted by a rich family who couldn't have any children of their own. The adoptive father who was a military advisor to the Soviet president thought best to put him in training for mixed martial art's flying Dukes instructor all the way from China to Moscow. The adoptive mother was a bit of a snob and cold-hearted, she would get drunk and abuse Duke, locking him in the cellar with no lights, no heat, nothing. That's when he began to hear the voices, started playing with fire he never told anyone about his new friends or his new habit. After several years of this and Duke hitting puberty, he was now 17 years old and 6 foot 8 almost 250 pounds. It was just Duke and his adoptive father now as his adoptive mother died horribly in a house fire. Duke had been in mixed martial arts for over ten years now his adoptive father thought best that Duke joins the Soviet military. So at 18 years old, Duke enlisted into the Soviet military where they taught him wrestling as part of his training among other things. After ten years of active service and reaching the rank of Sergent Duke left the Soviet military. That's when he moved to Canada and became a wrestler working for small companies and earning multiple heavyweight championships all over the globe. Standing 7 foot 4 325 pounds with a mean sadistic streak who can really stop Duke Kosloff..... Now he's here in the End of Days tournament to make whoever steps in his way FEEL THE BURN!!!!!
Now that you know who Duke Kosloff is and a little about him your mouth is watering and you can feel the burning sensation building up within your soul. You need, you want to know more, you just have to have every single detail about him. So here you go here's another taste of the Soviet Monster.
"The Soviet Monster" Duke Kosloff is a 7 foot 4-inch 325-pound monster, but how did he become this cold, black-hearted monster of destruction? Duke Kosloff grew up without his birth parents who both died when he was very young. Duke was then adopted by parents that abused and neglected him. They taught him early in life that you have to do what's best for yourself. Duke's adoptive mother died in a horrible house fire when Duke was 17, then at 18, Duke's adoptive father enlisted him in the Soviet military. The Soviet military trained Duke Kosloff in hand to hand combat (wrestling) as Duke was already trained in mixed martial arts for well over a decade. They trained him in the art of torture and medicine so he would be able to get information and whatever else he wanted or needed without killing the individual before he received what it was he was after. The Soviet Monster was stationed all over the world (Iceland, Iraq, Africa) learning and becoming what the Soviet military wanted him to become.
While Duke was in Iraq, he was imprisoned for the death of three Iranian soldiers in a bar fight. The Iranian army tortured and beat him for several month's days in and day out no sleep, no food. The entire time all Duke Kosloff could think about was how he was going to kill everyone that touched him and how he would make the Soviet military pay for leaving him there and not retrieving him. When the Soviet military finally retrieved Duke Kosloff he was only 178 pounds and sick, but he did not break. he never told any secrets, never spoke a word to the Iranian army.
It took several months for Duke to gain his weight back and get healthy enough to go back to work. When he reached his 325-pound mark he was solid muscle with a twelve pack. Duke worked out as if he was under a spell, he would lift weights for 8 hours a day nonstop. After his health was better he was promoted to Sergent in the Soviet military, he was in charge of secret ops and training the soldiers that would be sent on special op missions. As time went by Duke Kosloffs attitude and demeanor would change he became another man a MONSTER.
Duke Kosloff was the toughest Sergent if not the toughest leader in the Soviet military, killing over 80 men just in training. But for the men who passed and made it through his training would go on to become major military weapons till this day the men he trained are still willing to do whatever he requested of them. Duke was so impressive that the Soviet military offered him a raise and promotion, but Duke turned it down and instead left the military. Duke Kosloff had become a Soviet Monster and needed to leave the life he was in. Instead, he went to Canada where he trained in professional wrestling under the Hart family in the Dungeon.
As you can see there is more to Duke Kosloff than you could ever imagine. The man, the monster, and the Soviet weapon, Duke Kosloff is more dangerous than the world knows. Just remember one thing when you step up against the Soviet Monster you WILL FEEL THE BURN!!!!!!!
