Hello my friends. I've posted the Jungle Assault #1 and here I bring some OOC updates for you about our state.
Almost everybody in the roster knows me by this time. I joined XHF and started a fed here with no sucess with new sign-ups so after putting my first show I was invited by Duke and XHF to join RWA staff. There were several new members and Duke was in need of help. I accepted and we started working together.
Duke then had some severe personal problems during the week. This could happen to any of us, at anytime. And on Tuesday said to me that he wasn't going to write the show. Since then we didn't talked and I can only hope everything is fine with him.
I wrote and posted episode #1 and the Card for episode #2. I will overlook things for now assuming Duke's role so there's no need to worry. If Duke returns I will see how things go. But Duke and XHF deposited their trust on me to carry on with RWA.
I might present some little things that I've planned, like this tour... And will give more details on that. I want to give more life to your characters and to RWA herself and you can expect some life in the board for the next two weeks with daily news and more...
Regarding Staff... I'm currently looking for people to join me at RWA staff.
Last show I was very happy to get your help and your wrestler segments and I plan to keep on doing those, so the actual show is a great way to develop and to showcase your character.
The another big question that I found was...
WHERE ARE THE NEW GUYS? WHY DOES SOMEONE SIGNS UP AND DOESN'T SHOW?
Well I don't know either. There's loads of offers in the market at the moment. I remember 12 years ago when I started my first fed that I was actually all day chatting with people to bring them to my fed advertising, doing stuff... That's maybe why I was sucessful back then... But was a sucess that came fast and went fast.
Why? This guys weren't reliable. Sure I was in a wrestling community with 2000 users and opened the first "fed" most of them had seen.. We had a massive roster but how many people would join and leave... Then after 1\2 years everyone had it's "own" e-fed with their friends...
In the meantime I was working with VWW... A underrated e-fed with some "boom periods" but there wasn't that many members... Some guys wouldn't join because of the quality there and they knew they would job but kept on saying VWW was shit... But almost all members were friends, myself included. VWW lasted for years and we had so much fun with our characters. Why? We were reliable... We kept on doing our own thing all those years and the people slowly came and usually in these boom we only managed to get 1 or 2 members... Good members.... The others would no-show or something after a while. Everything ended when everyone had no-time because of school, family, work, people losing interest... So VWW naturally died.
The most common words I ever heard when I jumped to this e-wrestling world and didn't knew nothing about it...
QUALITY > QUANTITY
That is the universal answer for everything.
I mean we have a nice roster, so much potential within the characters. I'm sure more people will join over time.
