I am simply giving the new guys that are waiting or trying to figure out where to go a place to showcase their skills while waiting. No applications just sign up in the register thread and get a match. I will have a laid out plan with rules letting everyone know. I feel this is a great way to let those who are not sure where they want to go away to still roleplay and maybe get the other feds to offer them a contract or deal lol

Alright, I've given this some thought.
Due to the nature of the fed, in which you're trying to act as an intermediary for people new to the Network and who are unsure of where they should go I will ok this fed if you agree to 3 conditions:
1. Workers can only work 2-3 matches maximum before committing to another fed 2. Since that's the case, there's no need for a Championship belt- you're welcome to give trophies or something for good records or whatever 3. This is not to be used as an opportunity to poach already active handlers/stars. To that end you're responsible for bringing in new talent
I make these rules not because I question your ability to run a fed (FWA was great, if you wanna run a normal fed with a very laid-back schedule I'll sign off on it without issue).
I don't want any inter-fed feds nor do I want a fed that through it's gimmick tries to make itself any greater than the other feds on the Network. By limiting what you can do with it; this keeps ICE's concept pure while also keeping it in check.
Furthermore, for those thinking about inter-fed based fed sort of stuff; there are reasons I keep shooting them down. 1. As just stated, it automatically through it's own mechanics puts itself above the other feds (because it'd be exclusively global) 2. It renders the other feds moot; I mean, if there is a place to mix it up with anyone else, why stay in some local fed? 3. Both of those would lead to just one mega fed. If I wanted that I would have just re-opened XHF. This is a Network for a reason. We have four global events a year + Xtraction events any time a fed wants to do them (or even a series of them between a couple feds) + I'm open to people running one-off global/independant events of their own or even holding invitationals from time to time.
There's lots of chances for crossovers. This is a message to every prospective fed owner or current fed owner who thinks that "Oh what if we have a crossover fed" is a new idea. It's not, it is something I considered early on and established rules to keep from happening.

You know, having championships might be an unworkable idea, but you could always have like a monthly tournament? If you only do one show a month then you could just run a knockout tournament or a round-robin style affair (depending on number of signups that month) to crown a “champion” for that month, before the competitors are released to either find a new fed or re-sign for another month with I.C.E.
If you did a knockout tourney then have the people who get eliminated in early rounds compete in consolation matches or something (like a 3rd place playoff, or a battle royal, or if you have enough people then put them into a “wildcard tag team” mini tourney?) so they don’t just have one match on the card and then they’re out. Role plays would have to count for the entire tournament just to make it easier on players unless you just decided to go as an angle fed of course.
One problem I can foresee with my suggestion is that if you go the route of cycling talent through quickly, you might find sometimes you have a ton of people and other times there might not be anyone new for a while. Hence why I think it would be a good idea to try and retain at least a few characters from one tournament to the next.
