Appearance: Christian Phoenix has long brown hair that goes past his shoulders. He has a full tattoo sleeve on his left arm and a tattoo of a star on his right forearm. Going along with his rockstar persona, he wears dark eyeliner to go with the long hair and dark clothing. His casual wear usually consists of a black leather jacket with a red inside, a black t-shirt usually featuring one of his favorite rock bands, and dark skinny jeans held up by a belt with a large gold buckle. Inside the ring, Christian Phoenix's typical ringwear consists of black tights with various rock-themed designs, including skulls & crossbones, guitars, etc. On the front of his tights is the word "ROCKSTAR" and his nickname "Livewire" going down the right side of his tights. He wears black kickpads, black studded gloves and a black elbow pad with red and white lining on his left elbow. About the wrestler: Christian Phoenix was born originally in Atlanta, Georgia on October 25th, 1994. His father was a heavy metal singer and was always travelling, so he never had a proper relationship with him. Instead he looked up to his grandfather, Neil, who was always there to support Christian and his mother. When Christian was 9 years old, his mother made the decision to move out to Hollywood, in hopes to achieve her dreams of becoming a successful actress, and moved herself and Christian out west with help from her family. Being in a new state and a new environment, Christian found it hard to fit in with kids in that area, often looked at as "just some skinny white trash punk." And was often the target of much bullying in his school years for his interests in music and wrestling. At age 16, Christian dropped out of high school, feeling that it wasn't needed for what he wanted to do in his life, and originally began following in the footsteps of his father. With some of his fellow friends they started a band called "My Own Prison." The band toured for a good 4 years before they all had a falling out and separated. It was in this time, when Christian was 20 years old, had no band and nowhere to go, decided it was time to try a hand at his second ambition in life: Wrestling. Putting his full time musical career on the backburner and simply becoming a freelance guitarist, Christian trained at SoCal Pro Wrestling. After graduating from the training class, Christian travelled to Mexico for a year and learned the ins and outs of Lucha Libre. In 2015, Christian travelled to England with a UK wrestler that was in the area talent scouting for his wrestling agency. Since then, Christian Phoenix has made a name for himself in small independents across the United Kingdom.
Wrestling Style: Christian Phoenix has a daredevil high flyer style of wrestling that captivates audiences wherever he goes. Added on to his unique appearance, the flashy moves he does leaves fans and even fellow wrestlers with their jaws hitting the floor. Over the years Phoenix has also learned how to combine the British form of wrestling with Lucha Libre in order to deliver innovative ways of offense and crowd pleasing.
Entrance description: The arena goes dark, with a single spotlight on the stage. The opening riff to "Bark At The Moon" by Ozzy Osbourne begins to play and the spotlight begins to move wildly across the crowd. When the lyrics kick in, the spotlight stops at Christian Phoenix standing at the top of the stage, arms extended high in the air with the "Rock On" symbol. He looks up as the camera pans to his face and the arena lights up with pyro and colorful lighting. Phoenix walks to the ring with energy, screaming loudly at the roaring fans getting them excited. Reaching the foot of the ramp he excitedly looks around and begins to run around the ringside area slapping the hands of the fans. Climbing up to the apron facing the hard camera, he enters the ring and the music dies down but the energy is intoxicating as he removes his entrance wear in the corrner.
