"Heart & Soul" stand's outside the old ICW building in Minnesota, as they stand there looking at the building they can see the windows are all boarded up and there a huge sign on the glass doors that simply reads "CLOSED".



Austin Grant - " Cousin, so what are you thinking? "



Danny Ray - " I don't know what to think, this is where my career started, but AWF is where my career was given a chance. So yeah I wonder what would have happened if ICW stayed open and I received my Shooting Star championship match against 'The Prodigy' Bobby Barratt. "



Austin Grant - " Really, you have become a two-time AWF Prestige Class Champion and at the XHF Networks Rumble we have a tag team championship match against the toughest team in the Network The Guns. So forget ICW, it's the past and now you need to think about the future and we are the future of the XHF Networks tag team division."



The guys start to walk around the building checking things out as they speak to each other.



Danny Ray - " Austin, you do know how to look at the positive in things. Yeah, we have a shot at the greatest tag team championships in the wrestling world and a shot at the greatest tag team in the history of the Network The Guns. "



Danny Ray - " So the question is can you handle Venom and James Mueller? "



Austin Grant stares up at the sky for a minute then looks "The Family Man" straight in the eyes and says.



Austin Grant - " ABSOLUTELY, it's like this cousin win or loses, we will survive. It's simple these two guys will make us better we can learn from them as we compete for the belts. I look forward to a great match with them. Venom is probably one of the toughest SOB's in the world when it comes to this business. "



Danny Ray - " Yeah, he is but you can't forget Mueller he isn't half of the tag team champs for nothing. These two know how to work together and how to win. "



Austin Grant - " Don't forget they have that Goldbear II with them most of the time. "



Danny Ray - " Oh, I haven't forgotten but we need to worry about Venom and Mueller they will be in the ring with us and I don't think they will have him there to cause problems. The Guns want to win by skill, not by cheating what would that prove if the win against a new team, by cheating. It would do more harm to them than good, besides, either way, it's going to be an amazing matchup. "



As "Heart & Soul" walk past the side entrance of the old ICW building they notice an old flyer on one of the windows advertising a championship match between "The Ace of Spades" Jack Diamond and Bobby Barratt. Danny Ray smiles as he remembers how the two of them use to tear up the place everytime they fought.



Danny Ray - " Austin, you may not remember or even know about the feud that Barratt and Diamond had, but let me tell you this they tore up the place every time they stepped into that ring. I was just a beginner here in ICW at that time and I learned a lot from them. I think I may have some secrets stored away that could help us defeat The Guns at the Rumble. "



Austin Grant - " Cool, because to be honest I never saw any of their matches by the time I was hired here they closed down before my first match so I never did get to really do anything or learn anything. But we will need a game plan facing the champs. "



A car drives by honking at the two guys as they stand in the empty parking lot now as it's getting late and the sun is setting.



Danny Ray - " I brought you here today because we need to know our roots but we need to let the past go and well ICW is my past and AWF is my present and the XHF Tagteam Championships are our future's. "



Austin Grant - " That's the cousin I remember it's time we start our journey to the GOLD! "



Danny Ray - " Just think about it Austin if we beat The Guns we become the greatest tag team in the world, that's a standard that the Guns have held for years and even if we lose we will make an impact on the tag team division. Because we will take the champions to their breaking point's, we will force them to give everything they have and if we have our way we will make them tap."



Danny Ray - " So I suggest we get heading back to the hotel and get ready for training in the morning. Because no matter what we will not take The Guns lightly and we will not let them beat us without a fight. "



Austin Grant - " Absolutely cousin Live, Love, and Laugh because this is the American dream and the Guns have given us a chance to prove ourselves. "



Danny Ray - " I agree and in this world, you have to stand for something! I will prove to the AWF, the world and The Guns that we are just as good as anyone else and that anything is possible. "



"The Family Man" and "The Survivor" climb into Danny Rays old green minivan as the get ready to leave.

How cute are you Danny. Taking your cousin to where you make your name. Where you had your first chance. Where you caught the eye of the morons over at the AWF. It’s good for you to go back there. It’s good for you to reminisce. Instead of going back briefly and reminiscing, though, just stay there.

Yes, stay in that empty building. Stay there trying to get that rematch with Bobby that you’ll never get. Stay in that memory because quite frankly, no one wants or needs you here. The network will be just fine without you. Hell, sorry you probably don’t like that word, HELL, take the Prestige Class Championship with you. Just like you no one cares about it. To know no one cares you just have to look at whose held that title. Kira Yakamutzachori or however you spell his name who cannot buy a win, Nelly Angel whose an interviewer not a wrestler, and you a worthless pile of trash pretending to be a good human being.

It’s worthless and so are you.

So stay. Do me and James a favor and make our job of ridding the network of the patchetic excuse of a wrestler you pretend to be. Stay.

Venom and James Mueller are in their hotel room. They’re dressed up nice. Not three piece suit nice, but business casual like they need the shit job they don’t want.

“I get your plan going to this cancer ward, but why do we have to dress up like this.”

“It’s simple James, these people think out of character that we’re good people here to do something good. They don’t know we’re there to research our opponent who survived cancer.”

“Okay, but is dressing up like this really going to help?”

“Who knows, but better safe than sorry. It’s not like I’m asking you to dress up in a priest outfit so we can learn about the church...”

Danny, it doesn’t matter how much you and Austin prepare for us. It doesn’t matter if you take us lightly, heavily or anything inbetween. You don’t stand a chance.

You don’t stand a chance because while you’re busy reminiscing about tearing the place down with Bobby and some jobber in a place that means nothing Bobby is shooting for the top and you’re content being the best of the nobodies at the bottom. Someone like that doesn’t stand a chance against the Guns. If you want to stand a chance in the ring with us, a CHANCE, you need to be on top of the game. Clearly you’re not.

Clearly you and your buddy Austin are in the bottom. Too busy reminiscing on what could have been and stroking your own ego about why you have to be ready for what’s coming for you, a freight train if the best talent the world has ever seen.

So listen to me Danny. Listen to me loud and clear. Send your cousin into the other room. Continue to ignore your wife whose still crying about her miscarriage. Give your kids a shot of whiskey and send them to bed. I need your full attention because I’m about to give you the best advice anyone will ever give you.

Yes, quit. Quit now while you’ll still be remembered as someone who did something moderately successful here on the network, even if it was in that shit hole company AWF. Save face and walk away. It’s the best thing you can do, because if you don’t quit at the Rumble you’ll look so bad against us with your worthless cousin that you’ll wish you did.
