Hello all, we are getting ready for a huge and monumental tournament that's going to be a very big project coming next month. We also have a new segment that's starting this month as well as a new rule regarding booking and activity.
FIRST! The new segment will involve our newest staff members the interviewing and rapping duo of BU~SHI~DO~! The segment will be a pseudo documentary/mockumentry kinda thing in which they ask questions and the guest answers. well that's the gist of the idea. If interested let me or rei know and i'll set up the interview/segment after that.
SECOND!! The G1 styled and inspired tournament that i've been talking about is finally coming! (almost) well it'll be coming next month and will be daily or weekly results. Likely just "Person A beat Person B by Finisher Name (Time: XX:XX)" or something like that. So it's not a burden on any staff members or my self. The tournament is called the "Mach 20". The Mach goes to honor one of the first stars of AJW, Mach Fumiake. Which is a real wrestler and promotion. The 20 will be because we will have 20 competitors in two blocks. I'm going to try and get 2 guests for the tournament as well and if not i have some back up roster members who haven't been the most active so we can round out the numbers.
This will be a round robin tournament which pretty much means Tournament matches will take place with in one block per day/week. For example: Block A matches are on monday Block B matches will be on tuesday. You will get points per win/draw and how you obtain that win/draw. I'll go into further detail in a separate post somewhere down the line. But most of you are probably asking why would i want to be in this? what do i get for winning? Well you get a big shiny beautiful trophy that doesn't look like a female body part for starters! and also like NJPW's G1 Climax, you'll get a title shot of your choice (as long as the title is a singles title) at any SSS Promoted shows. Including any and all co-promoted shows and XHF Network shows.
