BOB MOONEY: This is your Riot Rules Rumble match. Two RSW superstars will start in the ring. Every 90 Seconds another superstar will enter. The only way to get eliminated is by going over the top ropes and both feet touch the floor.
He looks around as people are taking this in.
BOB MOONEY: When we get down to the final four each of them will be able to earn a prize. Fourth prize that superstar will be able to choose a partner of his choice and face off against the RSW World Tag Champions at the Riot Rules pay per view from Cape Town, South Africa in a title match!
The crowd goes wild.
JOSEPH GREER: Havok and his friend will have a battle on their hands.
TOMMY ONIONS: Do you think either of those limp dicked losers will have the belts by the end of the night?
BOB MOONEY: The person who finishes third will get a confirmed championship title match against the Riot Star Wrestling Anarchy Champion, D at Riot Rules!
JOSEPH GREER: Oh my god! That’s freaking awesome!
BOB MOONEY: Okay, to top that, whom ever places second will get a RSW Legacy Championship match at Riot Rules but also will be the main event of the pay per view!
TOMMY ONIONS: Main event it? We’re not going to have another tournament are we?
JOSEPH GREER: If so I quit.
BOB MOONEY: And finally the last person left standing in the ring wins a title shot at the current RSW World Heavyweight Champion, Dylan Erickson on the XHF Network’s Night of Champions pay per view!!
JOSEPH GREER: OH MY GOD!
TOMMY ONIONS: That’s the champion of champions!
JOSEPH GREER: That is a big thing to win.
The arena goes dark.
TOMMY ONIONS: Seems as if the World Champ wants to be heard.
No pyro explodes; no music heralds the giant current RSW World Heavyweight Champion. The seven foot monster simply steps through the curtain to a chorus of boos.
JOSEPH GREER: Sometimes they like him other times they boo him out of the arena.
TOMMY ONIONS: That might be down to who he used to associate himself with Joseph.
JOSEPH GREER: True story.
TOMMY ONIONS: I think he wants to check out who his opponent will be at Night of Champions.
Dylan walks down to the ring with a smirk on his face and climbs in under the bottom rope. He goes to the nearest turnbuckle and raises his right arm in the air egg on the crowds boos, then jumps down and steps over the ropes and joins the announce team.
TOMMY ONIONS: Welcome champ. Glad you can be out here with us even though you’ve got a match tonight.
Dylan just ignores him and watches the ring.
BOB MOONEY: Pulling the number one spot for the first ever Riot Rules Rumble, it is Rob Riot!
“I Feel you” by Depeche Mode cranks into life and the crowd comes alive for the legendary Englishman, as red and white spotlights pick out the entranceway.
The cheers only grow louder as Riot steps through, wearing his trademark long silk ring jacket, and adjusting the tightness of his red, UFC style ring gloves. The noise is deafening, and he nods his approval, before looking down at the questionable choice of walkway.
Bending down onto all fours, he mimes taking a snort of the mock-cocaine floor, before standing back up and roaring as if he’d taken a big hit, pumping his fists in the air. He’s psyched.
BOB MOONEY: And second to the ring a former RSW World Heavyweight Champion, and one half of the team that will be challenging Havok and Black Ice for the RSW Tag Championship later tonight, it is Shane Mitchell!!!
The lights go out. Red, White and Blue mist starts to spread across the ramp way slowly making its way across they arena.
TOMMY ONIONS: This should be an interest match Joseph?
JOSEPH GREER: Would you want to face either of these two Dylan?
“Fool’s Gold” by Stone Roses starts to play. Shane walks down the ramp way and rolls into the ring. He turns and stares at Riot.
JOSEPH GREER: Either of these two would make an excellent opponent for the champ.
TOMMY ONIONS: Even if he is ignoring us at the moment.
The bell rings and the buzz about the arena began. Shane paces around his corner of the ring while Riot slowly stretches out with the help of the ropes. Shane is getting visibly irritated with this stall tactic. He has waited long enough to get back at Riot.
JOSEPH GREER: Now this is going to be good.
TOMMY ONIONS: What have you got to say Dylan?
Riot finally decides he stalled long enough, and the two circle each other. In a lockup, Riot immediately gets thrown into the corner, as he stares back at Shane, who flexes for a moment to the crowd’s approval. Riot flips Shane off, and Shane gets goaded into charging Riot, who happily gives one half of the number one contenders for the tag championship a side Russian leg sweep face first into the top turnbuckle.
TOMMY ONIONS: These guys are going full pelt.
JOSEPH GREER: Long way to go, they should pace themselves.
Shane stumbles backwards; making sure his nose is still there. Riot jumps onto the top rope and dives for a cross body splash….only to be caught by Shane and turned into a fall-a-way slam. Shane slaps his hands together for a job well done, but is slow to get up, as Riot gets up first and chops at Shane’s knee; And again; And one more time. With Shane holding his knee, Riot runs to the far turnbuckle, bounces off the rope, and returns to Shane by jumping up onto his shoulders from Shane’s front side, and amazingly flipping Shane over in an impressive Hurricanrana. Riot locks him in an arm lock but Shane powers out of it as Riot flies and lands on his feet behind the ref.
TOMMY ONIONS: He’s like a cat!
JOSEPH GREER: Like a ninja!
Slightly surprised, Riot runs at Shane and drop kicks him in the back of the head. Shane falls face first, shaking his head to rid the cobwebs. Riot takes this moment to signal to the crowd about being Rob Riot, to which he gets a healthy chorus of cheers. Riot goes back to Shane, who is halfway up. Riot helps him up and begins to Irish whip him into the ropes, but gets reversed by Shane…Boot to the Head. SWAK!
TOMMY ONIONS: Oh that was vicious.
Shane picks Riot up by the throat, and raises him high over his head in a blatant choke. The referee can’t disqualify him though. Shane drops Riot down like a sack of rotten potatoes. He locks Riot in a leg lock. Riot fights his way to the ropes and the referee has to break it up.
TOMMY ONIONS: Why’d he break that up?
Shane glares at the referee while picking up Riot by the head. Once he had him up, Shane locks his arms around him and executes a flawless belly to belly suplex. As he gets up, Shane looks at Riot, then at the turnbuckle. He grins as he heads for it. The arena stands to its feet as a buzz grows loudly.
JOSEPH GREER: What is he doing? Just throw him out of the ring please. Do it now.
As Shane stands there, he gestures to the crowd with a thumb down motion, as he leaps from the turnbuckle. Unfortunately, no one is home. Riot moves, and Shane lands hard, knocking the wind out of him, as a huge groan comes from the audience at the impact.
TOMMY ONIONS: Oh my God! Come on Riot!
Riot gingerly gets up, reaching at his back a bit in mild pain. Shane turns on his back, holding his abdominal area in pain from the impact of his flight. Riot decides he needs to end this quick. He goes to the opposite corner and prepares to unleash a top turnbuckle move. Riot, too, couldn’t help but gloat as he leaps from the corner. In one swift move, Shane sits upright, right arm outstretched, as he wraps a hand around Riot’s throat. Riot shows signs of happy feet, as his apparent shock from the sudden twist of events has him panicked. He begins running in motion as Shane raises him high overhead, holding the pose for 3 seconds, and then dropping Riot down to the mat.
TOMMY ONIONS: Shane isn’t the nice friendly priest anymore.
JOSEPH GREER: Not Father Ted?
Shane put his hands on his waist, still trying to catch his breath from his earlier move. This time, he decides he’ll stick with what he does best. And the crowd knows what that is. Riot begins standing up with Shane’s help, and with one swift kick to the gut and Riot’s head placed between Shane’s legs. He looks around at the crowd. Shane lifted Riot into the air, and viciously dropped him down hard.
JOSEPH GREER: Oh look, the clock has started.
TOMMY ONIONS: Who’s it going to be?
“The Crowing” BY Coheed and Cambria starts to play and Jakie Wentzel bursts through the curtains and charges down to the ring.
TOMMY ONIONS: Jakie Wentzel is a talent but does he stand a chance against either of these two.
JOSEPH GREER: He could join forces with one of the others to rid them of the other.
Jakie slides into the ring and stops right between Riot and Shane.
JOSEPH GREER: Not a good place to stop.
TOMMY ONIONS: He should have taken his time.
Jakie chops Riot’s chest and then turns around and chops Shane.
TOMMY ONIONS: Chop Suey!
He pokes Riot in the eye before turning and kicking Shane in the guts. He lifts Shane up and moves him towards the ropes.
TOMMY ONIONS: Jakie’s got him up!
JOSEPH GREER: Shane is over the top rope hanging on for dear life. Riot runs to the other side of the ring and rebounds with a drop kick to the back of Jakie’s head knocking him over the top rope and smashing down onto the mat. Shane manages to sneak back in and knocks Riot down in the ring.
JOSEPH GREER: Sneaky!
TOMMY ONIONS: Shane will do anything he can to win this shot at Dylan!
JOSEPH GREER: Him and Soothsayer will do anything even eliminate each other to win shot.
Shane picks up Riot and Irish whips him into the ropes whilst bouncing off the others. Jakie is getting up on the outside and tries to grab Riot’s foot to trip him but accidentally grabs hold of Shane’s ankle making him trip. He turns and looks shocked at what he has done even though he has his back to him and hasn’t realised what he has done.
TOMMY ONIONS: Jakie got the wrong one.
JOSEPH GREER: Does it matter, really?
Riot sees his opportunity and quickly sends his elbow crashing into Shane’s groin. Shane falls to his knees and lets out a painful moan, as Riot resurfaces and smacks Shane in the face with a sit down dropkick, sending Shane on his back. Riot looks at the crowd for a response, and got just that! The crowd went ballistic with their cheering at Riot as he showboated for the crowd. Riot pulls Shane to his feet and quickly locks Shane in a headlock. Shane quickly reverses by sending Riot to the ropes. Shane turns a full 360, attempting Powerful Clothesline, but Riot ducks the attempt and drive Shane down with a neck breaker.
TOMMY ONIONS: That’s bloody stiff!
JOSEPH GREER: I wonder if I can get him to do that to you.
Riot waits for Shane to get to his feet then turns to pose to the crowd. As he’s posing he is met by a drop kick from Shane knocking him into the ropes. The crowd cheers for the high risk move, although they hate him. Shane picks Riot and slaps him in the face, as he grunts and flips the crowd the bird to the dismay of the fans. Riot spins him around and slaps his back knocking him down. Riot pulls Shane up and whips him into the ropes. Shane avoids a clothesline attempt, but Riot catches him on the second pass with a kick to the midsection followed by a DDT, spiking his head into the mat. He lifts him up to throw him over the top rope just as the counter starts to count down again.
TOMMY ONIONS: Is he going to get Shane out of the ring?
JOSEPH GREER: Who’s next?
The clock ticks down to zero but before any music can start Black Ice bursts through the curtains and runs down the ramp way.
TOMMY ONIONS: Black Ice!
JOSEPH GREER: Who?
TOMMY ONIONS: Oh yeah, maybe just Chris Gibson or whatever he goes by this week.
Black Ice and Shane immediately lock up and Black Ice gets the upper hand by applying an arm bar. Black Ice twists the arm around and he drives his elbow into his arm many times and then he twists it again. Riot watches on as Black Ice takes it to Shane. Black Ice keeps his lock on the arm of Shane and then he whips him into the ropes and as Shane comes running back Black Ice catches him with a sleeper hold.
TOMMY ONIONS: He’s going to put the tag champ to sleep.
JOSEPH GREER: Did he earn that belt? Caleb Koresh is the real champion.
TOMMY ONIONS: But after he got attack by those Arabs we’ve not seen him.
Black Ice keeps the move locked in on Shane and keeps his oxygen supply cut off. Shane slowly fades but Riot goes up and kicks Black Ice in the ribs and he knocks Black Ice off of Shane. Riot hits Black Ice in the face with a few forearms and then he whips Black Ice into the ropes and he goes for a dropkick but Black Ice holds onto the ropes and Riot hits nothing but air and crashes down to the mat. Shane goes over to Black Ice and he punches Black Ice in the face and Black Ice hits Shane right back and then two continue this process until Shane rakes Black Ice in the eyes and he knee’s him in the stomach. Shane smashes Black Ice face off of his knee and then he clotheslines him over the top rope but Black Ice hangs onto the ropes.
TOMMY ONIONS: He’s hanging on!
JOSEPH GREER: Shane’s not seen that.
Riot grabs hold of Shane and chops him. They both start chopping each other and forget about Black Ice as he sneaks back into the ring and sits down in the corner trying to regain his breath. Riot hits Shane in the side of the head knocking him down. Black Ice hits Riot in the back and then he turns him around and he gets him in a snap mare take down. Black Ice picks Riot back up and he kicks him in the stomach and Riot keels over and then Black Ice hits him in the face with a boot that knocks Riot down to the mat. Shane slowly climbs back to his feet. Black Ice kicks Riot up and he hits him in the chest with some big chops and smiles to the crowd then he pushes him back into the corner and he holds onto the ropes and he kicks Riot in the abdomen. Shane sneaks up behind Black Ice and grabs him around the waist and connects with a snap German suplex. Shane then looks over to Riot and nods his head as he drives his hip into the stomach of Riot and then punches him in the face.
JOSEPH GREER: Don’t forget that Shane’s been in here as long as Riot has.
TOMMY ONIONS: The countdown hits again!
“Shaddap You Face” by Joe Dolce blares out around the arena.
TOMMY ONIONS: What the hell?
JOSEPH GREER: Who the hell?
The curtains part and a fat bald man in a chef’s uniform comes storming through it. He stomps down to the ring before sliding in.
JOSEPH GREER: Jamie Oliver’s let himself go!
TOMMY ONIONS: That’s Chef Roberto!!
JOSEPH GREER: Who?
Chef Roberto drops a bionic elbow on Shane’s head, then turns and hits Rob with one.
TOMMY ONIONS: Chef Roberto’s bringing it!
JOSEPH GREER: Who?
Chef Roberto sees Black Ice standing by the ropes and charges into him. As he Avalanches Black Ice into the ropes Shane and Rob grab hold of them both throwing them over the ropes.
TOMMY ONIONS: NOOOOO!!!
JOSEPH GREER: A couple of losers get eliminated!
TOMMY ONIONS: Chef Roberto is a legend.
JOSEPH GREER: And Black Ice?
Black Ice and Chef Roberto continue to brawl always back up the ramp way.
Shane hits the mat in frustration, and he brings Riot quickly to the feet. Shane throws a few punches out of frustration, Riot ducks and kicks him in the gut. Shane is sent to the ropes and as he comes back Riot launches him in the air and Shane’s body folds as it lands across the top rope. Riot smiles as he uses the ropes for leverage as he stomps Shane. Riot brings Shane to his feet and pushes him in to the corner. He slaps Shane across the chest a few times and then takes him to the top. The crowd gasps as both men stand on the top rope, Riot hooks Shane as to be going for a Superplex but Shane pushes him away and to his feet. Riot comes right back at Shane, and is hooked in a DDT position. Shane plants Riot to the mat head first with a swinging DDT. The crowd goes nuts.
JOSEPH GREER: The crowd are winning today.
TOMMY ONIONS: We agree again.
Shane brings Riot to his feet before he clotheslines him down to the mat.
JOSEPH GREER: Shane’s taking it to Riot.
Riot is hit with a few short kicks, and then a heel kick to the head. He is positioned by Shane on his back below the bottom rope and Shane balances himself on the middle ring rope. He springs off the middle rope with a leg drop across Riot’s throat, but Riot moves. Shane comes crashing down on his backside and Riot gets to his feet and taps his head as to be saying he is the smarter of the two. Riot quickly bounces off the ropes just as his opponent turns around, Riot drop kicks him to the knees. The fans go nuts and Riot gets right back to his feet.
TOMMY ONIONS: Look at the reaction these two are getting.
JOSEPH GREER: They would have some amazing matches.
TOMMY ONIONS: True that.
“London Calling” by the Clash starts blaring out from the loud speakers.
TOMMY ONIONS: Wait, it can’t be? I thought he was still injured?
JOSEPH GREER: He’s not cleared to wrestle is he?
Billy Fowler walks through the curtain to a huge round of applause. Riot looks up at him with a look of utter shock on his face. Billy slowly turns and is met with a super kick to the face.
JOSEPH GREER: OH MY GOD! Billy has been laid out by LA Kief!!!!
TOMMY ONIONS: LA KIEF is here???
LA Kief is stood over Fowler. He pulls up his wrestling tights real high and drops down on Fowler’s head.
TOMMY ONIONS: A Face full of Kief!
JOSEPH GREER: That’s obvious.
TOMMY ONIONS: That’s the name of his finisher stupid!
JOSEPH GREER: He just tea bagged him dude! That’s not a finisher!
Rob is looking on from the ring. He is laughing his head off.
TOMMY ONIONS: At least he’s amused.
Security comes rushing through the curtain and drag Kief off of Fowler. They drag him backstage before EMT’s help Fowler backstage.
TOMMY ONIONS: Fowler’s return didn’t go as planned.
JOSEPH GREER: He better go and brush his teeth.
TOMMY ONIONS: The countdown clocks ticking down.
As the counter gets to zero Shane and Rob slowly turns to ramp way.
TOMMY ONIONS: Now this is going to be fun.
Tommy takes off his head phones and sneaks into the ring behind them.
JOSEPH GREER: What the hell?
Tommy grabs hold of Shane and drags him towards the ropes. He turns to Riot and puts a thumb up to the friend of Frank Windsor. He turns back around to a punch from Shane right to the jaw. Tommy falls backwards with a look of shock on his face. Shane grabs him by the throat and starts shouting abuse at him.
JOSEPH GREER: He deserves everything he gets. What does he think? He thinks he will get away with it?
Shane just pushes him into the ropes, on the rebound he hits him with a super kick right over the top rope. Tommy lies on the ground in the foetal position as Shane turns back to Riot.
JOSEPH GREER: Poor Tommy, NOT!
Riot just stands looking across the ring at Shane, just seconds later Shane is in front of Riot face to face with him.
TOMMY ONIONS: Oh here we go again!
JOSEPH GREER: This is freaking awesome.
Shane stumbles back into the corner, and Riot doesn’t hold anything back. He turns Shane around and slams his head from the turnbuckle pad numerous times before going for a falling neck breaker. Riot turns the fallen Shane to his stomach and puts him in a short arm bar. Shane reaches for the ropes, and eventually he came up successful. Riot releases the hold and both men climb to their feet. Shane flies at Riot with a falling short line clothesline; Riot ducks and goes behind Shane. Riot connects with a huge German suplex and Shane’s body folds into two; the fans goes nuts. Riot then lifts Shane up and tries to throw him over the top rope. He turns to the ramp way waiting for the next person.
TOMMY ONIONS: Has Shane not realised he’s not thrown Riot out?
JOSEPH GREER: Riot managed to hold on.
TOMMY ONIONS: Wait, the clocks ticking.
“Loser like me” by Pink blares out as Marcus Anderson walks slowly through the curtain.
JOSEPH GREER: Marcus looks a bit nervous.
He slowly walks around the ring as Tommy is getting back up.
JOSEPH GREER: This kid is scared.
Shane is celebrating in the ring, but not for long as Riot grabs Shane’s head and hits him in the face with a closed fist. Shane shakes it off, and quickly neck snaps Riot. Shane locks in a chokehold on Riot. Shane releases the hold and begins to step away from Riot. Meanwhile Riot gets to his feet. Shane slaps him in the face. Riot retaliates with knife hand chops to Shane. Riot attempts to uppercut Shane but he ducks under and around and locks in a waist lock, and then Shane executes an over the shoulder stomach breaker. Loud boos start up through the crowd.
TOMMY ONIONS: Riot the sentimental favourite here… but wait! Marcus has got in the ring.
Marcus grabs Shane’s head and DDT’s him to the mat.
JOSEPH GREER: Great move by Marcus… he was smart, he moved in, and got the job done!
Marcus puts Shane in a reverse chin lock… but Shane is fighting the hold. Marcus finally breaks the hold and kicks the back of Shane. Riot climbs to his feet and from behind executes a back suplex that hammers Marcus into the mat. Holding his back, Riot puts the boots to the downed Marcus and Shane. As Shane climbs to his feet, Riot tackles and begins punching him. Both men back on their feet, and Riot and Shane exchange a nod. Shane and Riot begin double teaming Marcus on the mat, kicking hard into the midsection. Shane raises his arms in victory, and Riot attacks from behind ending their brief alliance. Shane gets picked up and drops with the fireman’s carry by Riot.
TOMMY ONIONS: Shane’s down again.
Shane is back on his feet. Riot pokes Shane in the eyes and the follows it up with a short lariat. Shane gets up. Riot slaps the face of Shane, backs up, and then tackles him to the mat. Shane struggles back on his feet. Shane tries for a double arm DDT but Riot avoids it. But as Riot ducks out of the way, Marcus hits a takeover suplex.
TOMMY ONIONS: Nice takeover suplex by Marcus… this one is very, very close.
Marcus is up again. Marcus puts Riot in a reverse chin lock. He tightens the hold. Riot tries to escape; Before Shane attacks Marcus from behind, breaking the hold. Shane then hits a flurry of kicks to the back of Riot; they lockup. Shane sends Riot to the corner of the ring and rebounds directly into the path of Shane. Shane hits a double axe handle, and then executes a power slam on Riot; Walking toward Marcus, Shane power bombs the weakened Marcus as well. He then executes a neck breaker on Riot who is struggling to his feet. Shane picks up Marcus and slaps him to get his attention.
JOSEPH GREER: That slap was heard around the arena.
TOMMY ONIONS: Ouch! I felt that.
Shane Irish whips Marcus across the ring but as Marcus bounces back Riot pulls down on the top rope sending Marcus out of the ring head first.
JOSEPH GREER: Riot’s thrown that kid out of his ring.
TOMMY ONIONS: He’s a professional athlete.
Natasha Harris walks out on the ramp way and looks down at the ring. Nervously she walks down towards the action.
TOMMY ONIONS: She’s out of her element today Joseph.
As Natasha slides into the ring she shoulder charges Riot’s knees knocking him down. She drops her leg across his throat before standing back up. Shane runs to the other ropes and hits Natasha with a missile dropkick. The dropkick hits Natasha’s face and knocks her onto her knees. Shane grabs Natasha’s shoulder and pulls her up and Irish whips her to the ropes. Shane awaits the return with his arm out for a clothesline but Natasha ducks it and when Natasha runs back again Shane is on the ground and monkey flips Natasha to the mat. Shane walks to Natasha and put her in the sleeper hold but it isn’t a very good idea because Natasha is only inches from the rope. Natasha puts her arm out and tries to manoeuvre him over but Shane stands up and backs up a few steps dragging Natasha with him.
JOSEPH GREER: He seems to be trying to take out Natasha early?
TOMMY ONIONS: Shane trying to cop a feel more like.
Shane tightens his hold but soon Natasha rises to her knees and turns to her side and elbows Shane’s midsection. Shane’s lock weakens with the elbow but Natasha manages to give another elbow thus making Shane hold his midsection and release from the sleeper hold. Natasha runs to the ropes and flies back with a flying knee, dropping Shane to the mat. Natasha grabs hold of Shane’s hair and begins to punch the face of the man. Natasha let’s go and put her foot on Shane’s face and twists. Shane grabs Natasha’s foot trying to get her foot off but did so with no luck.
TOMMY ONIONS: You’ve heard all the stories about Priests right?
JOSEPH GREER: He’s renounced that side of his life.
Natasha put her foot up and put a few stomps to Shane. Natasha pulls him up his hair and lifts him up in a vertical suplex before letting him fall forward onto her knee. Shane holds his stomach for a few seconds but he manages to stand and as Natasha run at him Shane arm drags her to the mat. Natasha stands up quickly and runs at Shane but Shane jumps onto her shoulders and delivers a huge hurricanrana but as Natasha hits the mat Shane stands up and poses to the crowd.
TOMMY ONIONS: Why are they ignoring Riot?
JOSEPH GREER: Shane’s got to concentrate on her first before even attempting to get Riot out.
Both wrestlers stand but Shane kicks Natasha’s midsection then grabs both of her arms and hits a double arm DDT. Natasha’s is motionless as Shane climbs to the top turnbuckle. Shane launches himself and is hoping to connect with a head butt but out of nowhere Riot catches him with a jumping cutter.
JOSEPH GREER: OUT OF NOWHERE!
TOMMY ONIONS: That was freaking awesome.
“No tears left to cry” BY Ariana Grande starts to play. Andi Snow runs through the curtain and down the ramp way. She rolls into the ring and is met with a leg drop from Riot. Both wrestlers are on the mat but soon Riot slowly stands up and locks Andi into a Front Chancellery. Andi moans in agony as she tries to crawl to the ropes but has no luck. She is in the middle of the ring and the pain is too intense for her to crawl any further. Riot grabs the rope for leverage. Andi is trying to get out and starts to throw her arms wildly but that stops and soon she isn’t moving at all.
TOMMY ONIONS: Has Andi passed out?
JOSEPH GREER: No, she’s moving.
Shane kicks Riot in the back of the head and drags him off of Andi. He slaps him around the face and picks up Andi and drags her towards the ropes. Natasha jumps on top of Riot and starts reigning blows to his head. Shane looks at her, shrugs his shoulders, and charges from one side of the ring to the other and then drop kicks her in the face.
JOSEPH GREER: Holy Shit!!!!
TOMMY ONIONS: Holy Shit!!!!
Riot gets back up and grabs hold of Natasha and launches her out of the ring. Shane grabs hold of Andi and drags her by her hair and tries to lift her up. He holds her over the top rope but she grabs hold of his t-shirt and drags him over the top rope. Riot sneaks up behind them and tries to push them both out.
TOMMY ONIONS: Riot’s doing what should be done!
JOSEPH GREER: If he takes out Shane he’s got a better chance in this match.
Shane manages to hang onto the bottom rope but as he stands up he has something in his hand.
TOMMY ONIONS: OH MY GOD! That’s Andi’s wrestling top!!!
JOSEPH GREER: Wardrobe malfunction, surprised you’re not going to help Andi out!
Andi is trying to cover herself up as all she has on is her sports bra as she runs back up the ramp way.
JOSEPH GREER: Damn!
TOMMY ONIONS: Definitely DAMN!
JOSEPH GREER: And here comes the next entrant.
The light dim ‘Catch Your Breath’ by CFO plays as the stage fills with smoke, we see the alter ego of Omar Azure “The Dragon King” crawling through the smoke. As the beat kicks in, the stage and ring lights brightens, and the smoke begins to go away on the stage we see the “Dragon King” holding his dragon wing arms up high, and bring them down to his side while wearing his signature ‘Demon King’ attire. The camera comes close as he stares into it, cocking his head to each side and making odd motions with his hands. He then stares to the sky, As the beat kicks in, the stage and ring lights brightens again he raises his dragon wing arms out again before slowly looking down towards the ring, putting his hands together like a prayer, and walking briskly down the ramp.
TOMMY ONIONS: This guy is going to be amazing in this match.
JOSEPH GREER: We agree on something for once.
The Dragon slides into the ring. The Dragon bounces Riot off the ropes and clotheslines him. Shane gets hit with a diving elbow smash from the Dragon. The Dragon and Shane climb to their feet. The Dragon gets taken down with an arm drag takedown. Shane clotheslines the Dragon, but he quickly rebounds, does a cartwheel and kicks Shane in the face.
TOMMY ONIONS: That guys faster than a hiccup!
JOSEPH GREER: What?
Shane gets hit with a diving elbow smash from the Dragon. Shane stands up. Shane picks up the Dragon and delivers a tilt-a-whirl suplex. The Dragon falls hard, and Shane drops an elbow and points to Riot, who nods in agreement. Riot holds down the Dragon as Shane climbs to the top rope. Shane nails the Dragon with a splash.
TOMMY ONIONS: Shane flies lots this match.
JOSEPH GREER: You need to do what is necessary.
Shane jumps on top of the Dragon, but before Shane can do anything Riot pulls him off and starts pummelling the Dragon. Shane pulls Riot off. The two men stand and begin to argue, and then Shane pokes a finger into Riot’s eyes. Blinded, Riot is an easy target for a running bulldog from Shane.
TOMMY ONIONS: Bulldog!
Blinded, Riot stumbles toward the ropes. The Dragon runs to the opposite end of the ring and rebounds off the ropes, meaning to hit Riot with a flying body splash. But the blinded Riot ducks down at the last moment and the Dragon flies to the outside. Not wasting this opportunity, Shane runs at Riot and hits him with another bulldog.
TOMMY ONIONS: And again!
JOSEPH GREER: Shut up and properly commentate.
A short guitar screech leads to the thrashing of “Governed by Contagions” by At the Drive-in’s. A blinding white light shines chaotically around the arena as Isaiah Zepp steps foot onto the entrance stage. A scattering of fans in the crowd shine their cell phone lights back to him as he walks down the aisle. Isaiah removes his black hooded sweatshirt before running around the ring. He starts shouting abuse at Dylan who just ignores him completely.
JOSEPH GREER: The Legacy Champion looks ready for this.
TOMMY ONIONS: He’s just trying to either get under the skin of the champ or make the clock tick down so he doesn’t enter with the other two.
JOSEPH GREER: Good call.
TOMMY ONIONS: Well he did just that as the clocks ticking down.
JOSEPH GREER: Who’s next?
A large American Flag unfolds from the rafters and hangs majestically over the ring area, each ear expecting to hear the immortal “Star Spangled Banner”.
The big screen starts to show all sorts of American iconic sites. Children playing in the streets, baseball matches, troops in the Middle East. Those images dissolve into footage of various terrorist attacks from around the world including 9-11 until, finally, the Iraqi flag with two scimitars underneath filled the screen. This soon gives way to a hooded figure. The scene pulls back to fill the whole screen with this figure having sprawled at his feet American soldiers.
As “Call to Pray” by Seether begins to blare loudly through the arena the fans began cheering nearly to the point of an inverted standing ovation. The noise from the fans is deafening with the ferocity of the cheers. The roving arm of the cameras picks out people in the crowd. As they realize there on the screen they hold the signs higher. Ice Blue strobes cut around the arena as blue smoke billows from underneath the grating on the ramp way. The curtain at the top of the ramp way parts and they emerge.
JOSEPH GREER: Why are they cheering these guys?
TOMMY ONIONS: There is quite a big Muslim population here Joseph.
Standing there is Akeed ibn Umar al-Hayba in his wrestling garb. To his left stood Abdul bin Hussain
dressed in traditional Arab clothes. Behind them is stood Rafiq and Abdul’s sister Nazirah. Nazirah is dressed in the traditional Burqa. Rafiq carries the Iraqi flag on a pole. They look about themselves at the crowds who are cheering really loudly.
TOMMY ONIONS: I hate these guys.
JOSEPH GREER: I think when we get back to America they will be booed out of the arenas.
Akeed nods at his mentor before slowly walking down the ramp way. Isaiah hits a couple of right hands as he pushes Riot into the ropes and then whips him off. But Riot reverses the Irish Whip and then as Isaiah comes off the ropes, he snaps him over with an Arm Drag. Meanwhile Riot picks Jaguar up and he puts him in the corner and he hits him in the chests with several chops until Jaguar grabs Riot and he turns him around and he slams Riot into the corner and punches and kicks him and then he stops and tries to gain some energy as Riot lowers his head in pain. Soothsayer picks Shane up and he does a spin heel kick into his chest and then he whips him into the ropes and when Shane comes running back he grabs the back of his head and he tosses him into the ropes and Shane goes over them but he holds onto the ropes and he puts himself back into the ring and Soothsayer is totally unaware.
TOMMY ONIONS: Close for Shane, he was almost gone.
JOSEPH GREER: Whoopity doo.
Shane goes back into the corner and he rests as Soothsayer goes over to Jaguar and he goes up behind him and he lifts him in the air and slams him down to the mat with a back suplex. As Soothsayer gets up to his feet he is soon knocked back down by Riot as he runs out of the corner and clotheslines Soothsayer down to the mat. Riot falls down to his knees and now not one single man is on his feet. The crowd cheers and tries to get behind them all to get back up and fight some more but they are all plagued by exhaustion and pain. Jaguar grabs Soothsayer and he whips him into the ropes and as he comes back Jaguar catches him in the tilt-a-whirl driver and he slams Soothsayer down to the mat and Jaguar attempts to get up but he is too tired and hurt. As he is on one knee Riot slowly walks over to him and he kicks him in the mouth and that knocks Jaguar down to the mat. Shane manages to get up and he picks up the fallen Soothsayer and he kicks him in the stomach and he puts his head in-between his legs and he hooks his arms and then he slams Soothsayer’s head down into the mat with a huge DDT. Riot goes up behind Shane and he knee’s him in the back and then he grabs his head and drops him down to the mat with a reverse DDT. Jaguar grabs onto the ropes and he pulls himself up to his feet and he surveys the ring where not one man is standing except himself. Jaguar taunts the crowd with the little energy he has left and then he goes to pick Soothsayer up but Soothsayer catches him with a low blow and then Soothsayer pops up and he does a spin heel kick into the face of Jaguar and Jaguar stumbles backwards and he goes over the top rope and both feet hit the ground.
TOMMY ONIONS: There goes your favourite, Joseph. Jaguar is gone and it’s down to three men; Soothsayer, Riot and Shane.
JOSEPH GREER: Soothsayer all the way, he has to win this. I wouldn’t want it any other way.
TOMMY ONIONS: All three men have equal chances the way I see it right now.
JOSEPH GREER: Oh and remember now Jaguar has a shot at the RSW World Tag Championship at Riot Rules with a partner of his choice.
TOMMY ONIONS: True.
Riot gets up and he pushes Soothsayer into the corner and Soothsayer hits and bounces off and walks backwards and Riot grabs his head and slams him down to the mat with a reverse suplex. Shane gets up to his feet and he shakes his head as he attempts to stand up straight but it’s short lived as Riot knocks him back down with a vicious super kick. Soothsayer gets up and Riot grabs him and goes for a hip toss but Soothsayer reverses it and Soothsayer hip tosses Riot up and over the top rope. The crowd goes nuts in booing Soothsayer as their favourite Riot has been eliminated
JOSEPH GREER: Can’t believe Riot has been eliminated but Soothsayer’s my boy!
TOMMY ONIONS: And then there were two; Soothsayer and Shane. Riot has been eliminated…I’m a little disappointed I thought he would have had a good chance to win this thing.
JOSEPH GREER: Soothsayer all the way, it’s how it’s going to be no doubt about it.
TOMMY ONIONS: Riot has earned himself a shot at the RSW Anarchy Champion at Riot Rules!!
JOSEPH GREER: And remember both Shane and Soothsayer will be teaming later tonight for the RSW Tag Championship!
Soothsayer gets up and he has a cheesy grin as the crowd boo’s him. Soothsayer picks Shane up and he hits him with several uppercuts that knock him down to the mat. Soothsayer whips Shane into the corner and then he runs at him and does a monkey flip and it slams Shane down to the mat. Soothsayer picks Shane up and then he power slams him down to the mat and Soothsayer climbs up to the top rope and he jumps off and hits a cross body block down onto Shane. Soothsayer bounces off of him and lands near him holding his stomach. Soothsayer eventually gets up and poses to the crowd but as he is doing so Havok jumps the barrier and runs into the ring and hits him in the head with a chair and Soothsayer is knocked out cold. Security drags Havok out of the ring. After a while Shane gets up to his feet and he picks Soothsayer up and dumps his lifeless body over the top rope and the bell rings.
JOSEPH GREER: No damn it…Havok ruined everything!
TOMMY ONIONS: Well either way Shane has won the match.
JOSEPH GREER: Shane is the number one contender for Dylan’s RSW World Heavyweight Championship.TOMMY ONIONS: He takes on Dylan at XHF’s Night of Champions!
JOSEPH GREER: Don’t forget Soothsayer’s shot at the RSW Legacy Championship at Riot Rules.
Soothsayer is motionless on the outside as Shane celebrates in the ring. Dylan stands up and looks directly at Shane. Shane notices him and points at him. Soothsayer is slowly getting to his feet as Dylan walks passed him and up the ramp way.
TOMMY ONIONS: So this is just the opening match.
JOSEPH GREER: How do we follow this? Two title matches and Dylan versus D that’s how!
