I am curious about something and I am not trying to start anything so please no negativity. This is for the fed heads here in the network, how many active handlers do you actually have in your feds? I mean people who run characters, not how many characters that are in your company. I am just curious how big each company really is now if a handler has more than 1 character and is consistently active with each of them then you can count that handler for each character.
On a personal note, I want to say I have been here in the XHF Network for almost a year now I have been in most of the companies here and I have run one. I have enjoyed each company and yes I have even got frustrated with some but I feel that each company has their own unique contribution to the Network and is a great cpompany. I think each company admin and owner bust their asses for their handlers and for the network to make this a great place.
I believe we all have each other's backs no matter how much crap we may give each other or talk about each other's companies. I believe we help each other grow and run each other's companies and I do not think we would intentionally try to hurt another's company.
So if you don't mind let me know how many you all have like I said I am just curious, thanks guys.

i have... about 21 people give or take that i'd say are still on my roster. Allot are doing stuff on twitter or through segments and stuff like that. I might be adding or removing a few, but that's a decent number that's close i believe.
And don't worry Duke, it's all good!

21 is a very good number. Sometimes it can be hard to tell if a handler has more then one wrestler if they sign up with different email addresses etc. You need a min core 10 of real good quality roleplays that are committed and reliable. Then you can start to pad out with some not so good etc.

I think currently we only have 7 current active role players in our E-Fed. A lot of us have second characters. It's been difficult for us to recruit new people and when E-Fed Zone closed down and really killed our ability to attract new writers. I've had some luck on Twitter and on SteemIt but were talking 2 people from each of those platforms in 12 months. It's gotten harder and harder to find people who like to write and read for fun.
Most of younger people getting into this hobby want to be part of the 2k WWE E-Feds out there with video results but I really feel like it limits the Fed Heads ability to create storylines and that your boxed into the limitation of the game. I think there kind of boring but most young people don't want to bothered to write 2'000 word RP.

RSW runs about 21 handlers, give or take a couple that may or may not be active depending on job/health issues.

I think there kind of boring but most young people don't want to bothered to write 2'000 word RP. That’s why I started up PWA, it’s influenced by TFW which was the first Fed I joined when I got back into efedding a couple of years ago. RPs matter but only for long-term and angles govern short-term storylines. The shows won’t be super huge (but they aren’t just gonna be quick rundowns if results either) but they cater to people who have a lot of stuff going on elsewhere. It’s a place you can dip in and out of with ease. It can be a lot of fun RPing competitively but on the flip side it can be a ball ache especially when you’ve gotta get those 2000 words down by a deadline (two or three times in some cases) and then find it’s all for nothing cos he other guy just edged you out. I’ve managed to get... I think it’s 8 guys on my roster though one of them is my own character. I know some will be more active than others, it’s very early days right now so it’s not too urgent though I’d like to get to a point where I’ve got closer to 15 or maybe even 20 on my roster and a good half of those are putting down some character development so I’ve got a “core” of upper-card guys and also to give me some different options to aim for story-wise. It’s a tall order, but I had over 30 doing Empire Wrestling so I’m hoping for some more signups once the shows start rolling.

It is tough, and as you mentioned with younger people these days be attracted to games with video results it makes it hard for the more traditional efed type. As long as you enjoy it, keep going. 7 doesnt sound a lot but of thats 7 really committed people and as you said have a second character thats a good roster size of characters.
