..::ANONYMOUS XTREME WRESTLING PRESENTS::..
..::ANONYMOUS TV: OPEN FIGHT NIGHT::..
We cut open to the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois, where the native Chicagoans, rowdy as ever, are roaring for the event! The cameras do their usual spin around the venue, before cutting to Derrick Donovan and BB Gunn standing atop the entrance ramp, microphones in hand.
Derrick Donovan: Welcome to Open Fight Night, live from the Aragon Ballroom in raunchy Chicago Illinois! I'm Derrick Donovan, joined by my commentary partner "Boom Boom" BB Gunn!
BB Gunn: Thanks Dono, and boy what a night we have in store for yall! It's Veterans Day here in the US!
Derrick Donovan: Well, actually BB, yesterday was Veterans Day. Today is just the day they "observe" the holiday.
BB Gunn: Well, whatever, one thing that IS tonight, Dono...is OPEN FIGHT NIGHT!
Derrick Donovan: Yes, and that means one thing; tonight, the inmates run our asylum, and the ballroom is their playground!
BB Gunn: We'll open our show tonight with a bout between Duke Kosloff and Roger Riggs! Both men have much to gain from a win against each other.
Derrick Donovan: Following up that, will be a clash between AVA's Wellington Dunne and NBC's Phobia. And they'll be locked in a cage. No escaping, and all weapons allowed. A contained deathmatch! I pity the fool who'll ref that!
BB Gunn: And in our main event, James Raymond gets to exact some revenge on the man he claims cost him the AXW Undisputed Championship, Anthony Caffrey. And they meet in a No-Disqualifications match! With AVA and Maverick at ringside, and Nate Pierce being handed an invitation by Caffrey, that's going to absolutely be a slobber-knocker!
Derrick Donovan: Well rest assured, tonight is going to a show you'll definitely not want to miss! All this action, and more...
BB Gunn: It all starts...
Both: NOW!
The arena goes dark red and gold lights start to flash as the arena fills with smoke. A monster slowly appears walking down the ramp as pyros shoot flames into the air you can hear Enter Sandman by Metallica playing. He methodically enters the ring stepping over the top rope and standing like a God in the center of the ring as he waits for the bell to ring.
Derrick Donovan: Straight to the ring, no nonsense. That's what I like about Duke, it's no fancy gimmicks. Just straight badassery!
BB Gunn: Duke is absolutely a force to be reckoned with in AXW! A lot of people picked him to be heading to the semi-finals of the Scorpion Classic, and I think Caffrey was lucky enough to just scrape by.
"Lethal Weapon" by Mark Ayres graces the PA system and the crowd begin to cheer. Out from the back, swaggerin' like no tomorrow, is none other then the number one contender to the XHF European Championship, Roger Riggs. He dons a shirt, a picture of Dreadvan in a crosshairs on the front and on the back, the words "Third Time's the Charm." He spins around a few times, showing off this cool piece of merch, and walks down the ramp. He makes a beeline for the ring, and slides in, face to face with James, who sneers in his face. Riggs climbs the nearest turnbuckle and rips off his shirt, Uncle Rogan-like. Except, it's a button-up, so he really just pops a few buttons and has to wrestle it off of him. He then turns around and flexes towards Duke, who glares at him with beady little eyes.
Derrick Donovan: Riggs seems unintimidated by Duke; in fact, he's enjoying the challenge!
BB Gunn: If Riggs can beat Duke, then he absolutely has a shot at beating Dreadvan. If not, he's f*cked.
PICTURE
[...DING! DING!...]
At the sound of the bell, Riggs races over and fires a flurry at The Natural Born Killer. Right, left, right, right, left... Duke absorbs the blows and with rage shoves Riggs across the ring. The lethal weapon lands on his back, flips backwards through the landing and pops up and charges once again. More punches that overcome Duke's strength for a bit as the big man stumbles back into the ropes. Riggs takes the opportunity and lands a picture perfect roundhouse kick to Duke's chest that tumbles the him over the top rope. The big man lands on his feet and slaps the apron with rage as he begins to pace back and forth and Riggs plays to the crowd.
Derrick Donovan: Quick start to the match for Roger Riggs, BB, getting an early advantage.
BB Gunn: Absolutely but instead of staying with him, look Dono, he is smiling and mocking the giant as Duke regains his composure. Not sure if that is a good move for Riggs.
Duke angrily reaches up and grabs the top rope and with ease pulls himself up to the apron and steps over the top rope. As he gets back in the ring, Riggs is on him once again but as Duke takes the first punch he has had enough and reaches his big paw out and grabs Riggs by the throat and moves him to the corner, still with his hand around the throat. Duke squeezes and puts pressure on the adam's apple with all his might as the ref steps in to break the illegal choke. Duke releases and holds his hands up to the ref as Riggs grasps for air, but as quick as Duke breaks the hold he unleashes a huge back elbow strike to Riggs head, snapping it back and slumping the number one contender for the European title down to the mat. The ref slides his way in between the two men and pushes Duke back out to the middle of the ring.
Derrick Donovan: What impact from that elbow! He almost knocked Rigg's head clean off his shoulders!
BB Gunn: Yeah that one is going to stay with the Lethal Weapon. Look at him, he has to be seeing stars.
Riggs shakes his head as he sits in the corner. Duke threatens the ref to get out of his way as Riggs pulls himself up using the ropes. Duke sidesteps the ref and runs in for a clothesline in the corner but Riggs moves just in time. Duke puts his hands out and stops himself from hitting the corner. As he turns, Riggs is there waiting for a dropkick. Duke is able to swat him away like a fly, causing Riggs to land on his back. He rolls over and gets to his knees and Duke steps in and kicks the winning field goal...sending his oversized boot right into the ribs of Riggs. Riggs grunts and gasps.
Derrick Donovan: Did you see that? He knocked away the dropkick like it was nothing and just tried to kick through to Riggs' insides.
BB Gunn: The windy city just got windier with the breath that escaped Riggs there.
Derrick Donovan: Duke, stepping over and lifting Riggs up here. Malice in his eyes, BB. He sends The Lethal Weapon into the ropes...BIG BOOT!
BB Gunn: Man he probably just rearranged Riggs' face with that one. He could have a broken jaw, broken nose, who knows?! And look at Duke! He is just stalking him now.
Duke smiles, satisfied with himself, as he slowly walks over to the downed Riggs. He goes to stop on Riggs but Riggs just moves out of the way. Duke, agitated, follows and goes to stop on his chest. This time Riggs catches Dukes foot. The Natural Born Killer tries to shake loose but Riggs has a solid hold. The Lethal Weapon kips up while still holding Duke's foot. Now standing, holding the big man's leg outright from his body. Riggs steps over and flies down to the mat pulling Duke with him. Thud! The leg drag takedown worked to perfection.
Derrick Donovan: Nice leg drag takedown by the martial arts expert!
This time it is Riggs quicker to regroup than Duke as he makes it to his feet just as Duke pulls himself to all fours. Riggs hits the ropes and introduces his feet to the side of Duke's head.
Derrick Donovan: Look out!
BB Gunn: What a dropkick! Riggs covers!
[...ONE!...]
[...TWO!...]
Derrick Donovan: No!
Shortly after the two count, Duke throws Riggs off of him. The force sends Riggs towards the ref where his knee catches the official in the head laying him out. Duke gets to his feet as does Riggs. Duke, absolutely pissed at the early pin attempt screams as Riggs charges in. Duke is a bit quicker with the attack and grabs Riggs by the throat again and lifts him.
Derrick Donovan: Chokeslam! My God he drove him with such force! Duke looks to make the pin
BB Gunn: The ref is out Dono! Riggs' knee must have caught him just right.
Duke covers but immediately notices that the ref is not moving. Frustrated, he slaps the mat and stands. A crazed look in his eye.
Derrick Donovan: Uh, I'm not sure I like the look of this.
Duke exits the ring and kneels down as he raises the ring skirt. He searches, searches, and pulls out a steel chair. He tosses it up and over the ropes and it clunks to the mat. Duke steps back into the ring and walks over picking the chair up. Riggs is stirring. The big man raises the chair high over his head as the crowd holds their breath waiting for the impact. With desperation, Riggs lunges and low blows Duke! The chair drops from his hands as The Natural Born Killer doubles over. Riggs picks up the chair and swings for the fence. WHACK!
Derrick Donovan: OH! He just flattened Duke!
BB Gunn: Roger Riggs with his best Sammy Sosa impersonation! This match could be over!
The ref is coming to. Riggs slides the dented chair out of the ring and crawls over on top of Duke. The ref slowly pulls himself over to the two of them and raises his hand.
[...ONE!...]
He shakes his head, clearly still feeling the effects of Riggs knee and makes sure he is in the right position.
[...TWO!...]
[...THR-NO!...]
Duke just manages to get a shoulder up before the three count.
Derrick Donovan: Duke kicks out! Just in time!
BB Gunn: Had the ref not been groggy and the count wasn't slow, that would have been a three count!
Derrick Donovan: Had the ref been aware, that would have been a disqualification.
BB Gunn: Yeah, maybe but Duke did introduce the chair into the match and paid for it handsomely. Look! Duke is bleeding!
Riggs helps lift Duke to his feet as a stream of blood rolls down Duke's face. The ref makes his way back to his feet still holding the side of his head as he motions to the timekeeper that it was indeed just a two count. Riggs sends Duke into the ropes and on the rebound ducks under him and jumps up on his back, locking in a sleeper hold. Duke swings his arms wildly, trying to fight the hold. He arms eventual lose their fight and drop to his side as he stumbles.
Derrick Donovan: Man, Riggs sure does have that sleeper hold locked in tight! The ref checks and it is legal. Duke is fading!
Duke drops to a knee as Riggs continues to squeeze with all his strength. He wrenches the hold and moves Duke down to the ground. The big man's eyes flutter and his arms go limp. The ref steps in and raises one of Duke's oversized arms.
[...ONE!...]
Riggs can taste the victory here tightening his grip even more as the red mixture of sweat and blood run down Duke's face and over Rigg's forearm.
[...TWO!...]
BB Gunn: One more time and this match is over!
The ref raises Dukes are for the last time and lets go. The arm drops but just before it hits the ring, Duke's eyes open. Duke yells out to the rafters as he fights to one knee. Riggs is shaking his head, in disbelief but he doesn't break the hold.
Derrick Donovan: Duke is fighting with every ounce he has, BB! He refuses to stay down!
Duke, pushes himself up to both feet again as Riggs pulls further back on his head. Duke flails his arms again, trying to grab The Lethal Weapon. The crowd are on their feet as Duke finally finds the shoulders and head of Riggs. In desperation he grabs and pulls, flipping Riggs up and over his own head. With the hold broken, Riggs tries to brace himself and land on his feet. Before he can turn around, Duke grabs Riggs head from behind and lifts.
Derrick Donovan: He is going for The Monster's Vice!
Duke squeezes, and lifts Riggs, but instead of falling down and into the submission, Riggs has the awareness to roll underneath Duke and roll him into a small package
[...ONE!...]
[...TWO!...]
[...KICKOUT!...]
BB Gunn: SO CLOSE!
Derrick Donovan: Duke didn't quite have enough strength after the chairshot and the sleeper hold to make his finishing submission work. Riggs almost stole one there with that roll up.
Riggs is back to his feet and Duke crawls over and pulls his bloody self up into the corner. As he leans back trying to catch his breath, Riggs looks over and smiles. The end is near. With great theatrics, playing heavily to the crowd... Riggs runs towards Duke, setting him up for The Lethal Weapon, Riggs' stiff dropkick finisher. He charges...
Derrick Donovan: SPEAR!!!!
Duke was playing opossum. As Riggs ran in, Duke exploded out of the corner with a huge spear, driving himself through Riggs. The move took more out of Duke than you would expect and he could not capitalize with a pinfall. He lays on his back staring up at the lights as the blood washes over him.
BB Gunn: Both men are down! What a match this has been. They are living it all in the ring tonight, Dono! Riggs is moving. I think Duke is exhausted. He is out of it!
Derrick Donovan: What is Riggs doing?
The Lethal Weapon crawls towards the corner, holding his side. He slowly pulls himself up using the turnbuckle for assistance. As he stands he winces in pain after the huge spear. He looks at Duke who is just starting to slowly rolls over onto his stomach. Riggs nods...knowing what he has to do to put the monster away and he starts climbing to the top.
BB Gunn: Riggs is going up top, Dono!
Duke pushes himself up to his knees and looks over at the corner just as Riggs pulls himself up to the top turnbuckle, looking out across the crowd and raising his arms. He turns to position himself towards Duke and... Duke dives into the ropes!
Derrick Donovan: Ouch! Riggs took too long! That can't feel good!
Riggs staddles the turnbuckles and screams out in pain, doubled over as Duke lifts himself up and walks to the same corner and begins to climb. He gets on the second buckle and pushes Rigg's head down underneath him.
BB Gunn: Oh no, he is setting him up for...
In one last testament of strength, Duke lifts and flips Riggs up and spins, flying through the air...
[KILLING SPREE!]
(powerbomb off top rope spinning)
Derrick Donovan: He's broken Riggs in half with that huge powerbomb!
BB Gunn: Duke covers...
[...ONE!...]
[...TWO!...]
[...THREE!...]
Here is your winner, by pinfall... The Natural Born Killer.. DUKE KOSLOFF!
Derrick Donovan: He's done it, BB! Duke has notched a win against the European Championship number one contender!
The ref raises Dukes hand as he makes his way back to his feet. The Monster pulls his hand back down and acts like he is going to swat at the ref who gets the hell out of the ring. Duke laughs and looks at Riggs' prone body. He spits at him and exits the ring, victorious.
Derrick Donovan: That was uncalled for...
BB Gunn: These two men have had a lot to say to each other, Dono, and on this night it was Duke walking to walk. I'm sure we haven't heard the last of this feud...
Derrick Donovan: You are right, what a way to kick off Open Fight Night...a bloody hard fought battle. We still have plenty to come folks so don't go anywhere!
As Duke walks up the ramp the show cuts to a break.
"Bring Me to Life" by Evanescence hits, and out walks Phobia, sticking her middle finger to everyone, runs toward the ring and slides under the bottom rope, and gets in the face of the ref, shouting angrily at him.
Derrick Donovan: What a nutcase.
BB Gunn: Whatever happened to that sweet lovable girl, Lethe?
Funeral for A Son begins to play over the PA, when all of a sudden record scratch is heard throughout the arena.
Voice: Ladies and Gentlemen, The AVA is proud to bring you, The Muscle-Bound Freak of Nature, The Scotland Slayer, The Bagpipe Playing Son-of-a-Bitch, The Glasgow Bull. Weeellllliiiinngggtooooonnn Duuuuuuuuunnnnneeeee!!!!
The lights dim to near-pitch black and Done is Done starts to play. As the opening guitar rifts plays 2 spotlights scan the audience, but ignore the main stage. The violin kicks in, and the audience sings along with violin. That's when the lights go out, leaving the arena in pitch black darkness.
You don't know what you're looking for...
The lights come up and hit Dunne, who is standing on the stage with his arms spread out. The song continues as he makes his down the ramp.
Then it's certainly time to make it so, yeah...
At these words, Dunne performs a Cut Throat gesture, and the lights go out again.
What's done is done...
The lights flash back on, and this time Dunne is atop the turnbuckles, posing as the crowd begins to boo. He remains stone faced, emotionless, as he removes his entrance wear.
Derrick Donovan: This... is going to be a hell match.
BB Gunn: Who the hell came up with this wacky stipulation?
Derrick Donovan: Apparently Dunne himself did.
BB Gunn: F*cking Scots...
[DING DING!]
The bell rings and the match is underway and Phobia charges at Dunne with a Shotgun Dropkick sending Dunne into the corner, as he bounces off the turnbuckles, Phobia smashes a Kendo Stick over the head of Dunne, causing it to snap into two.
BB Gunn: Oh my lord! Either Phobia had some freakish strength behind that or Dunne's head is as hard as a rock.
Derrick Donovan: That could have caused some serious brain damage, which is nothing new to Scots.
Dunne drops to his knees from the impact, Phobia pushes Dunne back to the turnbuckles and hits Dunne with some sickening loud chops to the chest of the Scotsman. Dunne then pushes Phobia away, she goes to hit Dunne again but Dunne catches her into a T-Bone Suplex position and launches her into the corner, her body limps as it makes contact with the turnbuckles. Dunne pulls her out and pins her.
[...ONE!...]
BB Gunn: Phobia kicked out at one!
Phobia raises her shoulder up but immediately locks Dunne in for a Crippler Crossface, Dunne uses up his strength to roll on top of Phobia and hooks her legs for another pinfall.
[...O- NO!...]
Phobia pushes Dunne off her and gives Dunne a kick to the ear that rings through his head. Phobia gets up and bounces off the ropes to deliver a dropkick to the back of Dunne's head, leaving him laying face first on the mat. Phobia climbs the ropes and grabs a chair hanging from the cage walls, she gets down off the ropes and walks over to Dunne and slams the chair multiple times to the head of Dunne... again, and again, and again, and again, and again.
Derrick Donovan: Phobia is targeting the head of Dunne, she's trying to kill him!
Phobia has become unhinged, she then climbs the turnbuckle as her sights are on this mysterious black bag hanging in the corner of the closed-off cage, but as she reaches for it... Dunne jumps up to the second rope and grabs Phobia by the waist and sends her flying across the ring with a German Suplex, Phobia lands on the back of her neck and is unconscious.
BB Gunn: Oh my god. Phobia injured her neck a few times this year, and it might come back to haunt her tonight.
Derrick Donovan: I wish we could stop this match now to check on her, Jesus... the landing was barbaric.
Dunne is getting back to his feet and fails but notices Phobia not moving. He crawls over to Phobia and rolls her over to see her eyes closed and her slow breathing. Dunne finally gets to his feet and picks up the lifeless Phobia and drapes her arm over his shoulder. Dunne, realizing that there's something wrong, wants the cage door to be opened but Phobia opens her eyes and picks up Dunne onto her shoulders, back first, and drops him with
[PHOBIA DROP!]

BB Gunn: HOLY SH*T!
Dunne lands on his neck and stays leaned up on his neck until Phobia puts his head between her legs and drops him on his head with a Piledriver, Phobia goes for the pin.
Derrick Donovan: Phobia has it!
[...ONE!...]
[...TW- NO!...]
Derrick Donovan: How?!
Phobia looks in complete shock that Dunne kicked out of the Burning Hammer. Phobia grabs the table leaning on the cage wall and brings it into the ring, she places Dunne onto the table and climbs to the top rope but as she turns around to face Dunne, Dunne springboards up to the top rope and catches Phobia with a

Through the table! They both are down as the referee counts to ten.
Derrick Donovan: They really are out to kill each other! When will it end?!
BB Gunn: I really hope it's soon. I don't think I can watch anymore.

Dunne crawls to the ropes and pulls himself up, breaking the count. Phobia still stunned from the Cutter, is only beginning to move now. Dunne pulls a light tube from the cage walls and approaches Phobia, she only gets to sit up before Dunne smashes the light tube over her head. Causing blood to spill everywhere, Dunne rubs his hands on the blood that spills from Phobia's head and rubbing it over his body.
BB Gunn: Oh, you sick f*ck.
Derrick Donovan: I know Bull's go insane when they see red but this is too far.
Dunne picks Phobia up by her waist and drops her again with a German Suplex but Dunne doesn't let go, he picks her up again and drops her on the neck with another German, and again before letting go. Dunne goes for the pin.

Derrick Donovan: How is Phobia kicking out of these!?
BB Gunn: She's f*cking insane. Let her try and kill herself in the ring if she's pleased to continue.
Dunne gets back to his feet and turns Phobia over onto her stomach and stomps on the neck of Phobia, with his foot rested and applying pressure to the neck, he looks up to the roof of the cage and sees something that catches his eye. The clockworks in the bull tick to an idea as he grabs a mini ladder to retrieve the item.
BB Gunn: What the hell is he going for? What is that?
Derrick Donovan: I think I know what it is...
Upon first glance, it seems to be a table until Dunne pulls it from the roof and it falls down to the mat to show it's other side... full of barbed wire.
Derrick Donovan: Ohhhh...
BB Gunn: ...Sh*t.
Dunne climbs down the ladder and kicks Phobia in the head as she attempts to grab the board from Dunne. Dunne places the barbed wire board leaning in the corner and then climbs the opposite turnbuckle to retrieve what Phobia wanted earlier... The mysterious black bag. Dunne drops the bag onto the mat and launches himself at Phobia with an elbow drop and it connects right to the heart. Dunne then picks up Phobia into a Powerbomb position and is readying her for the barbed wire board but as he runs up and is about to send Phobia flying she counters with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb and hooks the leg of Dunne.

[...T- NO!...]
Dunne rolls out of the pin attempt and picks up Phobia in an MMA Takedown position and charges at the board and they both crash through it. Leaving both in a bloody mess, Phobia being tangled up in the barbed wire.
BB Gunn: Dunne, I beg of you, please end this.
Derrick Donovan: It's become too hard to watch at this point.
Dunne is able to pull himself from the barbed wire, and he drags Phobia with him. He then grabs the black bag he dropped and opens it up, out pours thumbtacks onto the mat. Dunne gets up close and personal with the tacks as he spreads them out but Phobia strikes out of nowhere with a Two Footed Curb Stomp onto Dunne's head, which lands on the thumbtacks. With all the energy and strength she has, she picks up Dunne and drops him down on the thumbtacks with

Here is your winner... The Hardcore Princess... PHOBIA!
As the cage raises, both are laid out from the battle inside The Devil's Playground. Chaos runs down to the ring and drags Phobia out and brings her backstage as Dunne is seeking medical attention from EMTs.
The shot transitions to a dark corridor somewhere backstage where a shadowy figure is leaned up against the left-hand wall, an object resting in their hand that almost appears to give off a faint glow. Slowly, the cameraman approaches the figure in the distance, taking caution in their approach.
Shadowy Figure: "I know you're there..."
The cameraman stops in his tracks, frozen with fear as the figure pushes off the wall and turns to face the camera. Slowly, they make their way toward the camera, the faint glow doing little to help in identifying who said figure is. It isn't until they're standing mere inches away from the lens that some light is able to catch who the person is: Bone Devil.
Bone Devil: "Well, good evening to you folks. I hope you're all enjoying the show like the peasants that you are but then again, you people seem to enjoy anything that gets thrown at you."
Some boos radiate from the crowd.
Bone Devil: "Anyway, you all are probably wondering why I'm back here, minding my business and why this skull is sitting in my hand."
He holds up the glowing object, revealing it to be another sugar skull like the ones from last time.
Bone Devil: "Well, in case you rats weren't listening last time I showed my face on the screen, allow me to re-introduce myself: I am The Skull Reaper and the man who's going to purge everyone's brains from their fragile heads. Those who think they're the hot shit will learn very quickly that The Skull Reaper doesn't take too kindly to those kinds of folks."
Looking at the skull, he turns it to face him before spiking it into the ground, shattering it completely with a resounding crash. A sinister laugh emits from Devil as he looks down at the damage done.
Bone Devil: "Watch your necks, AXW. You never know when the Reaper's scythe is gonna swing down and collect your skull."
He brushes past the cameraman, pushing the camera back into the man, knocking him over. The shot continues to capture Devil walking away before he turns the corner with the shot returning to ringside shortly thereafter.
Styles Clash plays through the PA system as the lights go out. After 23 seconds, the lights come back on and standing atop the stage is James Raymond. He looks out to the crowd with a smirk on his face before walking down the ramp and heading towards the ring.
Once he makes his way to ringside, he walks around the ring before grabbing the second rope and lifting himself up onto the ring apron and then looking out to the crowd. He hops over the top rope, and climbs up to the second rope and stretches his arms out. He hops off the second rope and stands in the corner. From the crowd, the Icon Maverick snakes his way through and hops over the barricade, nodding to his New Age Killer tag partner.
Derrick Donovan: The former Undisputed Champion, fresh off a SECOND win against Curtis D. Kanyon, looks to shut up that punk Anthony Caffrey!
BB Gunn: Dono, ain't nobody gonna shut Caffrey up. Unless they rip his tongue out.
Derrick Donovan: Don't give anyone any ideas, BB.
"My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark" plays from the PA, and the crowd shakes in thunderous boos, as the man who is now the most hated in AXW walks out from the back. Cocky, smug, arrogant. That is what Anthony Caffrey embodies. The UnLegend walks down the ramp, flanked by his AVA cohorts Jack James and a sweaty, angry Wellington Dunne, smirking as he collects boos from the crowd. As he reaches the ring, he puts his foot on the steps, and pauses. He then points to it, and makes a snapping motion, sending a message to his opponent. He casually smiles, and proceeds climbing into the ring. He walks to his corner and perches atop the turnbuckle, waving at Raymond with a smile plastered on his face.
Derrick Donovan: What an egotistical arse...
BB Gunn: With wins over Anomoly and Duke Kosloff, he'd be bound to grow an ego.
Caffrey is smiling in the corner, on the mat, posing like a french girl. The rest of the AVA has a smug confidence on their faces and James and Dunne start slapping the apron side in support. Dunne looks a bit banged up from his match earlier. Maverick appears a bit disgusted, but still finds a moment to converse with Raymond. The ref makes his final checks on the wrestlers, relays the rules, and calls for the bell.
[...DING DING! DING DING!...]
Derrick Donovan: And here we go! Caffrey's on a hot streak here in the AXW. Can you believe the AVA have even made it this far?
BB Gunn: Let's not get ahead of the game. Raymond is a top dog. AVA still has a long way to go too.
Derrick Donovan: We'll see how far away that mountain top is right now!
Raymond would still be sizing up Caffrey as the former gets up and stretches with an exaggerated motion. Caffrey still feeling a bit high on his other victories would even lean against the ropes and mockingly beckons Raymond over. Raymond would roll his eyes, and even spit off to the side before he cautiously approaches, hands up and ready. Caffrey would shake himself out as his foe nears and both lock up near Caffrey's corner. Raymond, still tied up with Caffrey, backs him against the ropes. Raymond then tears away to push Caffrey against them and then propels Caffrey to the far side. Caffrey rebounds while Raymond steps a few forward, falls to the mat, and Caffrey leaps over top. Caffrey rebounds and extends the arm for a lariat as Raymond kips up. Raymond ducks under the attempt but spins around grabbing Caffrey around the waist and transforms this into a german suplex. Raymond doesn't let go of Caffrey's waist and does two more. He goes for a forth and this time sends Caffrey nearly across the ring.
Derrick Donovan: Raymond in solid control so far!
BB Gunn: I wonder if Caffrey can keep up here. Raymond's the AXW vet with several big time wins. Tony-boy may be out of his league.
Caffrey slides out of the ring holding his back. Raymond just retreats to his corner where he and Maverick have a conversation, this time expressions much more jovial. James would walk over to Caffrey and confirm if he's okay. Of course Caffrey would nod, and slap his own face lightly. Caffrey would slip inside and once again the two men are in a standstill. Both would approach the center and begin circling each other. Caffrey would try to slide in to grab the leg, but Raymond would be aware and dodge the attempt. Raymond would follow up by dropping an elbow down into Caffrey's back and immediately grabs for Caffrey's arm. Raymond would twist it behind Caffrey's back into a hammerlock and he wrenches the arm a few times as Caffrey gets to his feet. Caffrey would be grabbing at his shoulder each time but Raymond doesn't let up.
Caffrey, perhaps out of desperation, would swing an elbow back into Raymonds face. Raymond wouldn't let go but Caffrey does a few more for good measure. Raymond struggles to keep it on but Caffrey reverses into a wristlock. Raymond would grab at his hand and roll through reversing the wristlock once again regaining control. Instead of keeping hold Raymond pulls Caffrey into a headlock. Caffrey would struggle to free himself but eventually does so by backing up into the ropes and launching Raymond forward. Raymond rebounds but Caffrey delivers a standing dropkick into the charging Raymond. Both would get up in unison and Raymond would try to strike Caffrey with a right hook. Caffrey would duck under, and instead delivers a russian leg sweep as Raymond spun around.
BB Gunn: I may have to eat my words, Caffrey's back in this!
Derrick Donovan: Raymond was putting on a clinic there but Caffrey is hungry for recognition.
Caffrey would sit up and look at the audience, side to side, big grin on his face. While Caffrey was caught up in showboating, Raymond would have already recovered, hit the ropes, and delivers a cutter onto the sitting Caffrey. Caffrey would bend forward and recline back in one motion. Raymond would get to his feet and start to motion for Caffrey to sit up. Caffrey would rise grogilly, and and Raymond would hit the ropes and deliver a leaping lariat to send Caffrey right back to the mat. Raymond would not stop here and immediately moves towards the corner. He scales it as the crowd roars. Raymond would be watching carefully and the recovering Caffrey would be met by the Devil's Halo (Shooting Star Knee Drop). Laid out, Raymond hooks the leg, with Maverick pumping a fist from outside.

The AVA would seem to be arguing with each other on the outside about what to do.

[...KICKOUT!...]
Caffrey powers up a shoulder and Raymond can't really believe it. The rumors have appeared to be true, Caffrey does have a well of stamina.
Derrick Donovan: NEAR FALL. THAT'S ONLY TWO!
BB Gunn: I'm a bit shocked. Raymond's been giving that man the business.
Derrick Donovan: I'm starting to understand why he talks so much.
BB Gunn: Caffrey needs to get some more shots in though. You can't win a match just by letting the other guy kick your ass.
Maverick slams down on his side of the apron with his hands, urging Raymond to stay focused. Raymond pulls Caffrey up delivers some forearm blows into the back of Caffrey before whipping him into a corner. Raymond would charge right after him and deliver another stiff shot into the back of Caffrey. Caffrey would slouch down on the turnbuckle, and Raymond would grab Caffrey by the back of the head and start bouncing his head off of it. After several of these he winds back hard and slams Caffrey's head down with such authority Caffrey bounces off and onto his back. Raymond would once again scale the ropes. He turns his back and attempts a moonsault but Caffrey gets his knees up. Raymond would bounce off and start holding his gut.
Derrick Donovan: Caffrey barely manages to counter!
BB Gunn: Raymond was looking to put him away, but once again, Caffrey found a way out!
The AVA on the outside exchange high fives but quickly turn their attention back into the ring. Raymond again gets up first while Caffrey is on a knee. He grabs Caffrey by the back of his head, but Caffrey reaches his hands up and rakes the face of Raymond. Raymond stumbles back into the near side ropes and Caffrey with a burst of life stands up and clothes lines Raymond over top of them. Raymond hits the floor hard and Caffrey takes a second to catch his breath. Caffrey step out onto the apron and delivers a double axe handle over Raymond who was stirring. Caffrey starts stomping down on Raymond, centering his blows on the ribs. Caffrey notices Maverick near the ring post and even has the audacity to blow him a kiss.
Caffrey would stomp down and rub his boot into Raymond, keeping an eye on Maverick. After a few seconds of grinding it in Caffrey would throw up the apron cloth and begins to look under the ring. He slides out a kendo stick and stands up admiring his luck by looking at the weapon. He starts smacking Raymond over and over as Raymond rolls onto his stomach and then tries to crawl away frantically. Yet, Caffrey continues the assault as Raymond eventually gets to his feet and backs up against the barricade. Caffrey would wind up for a large one but Raymond rolls away, the snap of the stick resounding hard as it breaks over top. Caffrey would toss the weapon on the floor and gives chase after Raymond.
BB Gunn: Wow! It nearly broke in two!
Derrick Donnovan: This is a no disqualification bout but it looks like Caffrey may be out to seriously hurt our former champion.
BB Gunn: Hold that thought, Dono. Here they come!
Raymond would pass by the commentary table stumbling forward but Caffrey would come up from behind and bulldog him to the floor. Dunne would then start clearing the commentary table by throwing the monitors and clearing the top. BB Gunn and Derrick Donovan would rise from their chairs.
BB Gunn: Oh come on, this is crazy! Does this look like the Spanish desk?!
Derrick Donovan: Maybe we need to start learning some Spanish hombre, because they aren't listening to English!
Maverick has seemingly had enough as he takes a few steps towards the action. However, James has taken it upon himself to grab a chair from a fan, and blasts Maverick in the back. He delivers a few more shots as Maverick falls to the floor. The ref warns Dunne not to touch Raymond as he leans outside the ropes from the ring. Dunne throws his hands up and backs away as Caffrey rolls Raymond onto the table. He gets up on it himself and pulls Raymond up to his feet. Caffery pulls Raymonds head under his arm and takes a moment to flip off the crowd. Raymond though would suddenly grab hold of Caffreys legs and with a display of strength drives Caffrey through the table with a spinebuster, both men falling through.
BB Gunn: Holy s*it! Raymond's lifted a man nearly a foot taller and after all that!
Derrick Donovan: But is it enough to turn things back in his favor?
Instead of keeping his hands in the air Dunne would now be resting them on his head. Raymond would stir and roll away slowly. He Crawls over to the apron and pulls himself to his feet. Caffrey would do the same but against the barricade. Raymond would take this opportunity though to charge forward and deliver a running dropkick which would Caffrey right over it and into the fans. Raymond gets up and climbs over, grab Caffrey and hip tosses him back over. Another romp over the barricade and Raymond takes Caffrey then rolls him into the ring. Raymond comes inside after and lays on top for the cover.

Derrick Donnovan: ANOTHER NEAR FALL! Caffrey's near endless stamina once again keeps him in this!
BB Gunn: Imagine if these two met in the finals of the Scorpion Classic! What a barnburner that'd be, with a world title shot on the line. The things they're doing now, but to a higher extreme!
Raymond comes off the cover but doesn't want to give Caffrey much chance to react he starts raining blows down on Caffrey's head and finishes the assault with an elbow. Raymond once again makes the cover.

Now clearly frustrated Raymond slams his fists on the mat. He gets up and begins raising Caffrey to his feet, but Caffrey stops him dead in his tracks with a blatant low blow. Raymond falls onto his knees holding his groin. Caffrey gets to his feet and chops Raymond across the chest. Raymond would lean back and another chop comes after. Caffrey would grab Raymond by the chin, taunting him in his face before giving Raymond a kick to the side of the head. Caffrey would roll outside the ring and grab the chair from James's hands before tossing it inside and climbing back in himself. Caffrey would place Raymond's ankle amidst the chair, get a running start and double foot stomp it. Caffrey wouldn't let up there either as he again starts stomping down over and over. He would pull the chair off the leg and drill it down again, as if trying to break Raymond's joint.
Caffrey would toss the chair over to the side and grab that same ankle, this time twisting it around for
[...C.A.L....]
(Caffrey's Ankle Lock)
Raymond would be screaming out in pain and Caffrey would keep twisting. The ref would bend down and asks if Raymond submits but he's determined not to. He manages to pull himself over to the ropes, but the ref can't call for a break. Caffrey pulls him back center anyway and Raymond's face reddens deeply. He gets himself to his elbows at least and is struggling to keep on. The ref checks again and Raymond once again waves it off. Raymond, perhaps through sheer willpower manages to roll onto his back and kick Caffrey in the stomach a few times forcing Caffrey to let go.
Derrick Donovan: Caffrey almost makes Raymond tap out!
BB Gunn: I gotta admit, after I seen what that move could do to a man like Duke Kosloff I thought it was all over. Wait a minute what the hell is going on over there?
Derrick Donovan: What do you---MAVERICK IS BACK UP AND CAUSING HAVOC!
Maverick would have indeed risen as the ankle lock was applied. He would battle James, trading blows but ultimately have launched him into the steps followed up with a dropkick squashing James into them again. Dunne would round the bend but it's too late as Maverick grabbed one of the discarded TV monitors and crashes it into the dome of Dunne, laying Dunne flat. With that Maverick would pull what remaining cords were attached off it and slide the monitor inside the ring, urging Raymond to use it.
Caffrey would notice this, and try to rush to grab that ankle, but this was a huge mistake as Raymond takes a page from Maverick and levels Caffrey, splitting him open and leaving his sprawled out on the mat. Raymond would toss the monitor down hard into the chest of Caffrey and it would bounce off. Raymond, ankle still noticeably sore would pull Caffrey to his feet and whip him into the ropes. Despite the pain Raymond would hit off his end and meet Caffrey in the middle delivering...

Raymond rolls on top of Caffrey and makes the cover. Maverick would could along with the ref by slapping the mat from the outside.

Derrick Donovan: James Raymond's done it! He made Caffrey eat his words, and beaten him fair and square dead center in the ring!
BB Gunn: Yeah, but the AVA sure aren't having that. Look!
The camera cuts to Dunne leveling Maverick with a TV monitor, and both he and Jack James are on the ring apron. Raymond shrugs, and charges at James, knocking him off the apron. Dunne comes in, and with one fell swoop, chop blocks the hell out of Raymond's knee. The Platinum Star clutches at his knee, but the assault doesn't stop there. Caffrey, now back to his feet and pulling the strings, has Dunne sit on Raymond's back, Jack hold his arms, as he torques the hell out of Raymond's knee with the C.A.L.!
Derrick Donovan: Stop this madness! The match is over!
Dunne has now begun to deliver knee strikes to the torso of Raymond, as the former Undisputed Champion screams in pain! That's when...
BB Gunn: The cavalry is here!
Purple spotlights circle the arena, as the crowd explodes for The Anomoly! But they can't find him. This goes on for another moment, until a low CRACK! is heard! Caffrey topples to the mat, rolling out as Anomoly stands over him with a chair! The crowd explodes again as he swings the chair at Dunne and James, barely missing as they retreat to the back. But Anomoly doesn't stop there, chasing the trio up the ramp! Anomoly stares at the curtain in which the AVA have just retreated behind, giving them a satisfactory middle finger. Anomoly walks down to the ring, rolling under the ropes as he helps Raymond to his feet. The crowd cheers as he raises Raymond's hand, and the two begin to exit the ring.
Derrick Donovan: I think Anomoly has learnt in this business, he's better off making allies with people, rather then enemies.
BB Gunn: Imagine that power force. Raymond and Anomoly. "The Undisputed Killers?"
Derrick Donovan: Just stop, BB.
As Raymond walks to the ropes, Anomoly stops a step behind him. Raymond turns around, cocking his head a bit to the side. Anomoly then takes a home-run swing, toppling the Platinum Star.
BB Gunn: No, no! I'd just came up with a cool brand name! Come on!
Derrick Donovan: Anomoly looks to make a statement! They do meet in two weeks in the semi finals of the Scorpion Classic!
The venue goes from cheers to boos as Anomoly drags Raymond to the center of the ring, and puts his head on the chair. He then puts his head on Raymond's, holding it down as he squirms under his boot. Anomoly then runs to the ropes, and as he goes back Raymond pops up with a clothesline! Anomoly flips and the crowd roars! Raymond then charges at Anomoly, going for his patented Broken Platinum! But Anomoly low blows him! He then runs the ropes, and nails a sickening curb stomp to Raymond, driving him face first onto the chair! The crowd roars with boos, as Anomoly just stares coldly at his Scorpion Classic opponent. He then just walks up the ramp, and to the back as the camera pans from Anomoly disappearing to the damage he, Raymond, and the AVA caused in the closing moments of the show.
