He tries to walk past the men but they refuse to let him go, one of the men putting his hand on him doesn't sit well with him. he stops and backs up and starts to think as he observes the situation.

Of course, we do and we know exactly who you are, see your that illegal who came from America to steal jobs from our local boys and we don't take kindly to that.

I see what this is, okay well it's like this you five guys can think what you want but I am here legally and I'm not stealing anything I have earned my way here and my job so if you have a problem with that don't know what to tell you.
The guys start to look at each other as the move a bit closer to him the waitress starts to rush into the kitchen as she yells for a manager or someone. The other customers watch as they don't know what to do.

He tries to walk through them but the men just crowd around him and start to push up against him blocking his way. As he tries not to get physical with them he tries to back up but they are all around him. The small waitress seems to be in a bit of a panic as she continues to watch the situation.

Hey, mates have a gander at this wanker he's ready to run off to his mum, I think he soiled his nappy, haha.
One of the men shoves him from behind as another pushes him from the front trying to get him to swing or something but he refuses to get physical with these men He continues to try and reason with them a couple of the other customers eating pull out there cell phones and begin to record it. You can see the anger, and frustration on his face as he clinches his fist together.
Man #2
Better yet since he has no balls go get his pram so we can put him down for a kip.

The man swings hitting him in the jaw with a right hand as the other men jump in attacking him, he still refuses to fight back as he knows what will happen but he does try to shove them off to the best of his ability. He manages to hold them off for a bit but the five on one gets to be too much for him especially after having such a grueling match earlier in the night against Steven Wright.
Man #2
What's wrong convict, don't you know how to defend yourself or you just some little cuck.
Man #1
I think this wanker is nothing more than chav and is getting what he deserves for what he has nicked from our fellow mates.
The men continue to assault him as he just allows them to do it. You can see the look of pure hatred in his eyes as he gets beat. His mind begins to drift back to the days of prison and when he would be jumped by the guards for no reason. He begins to get anxious and starts to move around pushing back trying to get back to his feet.
As he manages to get to a knee the men continue to beat him unmercifully as the spectators watch, a few Bobby's come rushing through the door and begin to break up the altercation. They instantly slam down the American and handcuff him as they begin to question the owner and workers of the establishment trying to find out what happened. The small waitress explains to the Bobby's that it was not him but the other men who started and pursued the whole thing.
The Bobby's reluctantly unhandcuffed him and warned him that next time he would not be so lucky, the group of men just smiled as they were escorted out of the restaurant. He wiped the small trail of blood from his lip and began to walk out when the small waitress stopped him.
Waitress
Hi, I am so sorry about that, I did tell them you had no part in that. I wanted to let you know it took a lot of courage not to fight back that was impressive. So are you from around here?

Thanks, not really I'm from America but recently moved to Bristol, for work. I just started working for PWA. I'm Eric by the way and thanks for the help with the cops most people wouldn't do that, especially for a guy like me.
Waitress
It's no big deal, besides you didn't do anything wrong. I'm Mia by the way. Heres my number give me a call sometime it was nice meeting you but I need to get back to work.

Yeah sure and thanks again.
She hands him a slip of paper with her number and slowly walks away as she smiles at him. He smiles back and heads out the door.
