I bought Fallout 76, it's not as bad as people claim, it's a little more barren then Fallout 4, but I love being a Wanderer.

Fall Out isn't my kind of game, i always get bored of it about a quarter to half way through the game, if not earlier and never finish it. So paying 60 bucks for a buggy mmorpg i'll have to pass... lol

If you don't know me much yet then let me explain...I'm a HUGE Fallout fan. 4 is my favorite to date, but I just can't motivate myself to buy 76. All the reviews are bad. All the clips I've seen look juddery or glitchy. And worst part it's essentially a DLC/ extension of 4 minus everything people want in DLCs; interesting quests, new characters, new options. If it drops to a cheap price I'll get it to try it out, but for now it's a disappointing chapter for Bethesda.

It's a glitchy mess and pretty much still in a beta phase from what i've seen and heard too. It looks like fall out 3 with the graphics as well. Definitely not anything worth paying 60 bucks for. Not even 5 bucks if you ask me.

76 is about as buggy as Fallout 4 is when your past level 100 and got like 10+ settlements, but unlike Fallout 4 it'll let me play it for hours. I've never finished Fallout 3/4 or New Vegas, because I dump hundreds of hours just wandering around.
There are NPCs, they're mostly the monsters/robots, but they talk and such. Honestly while I miss dialogue options, it's a fun time if you get a collection of people. It's difficult, but not impossible to get a good strong party to get some shit done.
The survival aspect that's missing from Fallout 3/4/NV is found here, because not eating food/drinking/curing diseases/etc. can make for some interesting changes to playstyle.
My complaints would be the lack of storage space IN game, as I'm a collector in these type of games and it hurts me when I have to drop shit I don't necessarily wanna use, but I like the way it looks. Luckily, clothes barely weigh anything. I find that I should probably change the way I play 76 in comparison to the previous titles where I just a pack rat for cool shit and sell/breakdown everything else. It's not a main entry Fallout, so it's different. I find myself always taking my excess stuff I don't need, or extra clothes I grab along the way to the starting portions of the map and handing out gifts to all the newbies because it's the Santa Claus in me.
As for bugs, I've yet to encounter anything that's game breaking and makes it unenjoyable. I somehow ended up with 2799 Grenades, which was probably the best glitch I've encountered because I got to trudge my overencumbered ass through a whole town throwing grenades until I got to a nearby airport, chucking grenades all along the way. The sheer fear in other players as they scattered and ran while grenades and nuclear cars exploded in chaos.
Ahhh, what fun. it was about 6am when I realized I should probably go to bed.
You will encounter shit that causes the game to shutdown, but the positive to this over a main entry series is 76 constantly autosaves, so while this may have happened in 3/4/NV and you'd be pissed you lost out on a shit ton of stuff because Autosave hadn't kicked in, or you saved hours ago, 76 picks you up where you left off.
Is it perfect? Nah, it's not, but neither is any Fallout game in the series.
Is it 2/10? No. I'd say a strong 7/10 because they definitely have a strong platform to make something really great on. This game could pull a total 180 by this time next year and blow everybody's mind.
Red Dead Online drops online tomorrow for me though...so.
You bet your damn ass I'll be galloping on my war horse looking to out outlaw the rest of 'em, but I definitely will bounce back to Fallout 76. It's worth the 40 bucks I spent on that Black Friday sale.

Red Dead ONLINE is pretty swell as well, it takes away a lot of the cool things that made RDR2 what it is, but it feels more akin to the first RDR with what ya can do, feels great, loads of fun.
Sucks having a girlfriend who loves the game as much as you do though and doesn't have her own system >_>
Though that does give me time to work on promos.
