Here you all go I thought you might enjoy this one it's another one of my recipes I have come to enjoy making for my family it's cheap and easy for those who don't have a lot of time or money.
(Mini Version made for picture)
Homemade Baked Chili Taco Salad...
32 ounces Homemade 5-meat Reaper Chili (or whatever Chili you like) 3 1/2 pounds ground burger (whatever type meat you like) 4 pounds 4-Blend Shredded Mexican Cheese (Or your choice of Cheese) 2 Bags Crushed Nacho Cheese or Ranch Doritos 6 ounces Black Olives (Sliced) 2 Sweet Vidalia Onions (Diced) 2 Tomatoes (Diced) 2 Heads of Iceberg Lettuce Shredded 6 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning 1 Tablespoon White Pepper Ranch
First, place the ground meat in a skillet with 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning and the white pepper and fry until completely cooked then drain the grease then add the last 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning and the onions and tomatoes and mix well. Make sure your chili is hot. Get a large turkey roaster or something similar and start layering your ingredients. Begin with the lettuce, then spread cheese on top of that then a layer of meat, then chili, chips then cheese, repeat until the container is filled or until your out of ingredients. Then place in the oven on 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted... Then pull from the oven spread the black olives over the top of it then serve with Ranch on top and enjoy...

This looks amazing and you had me invested...but lettuce in the oven? Wouldn't that ruin it?
I've made homemade nachos by doing something similar, layering them before oven baking. But I haven't put lettuce in til afterwards, for a bit of crunch. Also the crushed Doritos is a genius idea.

Thanks, actually it doesn't ruin the lettuce, it's really good and besides the black olives, my family loves it so I only put the olives on mine lol.
