Okay, here is another meal that my family loves that is a low budget, a health-friendly meal high on protein and extremely easy to make. it's my own recipe and I am happy to pass it along.
Homemade Fried Tilapia and Spicy BLT Side Salad...
12 (6 Ounce) Tilapia Fillets 1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce Shredded (Or whatever Lettuce you like) 3 Tomatoes (Diced) 1 Pound Bacon (baked then crumbled) 12 ounces Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (Or whatever cheese you like) 6 Ounces Andy's Fish Seasoning (to coat Tilapia) 12 Ounces Ranch 2 Ounces Red Chili Pepper
Optional Homemade Seafood Sauce For Tilapia (Also my own Recipe)
(Large Batch) 4 Cups Mayo 2 Cups Ketchup 2 Cups Horseradish Aioli 2 Tablespoons White Pepper 1 Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
Mix extremely well in a mixing bowl. And enjoy with anything!!! _____________________________________________________
First, Take the Tilapia and place in Andy's seasoning until completely coated then place in an Air fryer for best results if you do not have one then place on a baking sheet and place in oven on 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes make sure to keep an eye on them. Then take the bacon and place on a baking sheet and also place in the oven until desired cook (crispy, semi-crispy, Limp). While the fish and Bacon are cooking take the tomatoes and dice them up, take the lettuce shredding it, then place them in a bowl. Take the ranch dressing adding the red Chili seasoning and mix it well then adding it to the lettuce and tomatoes along with the cheese. When the Fish and bacon are done take out of the oven. While Fish cools down crumble the bacon adding it to the salad mixing once again until completely done. Place Tilapia on a plate along with the salad if desired add the Seafood sauce and a couple of fresh slices of orange or lemon and enjoy...
