Okay, guy's, here's what I cooked today for my family. They love it and it's a bit different than your normal dinner meal. It's easy, cheap and fun and it's an original recipe of mine. So I hope you enjoy it if you make it and remember its also budget friendly.
Homemade Breakfast Dippers & Gravy...
2 Pounds of ground Sausage (or Bacon, or any meat you like)
6 Large Eggs (Beaten)
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese (Any style you want)
1 Yellow Onion (Diced)
1 (1 1/2 pound bag of Pioneer Gravy Mix - Follow instructions, Cheapest way to go)
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 Tablespoon Franks Seasoning
A Double Batch of Homemade Biscuit Dough.
(Biscuit Dough Recipe)
2 Sticks of Butter (Melt The Butter)
4 Cups of All Purpose Flour
2 Cups of Whole Milk
6 Tablespoons of Granulated Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Baking Powder
Mix Everything well until dough is formed, Cook at 375 Degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until the desired color.

First, cook the ground sausage and the diced onion in a skillet until completely done, drain the grease from the sausage and onions. Place Sausage and onion mix into a casserole pan along with the beaten eggs, Garlic powder, Black Pepper and Franks seasoning, add the cheese and mix well spread it evenly in the casserole dish then place in oven. Let bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove and let cool down. Make your gravy while Casserole is cooking follow instructions on package.
While the Casserole is cooling get your biscuit dough ready when the casserole is cooled remove it from the dish and cut into strips. Then take each piece and wrap them in biscuit dough and place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet preferably with Pam. And let then cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Then remove from oven dip in your gravy and enjoy...
