Okay, guys here is another homemade meal that is easy, cheap for those on a budget but still taste and can look like it cost a fortune lol. This is another one of my own recipe's and feel, free to adjust to your own taste. Homemade Smothered Pork Chop & Ranch Vegetables...
3 - 5 Ponds Boneless Pork Loin (Cut into 6 - 8 Ounce Chops) 12 Ounces Whole Kernal Corn (Preferably Cut fresh off the Cob) 16 Ounces Fresh Green Beans 16 Ounces Potatoes (Diced) 24 Ounces Pioneer Country Gravy (Read Directions on Package - Cheapest way to go) 1 Stick of Butter 1/2 Cup Ranch Seasoning 2 Tablespoons White Pepper 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper 2 Tablespoons Salt 1 Ounce Parsley Flakes 2 Ounces Bacon (Diced)
First, take the Pork loin and cut into 6 - 8-ounce chops or whatever size suits your needs. Then take the white pepper and salt mix together and season the chops with them, let sit for a little while. Take the Corn if using fresh corn on cob boil in seasoned water until almost done then pull and let cool. Take the green beans and boil in seasoned water with bacon, until done, then pull drain and let cool. Do the same with Potatoes dice them, place in boiling water until just about done pull them off the stove drain them and let cool. Once all of them are cooling place your Pork chops in the oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until desired temperature (Medium, Medium Well, Well). While Pork chops are cooking get your Pioneer country gravy ready, also take all three vegetable's mix into a large pot put the stick of butter in with them also add the Ranch seasoning mix well while heating them back up melting the butter and stirring well. Once the butter is melted and the seasoning is mixed well with the hot vegetables they are done. Once the chops are done pull them take your chops and your vegetable place on a plate take the gravy and cover your Pork chops and sprinkle the parsley on top of the gravy and enjoy your meal.
