Okay, guys here is another homemade item that's great for any meal or a quick snack, that is easy, cheap for those on a budget. This is another one of my own recipe's and feel, free to adjust to your own taste.Homemade Meatloaf...
3 - 5 Ground Beef (or any type of ground meat - Chicken, Turkey, Sausage) 1 Box of Stuffing Mix 1 Cup Black Cracked Pepper Crackers (Ground Up into Crumbs) 1 Sweet Vidalia Onion (Or any onion) (Diced) 2 Bell Peppers (Diced) 1 Large Egg 1 Tablespoon White Pepper 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon Celery Salt 3 Tablespoons Franks Red Hot Seasoning 1/2 Cup Worseschire Sauce 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
First, take the ground beef or ground meat and place in a large mixing bowl with the diced onion, the seasonings s dry stuffing mix, cracker crumbs, hot sauce, and Worseschire sauce, and egg. Mix ingredients with your hands until they are all combined well. Then take a cake pan or casserole dish whatever suits your needs spray with preferably Pam and place Meatloaf in it making sure it isn't touching the sides of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for 60 minutes on 350 degrees make sure to check about every twenty minutes. draining any grease, when almost done remove foil and allow to finish without being covered to get that nice crispy texture on the outside. Then when it is finished remove and enjoy with whatever you want, this makes a great dinner with potatoes and brown gravy, also an awesome meatloaf sandwich. Enjoy...

I love that one of the focuses is affordability Yes, that's what it is all about, great food at a reasonable cost. You can eat like a King at a servants cost. Just need to learn how to shop and do a little easy work.
