Okay, guy's, here is another one of my original recipes, it's cheap and easy may not be for everyone. My family loves it and it's extremely budget friendly and this can be made to look like it came from a five-star restaurant depending on how you fix it and plate it.
Homemade Cajun Crab Cake & Cajun Mac...
14 Ounces Crab Meat (Imitation Crab meat works just fine or lobster - Minced) 1 Pound Pasta Shells (Or any style Pasta you like) 2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 2 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese 1 Yellow Onion (Diced) 2 Boxes Jiffy Mix 2 Large eggs (For Jiffy Mix) 2/3 Cups milk (For Jiffy mix) 1 Cup Milk (For Mac & Cheese) 1 Sticks of Butter 4 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning 1 Tablespoons White Pepper 1/2 tablespoon Salt 1/4 tablespoon Ghost Pepper Seasoning
First, Take the Jiffy mix and make your cornbread batter then add the white pepper, 3 tablespoons of Cajun Seasoning, the Ghost Pepper seasoning and the salt along with one cup of each type of cheese and the minced crab meat, and diced onion and mix well then place in a greased pan (preferably sprayed with Pam) place that in the oven on 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes make sure to watch and take it out when you feel it's done to your liking. Boil your water and your pasta, when pasta is done add the stick of butter a little salt white pepper and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning along with the milk and one cup of each kind of cheese and mix well until cheese is completely melted. When the mac and cheese are done place somewhere to keep hot or warm until the Cajun Crab Cake is done. When everything is done dish it out the way you want and enjoy...

Haha, 5 star crab and mac It's all in presentation, If I make the Cajun Crab Cakes into single portions and turn the Cajun mac into a baked mac and presented it a little differently as I would working in a restaurant it could sell for a pretty penny, even though it's cheap as heck. LOL.
