*Following a lengthy intro video/montage for the event featuring all the various annual celebration highlights of past EoD Tournament winners from the inaugural '02 event through the present day one in '09, from Shock in 2002, to Lance Storm in 2003, to William Spencer in 2004, to Cosmo in 2005, to Jay Williams in 2006, and finally to one CK Owens back in May 2007, we open up live to the night's frenzied, sold out arena crowd right in the heart of North Carolina with the End of Days event banner being displayed on the Xtreme-Tron, explosions going off all over the place and the official show theme of "Oblivion" by Mastodon playing swiftly across the building's PA System. We then zoom in even further on ringside moments later and the background music dies down completely as our usual commentators Michael Cole and Jerry "The King" Lawler eventually cut in as the much anticipated in-ring action begins on this year's edition of the End of Days broadcast....*
Cole: Welcome to End of Days '09 everyone!
King: What an exciting evening we have planned for you tonight.
Cole: Starting off End of Days with the first ever Triple Threat Match in the history of the End of Days Tournament.
*"My Own Worst Enemy" by Lit starts to blast on the dark ring area. Suddenly, as the lights fall on the entranceway, out from the curtain comes....a stage hand? He shrugs at the audience, then, with a flashlight in hand starts looking around the entranceway, finally he comes to a man in a suit facing away from everyone, appearing to urinate. The stagehand shines his flashlight on him and the man squintily looks at him, holds up a finger telling the stagehand to wait a second. Then as he finishes what he was doing, he takes a swig out of a bottle of beer, zips up, and spins around, almost falling over. Yes folks, it's Randy Angel. The lights come up as he saunters down to the ring, having to be held up several times by the stagehand. Randy then rolls into the ring and decides not to get up until he has to.*
Cole: Randy took out the newcomer Mr. Happy to advance in the End of Days Tournament earlier on this month.
King: Speaking of which I wonder what Nelly Angel thinks of his brother advancing this far.
*"I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred now hits the PA system as the infamous Sexy Jason comes out from behind the curtain to a chorus of crowd pops moments later. He points to his abs. You can hear him saying "I'm buff and I'm the stuff!" as he walks to the ring. He slides underneath the bottom rope. He goes to a turnbuckle, stands on it and points to his abs and the crowd says "Its not sexy unless Sexy Jason says so!". He eventually jumps off the turnbuckle and goes to a second turnbuckle, he stands on it and points to his abs and the crowd says "Its not sexy unless Sexy Jason says so!" He jumps down and gets ready now for his match to ensue.*
Cole: The Xtremely Sensational Rookie himself, Sexy Jason is involved in this match as well.
King: Control yourself Cole....
*The arena turns to black and guitar riffs echo throughout the arena. Smoke begins to fill the entrance way as the drum begins to join the guitar in the sounds. Flashes of light decorate the stage area as David Draiman's voice lets out a soft "can you feel that..." The crowd rushes to their feet looking to get their snapshot of the XHF legend about to walk through the curtain. Three large pyros go off at the top of the stage to the beat of Draiman's "ooh ah ah ah" The song immediately jumps to it's chorus as "Down with the Sickness" by Disturbed deafens the crowd and is it does Reeshi steps through the smoke and pyro to a loud chorus of boos and flashing lights. He stands atop the entrance way soaking in the feedback from the XHF faithful and walks slowly, yet with a purpose towards the ring. He walks around to the ring, eying up each corner, claiming it as his own before he uses the steps at the front of the entrance to climb onto the apron. He enters the ring and removes his jacket, walking towards the middle of the ring and raising his fist in the air. The boo's and chants grow louder once again, sparking a snarl like smile from Reeshi.*
Cole: During his match against Sexy Jason Rage came to the ring and caused a Double Disqualification. Causing this first every Triple Threat Match as a direct result.
King: Reeshi was about to win the match, until Rage had to get involved.
Cole: Sexy Jason would have withstood the Coral Reesh and we all know it King!

End of Days Tournament '09: Semifinals (Triple Threat) Match #1
"The Sensational Rookie" Sexy Jason vs. "The Biggest, Baddest Dog in the Yard" Reeshi vs. Randy Angel
______________________________
Sexy Jason is flexing for the fans. The fans are loving it. He stops flexing and stares at Reeshi. Reeshi is starring back at Sexy Jason. Randy is still laying on the mat. He finally gets up ans staggers into his own corner. He turns around and Head Butts the turnbuckle and falls to the mat. The crowd begins to laugh as the bell rings. Reeshi and Sexy Jason waste no time at all. They both go charging at each other and nail each other with a Clothesline. All three men are on the mat.
Cole: What a way to start this first ever Triple Threat Match with all three opponents on the mat!
King: Randy's fall however was caused by his very own Headbutt.
Sexy Jason and Reeshi both got to their feet at the same time. Randy is on his feet and staggers towards center of the ring. Reeshi and Sexy Jason goes to lock up. Randy tries to get in the middle of Reeshi and Sexy Jason. By doing so it breaks the lock up. Reeshi shoves Randy over to the corner. They go for a lock up again. This time Reeshi gets the advantage with a Wrist lock. Sexy Jason does a couple of flips and turns it into a Hammer lock on Reeshi. Sexy Jason puts pressure on the arm. Reeshi slaps his shoulder and then nails an Hard Elbow to Sexy Jason's face. Causing him to release the hold.
Cole: Do you think Randy Angel is going to be in the way?
King: Reeshi will make sure he is not in the way.
Reeshi comes a running at Sexy Jason. Sexy Jason takes Reeshi down with an Arm Drag. Reeshi gets up and goes at Sexy Jason again and Sexy Jason takes Reeshi down with an Arm Drag, this time Sexy Jason holds onto the hold and puts pressure on the arm. Sexy Jason lays the arm on the mat and lift his knees in the air and lands on the arm. Reeshi is screaming in pain. Randy staggers out of the corner. Sexy Jason goes to lift his knees in the air again and comes down on the arm. Reeshi again lets out a scream. Reeshi gets into a sitting position as Sexy Jason is standing, and he still has a vice grip of Reeshi's arm.
Cole: The Sensational Rookie is working on that arm of Reeshi.
King: Reeshi will take back control here shortly though so no need to worry Cole.
Randy staggers over to where the action was taking place and he slips. As he goes down he grabs Sexy Jason and rolls him up. The ref got a 2 count before Sexy Jason kicks out. Reeshi rolls out of the ring and onto the floor to try and shake the pain away from his arm. Meanwhile back in the ring Sexy Jason gets to his feet. He can not believe what just happen. Randy had made it to his feet only to be scooped up and to be nailed with the Sexy Relaxer. Sexy Jason goes for the pin. Reeshi sees what is going on slides underneath the ropes and breaks the pinning attempt at the count of 2 by stomping on Sexy Jason's back. Sexy Jason rolls off of Randy.
Cole: The Sensational Rookie almost had the match won.
King: You'll notice that he tried to pin Randy and not Reeshi.
Reeshi picks Sexy Jason up and nails a Back Breaker. He holds onto him and picks him up again and nails another Back Breaker. Sexy Jason screams in pain. Reeshi is holding Sexy Jason on his knee and bending Sexy Jason's head back. Finally Reeshi drops Sexy Jason to the mat. Sexy Jason is holding onto his back. Randy is getting to his feet. Reeshi pushes him into the ropes. Reeshi bends over and picks Sexy Jason up. Reeshi nails Sexy Jason with a Power Bomb. Sexy Jason arches his back to try and relieve the pain. Reeshi looks at the crowd and was saying another one. Reeshi goes over to Sexy Jason. Randy staggers into Reeshi and knocks him to one knee. Randy turns and as he does he swings his hand and smacks Reeshi in the face.
Cole: Randy just bitch slapped Reeshi!
King: If I was Randy I would get out of that ring quickly, VERY quickly right about now...
Reeshi makes it to his feet. Randy does not try to run. Reeshi picks Randy high up above his head in a Military Press. Sexy Jason slowly makes it to his feet. Reeshi is showing off his strength with Randy high above his head. Randy is shaking his head in a no motion. Just about the time Reeshi turns and face Sexy Jason to drop Randy on top of Sexy Jason, Reeshi was nailed with a Drop Kick from Sexy Jason. Reeshi drops Randy and Reeshl falls backward and Randy lands ontop of Reeshi. The ref gets a 2 count before Sexy Jason pulls Randy off of Reeshi.
Cole: Reeshi almost got pinned just then by Randy!
King: Well Sexy Jason almost got pinned by Randy also.
Sexy Jason mounts Reeshi and begins unloading fists to Reeshi's face. The ref is trying to get Sexy Jason to stop. Finally the ref pulls Sexy Jason off of Reeshi. Randy stands up and decide to mount Reeshi and before he even gets ready to hit Reeshi, Reeshi just tosses Randy off of him. Sexy Jason had climb to the top rope. The fans were are cheering him on. He sees Reeshi still on the mat and he leaps.
Cole: Sexy Splash coming up!
King: Why do you get so excited?
Cole: Well the answer to that one is pretty simple, I mean just look at the awesome body on display King!
As Sexy Jason was about to connect with the Sexy Splash on Reeshi, Reeshi rolls out of the way and Sexy Jason crashed and burned on the mat. Sexy Jason is holding onto his stomach.
King: Now that is an awesome move when Sexy Jason crashes and burns.
Cole: That is not good.
King: Come on Cole, that was awesome!
Randy rolls Sexy Jason on his back and tries for the pin. But before the ref could get into position Reeshi picks Randy up, and slams him hard on the mat. He then goes and picks Sexy Jason up to his feet. He tosses Sexy Jason though the ropes. Sexy Jason hits hard on the floor. Reeshi steps out of the ring. He picks Sexy Jason up and drops hims chest first on the steel guard rails. Sexy Jason falls to the floor holding onto his stomach. Reeshi gets back into the ring. Randy is making it to his feet slowly. Sexy Jason had crawl over to the apron and was using the apron to help himself up. Reeshi picks Randy up and nails Fish Out of Water. He goes for the pin. The ref is in position 1.... Sexy Jason finally makes it back into the ring. 2.... Sexy Jason gets to his feet and tries to break the pinning attempt but his stomach is hurting so badly that he did not make it in time...3!
Semifinal Winner #1 via Pinfall & Advancing to '09 EoD Tournament Finals: Reeshi!
*Reeshi stands up and he smiles arrogantly at Sexy Jason, rubbing even more salt in the proverbial wound as the ref is raising his hand in victory. Meanwhile Sexy Jason is staring at Reeshi lividly. Reeshi motions for him to bring it. Sexy Jason started heading that way when suddenly a large group of XHF Security members enter the ring and keep Sexy Jason from getting too close to Reeshi for the time being at least.*
Cole: Reeshi advances onto the Finals.
King: Oh poor Sensational Rookie Sexy Jason is not the first ever winner of the Triple Threat match. It was the legend Reeshi.
Cole: It could have went either way King.
King: Yeah, but it went in Reeshi's favor and that's what counts.
Cole: Next match coming up between MGK and Deathtrain will decide who will face Reeshi next at the end of the night for the Finals round so stay tuned folks and we'll be right back to End of Days live in Charlotte!
*As the lights in the arena flicker and we return from a brief break in the ongoing EoD Tourney action, the fans explode into boos, knowing full well who's about to make an entrance. The blaring opening guitars of Stone Sour's "Reborn" begin to blast through the speakers, and as this happens, the following is played over the Xtreme Tron, followed by several in-ring clips of MGK facing various opponents.
Finally, MGK makes his way out from backstage, dressed in his ring attire, with black tape covering up his hands and wrists. In white, the letters KO are written on the backs of his hands on the tape. He stands on the entrance stage for a few seconds, before making his way down the ramp, occasionally stopping to glance at the ring, and the fans. He stops between the ramp and the ring, and looks up to the rafters, before slowly closing his eyes. A few angry fans can be heard yelling insults at him, but he ignores them completely and his gaze falls upon the ring. He then gets onto the ring apron, and enters the ring. Dropping down to one knee in the center of the ring, he crosses his arms over his chest to form an X, as a blue spotlight falls down on him alone, the rest of the arena caught up in darkness. MGK then stands up and pounds his chest, warranting a series of boos from the audience. As MGK begins to pace the ring, his music fades, and he goes to his corner and begins to hop up and down silently as he waits for the match to begin.*
Cole: And here is the Undisputed Icon himself, looking to pad an already legendary career resume within the XHF by picking up a key Semifinal victory early on here tonight!
King: And given the rather personal nature of his past with the actual opponent in one Deathtrain, the man he's on the verge of arriving out here next, well needless to say this one has the makings of a true in-ring classic in just about every way you could think of....
*As the lights slowly begin to dim, a fog begins to cover the arena in Charlotte. A chill runs through the crowd as they feel an unearthly presence. A ticking noise begins to fill the arena. Tick, tock, tick, tock.....The opening gongs of "For Whom the Bell Tolls" by Metallica blast out over the PA system.
"Make his fight on the hill in the early day
Constant chill deep inside
Shouting gun, on they run through the endless grey
On they fight, for they are right, yes, but who's to say?"
As the music continues to play, flames begin to slowly rise out from the sides of the entrance ramp, lining it all the way down.
"For a hill men would kill, why? They do not know
Suffered wounds test their pride
Men of five, still alive through the raging glow
Gone insane from the pain that they surely know"
As the chorus starts, Deathtrain walks out from behind the curtain. He stands at the top of the ramp, staring out into the crowd, watching each of their terrified faces.
"For whom the bell tolls
Time marches on
For whom the bell tolls"
Deathtrain begins to walk down the ramp.
"Take a look to the sky just before you die
It's the last time you will"
The flames on the sides of the ramp shoot up in a big explosion. Deathtrain continues to walk down the ramp.
"Blackened roar massive roar fills the crumbling sky
Shattered goal fills his soul with a ruthless cry"
Deathtrain reaches the ring and walks up the steel steps.
"Strangers now, are his eyes, to this mystery
He hears the silence so loud
Crack of dawn, all is gone except the will to be
Now they see what will be, blinded eyes to see"
Deathtrain climbs over the top rope and stands in the middle of the ring, staring into the fearful crowd.
"For whom the bell tolls
Time marches on
For whom the bell tolls"
The gongs of the outro ring out as Deathtrain stands in the middle of the ring, waiting for the Semifinal match to begin.*

______________________________
End of Days Tournament '09: Semifinals Match #2
"The Undisputed Icon" MGK vs. "The Walking Nightmare" Deathtrain
______________________________
The match starts off with Deathtrain shooting MGK, his former Darkside stablemate and longtime ally within the XHF, a mysteriously evil grin of menacing proportions from across the ring just as the bell rings eerily across the entire arena in the background. MGK nods his head in stern recognition of his Semifinal opponent here tonight, and then slowly moves to the center of the ring. Deathtrain does the same, and the two lock up at long last as the much anticipated tournament matchup to determine Reeshi's Finals opponent for later on in the event is formally underway. MGK quickly dives behind Deathtrain, and when Deathtrain turns around, he's taken by surprise with an arm drag from MGK. Deathtrain rapidly gets back up, but only to have MGK take him down yet again with another fast and furious arm drag. Infuriated over this, Deathtrain gets to his feet using the ropes, and turns once again, this time only to receive a swift kick to the gut, followed by some knife edge chops that place the former European Champion into the ropes. MGK then throws in a few jabs, and whips the "Walking Nightmare" into the ropes. On the rebound Deathtrain sends MGK rigidly to the floor with a shoulder block, then jumps over MGK and hits the ropes again, this time with MGK getting up and hitting a third arm drag as a result. But this time he also holds in the move, transferring it into an arm bar. A frustrated Deathtrain pounds the mat with his right arm, showing his anger over his former mentor MGK's dominance over him for the most part thus far.
Cole: The slightly more experienced MGK seems to be taking the lead early on and putting on a technical clinic, just as expected.
King: But at the same time Deathtrain has learned plenty well from the proverbial master MGK in the past, so it's gonna take a whole lot more than even what MGK has shown us so far here tonight to keep Deathtrain fully down for the count so to speak.
Finally MGK releases the previous arm bar, but as Deathtrain gets to his feet MGK pulls him into a side headlock. Deathtrain tries to get out, but can't at first and then resorts to elbowing MGK in the gut a couple of times. He then pushes MGK into the ropes, and when MGK bounces off the ropes, Deathtrain takes down the former X*Crown Champion with a huge back body drop. MGK rolls around, briefly holding his back in obvious pain but quickly returns to his feet moments later. Deathtrain fiercely pulls MGK by his long locks of hair into the turnbuckle, and keeps him secured in the corner as he delivers a series of repeated kicks and punches. He rams his shoulder into MGK's gut a few times, then whips the Undisputed Icon into the opposite turnbuckle. He tries to completely squash MGK into the turnbuckle, but MGK very very luckily moves out of the way, and attacks Deathtrain from behind with a few forearms to the back of the head. He turns Deathtrain around, and then climbs to the middle turnbuckle, before hitting him with left hands as the crowd counts along. "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 ,8-" but at eight, Deathtrain suddenly shoves MGK off of him, to the ground, but MGK simply rolls back and gets to his feet quickly, before jumping forward and Deathtrain in the gut. MGK pulls Deathtrain to the middle of the ring, where he executes a very impressive overhead belly to belly suplex! He rolls over onto Deathtrain and anxiously goes for the pin, getting a One, Two, Kickout by Deathtrain.
Cole: Deathtrain won't go down so easily as MGK is already beginning to find out the hard way here tonight.
King: You got that right Cole.
MGK backs up a little, allowing Deathtrain to get to his feet as well. When he does, the two stare down once more, Deathtrain looking very frustrated, and MGK looking very focused still on his goal of becoming the next number one contender to Kanyon's coveted X*Crown Championship, no matter what it may take to get the whole job done one way or another this evening. Suddenly however Deathtrain lunges forward with a clothesline attempt, but once again, MGK ducks it, and when Deathtrain turns around, MGK delivers a massive dropkick that sends Deathtrain outside the ring atogether and straight to the matted floor! MGK gets the crowd riled up as he does his signature "X" pose, to mostly boos though as usual. Meanwhile an irritated Deathtrain gets to his feet, but just as he does, MGK climbs to the top turnbuckle, and leaps off backwards with a HUGE moonsault from the top rope, to the outside on Deathtrain! Both men crash to the floor in one big heap of Xtreme carnage as the fans in attendance go ballistic over MGK's willingness to lay his body and full physical health on the line for the End of Days Tournament crown as it were. As both men lay there for a few moments, the referee begins the ten count back inside the squared circle.
Cole: MGK is pulling out all the stops for this match, he wants that shot at Kanyon and he wants it BAD!
King: No doubt about it, if anyone has extra motivation by now to get a B-Day Show rematch with our X*Crown Champ, it's this man no doubt about it.
MGK is the first one to his feet, as he drags Deathtrain up with him. MGK pulls Deathtrain all the way up, and then tries to whip him into the steel stairs nearby, but out of nowhere Deathtrain reverses! The impact on which Deathtrain sends MGK into the stairs causes a loud "BOOM" noise, as the top part of the stairs fly completely over. Deathtrain stumbles back a little, but laughs maniacally as MGK lays on the bottom half of the stairs, motionless. Deathtrain pulls MGK up by the hair, then slams him face first into the stairs! This gets a few boos, as the referee threatens to DQ Deathtrain for his latest actions. Deathtrain simply ignores the referee though, and pulls MGK to his feet, before hooking MGK's arms. He then delivers a HUGE double underhook bomb to MGK, onto the steel stairs!
Cole: MY GOD!
King: Yeah it looks as thought Deathtrain as the former "student" not only wants to defeat the former "teacher" in MGK here tonight, but he flat out wants to annihilate him and even end his career as a crystal clear statement of what the Walking Nightmare is truly capable of!
The referee once again threatens to DQ Deathtrain, who just laughs still and sarcastically nods his head. Deathtrain pulls MGK to his feet, and lifts him up over his shoulders, carrying him! He then points to the steel pole, and gets a running start, before ramming MGK's head into the steel pole as if he were a javelin! Deathtrain lets MGK's limp body drop to the floor, before rolling into the ring. He then rolls back out, to break up the referee's ten count. MGK, who has stopped moving altogether by this point in time, is lifted to his feet by Deathtrain, who only kicks him in the face with a huge front kick, sending MGK right back down to the floor. Deathtrain then shouts "Let's see you get back in the ring now!" before sliding into the ring himself. He watches, as the referee begins to count MGK out. He counts "One, two, three, four" and by this time, MGK has gained some movement on the outside. At seven, MGK has used the apron to desparately pull himself to his feet, but at eight, Deathtrain runs off the ropes from the opposite end of the ring, and then proceeds to deliver a fierce baseball slide to MGK, knocking him back down once more.
Cole: Now it's Deathtrain who's seemingly got a commanding advantage in this matchup!
King: I still think MGK can pull off a win here though Cole, so don't count the Icon out just yet by any means.
But instead of letting MGK get counted out, Deathtrain then rolls out of the ring, and picks up MGK, rolling him back into the ring to continue his heinous but still perfectly legal assault on his arch rival. Deathtrain takes some time to temporarily taunt some fans nearby who are yelling things at him across the barrier, then turns back to get into the ring himself. However, as soon as he jumps onto the apron, MGK comes out of nowhere with a well-timed dropkick that sends Deathtrain flying off the apron, and instantly hitting his head on the ring barrier! MGK collapses in the ring, still very worn down from Deathtrain's non-stop outside attack earlier on in the contest. Deathtrain on the other hand, clutches his forehead, which has begun to trickle down a little with a stream of blood, as he tries to recover. He gets to his feet, and this time he leans against the barricade, and waits, before sliding into the ring. When he gets to his feet, MGK is back up as well! The two determined X*Crown contenders begin exchanging back and forth punches to each other in the center of the ring, with Deathtrain seemingly getting the advantage due to his size. But out of nowhere, MGK starts to fight back with a new fire from somewhere deep down within himself, and soon Deathtrain is staggering back, somehow unable to strike MGK anymore. But MGK just keeps hitting Deathtrain quicker and quicker with jabs, until he finally stops, brushes his shoulder off as a distinct homage of sorts to XHF veteran Venom, then spins around and takes Deathtrain down with a spinning heel kick! The fans go nuts as MGK gets to his feet, shaking his head confidently at this point.
Cole: What a great show of respect just then toward a true XHF Legend in one Venom, but more importantly, what a kick!
King: He nearly took his head off and gave us the first decapitation in XHF history with that one!
MGK uses the ropes to climb to his feet, as Deathtrain lays on the mat. MGK suddenly jumps onto the middle rope, then swings around in midair, delivering a BIG leg drop to the back of Deathtrain's head! MGK rolls Deathtrain over for the pin, and gets a One, Two, Thr- Kickout. MGK sits up, looking slightly agitated, as he grabs Deathtrain by the arm and wildly yanks him to his feet. MGK kicks him in the gut, then delivers a knife edge chop, then another, then he takes a few steps back, and lunges forward for a Superkick! But at the very last second, Deathtrain ducks the move, and when MGK turns around, Deathtrain counters by nailing him with a huge powerslam! Deathtrain gets to his feet, and growls, then runs against the ropes, rolls over, jumps up, and rolls again in mid air, hitting a perfect Rolling Thunder on MGK! Deathtrain gets up, smirking, before picking MGK all the way up, and then signalling for the end with the Hell's Spike tombstone piledriver! But just before Deathtrain can complete the maneuver, MGK slithers out of his grasp and crawls right through his legs! And when Deathtrain turns around, MGK kicks him in the gut, hooks both arms while placing him between his legs, and then abruptly delivers a HUGE replica version of one Reeshi's own Coral Reesh finisher! The fans go nuts over this subliminal Semifinals "message" being sent just now toward his potential opponent in tonight's looming Finals main event, as MGK falls to his back, simply exhausted. Both men remain laying in the center of the ring for quite some time, until MGK finally starts to move. He gets up, and at the same time, Deathtrain begins to move as well. MGK gets to his feet, just as Deathtrain gets to one knee, and MGK taunts, getting prepared to deliver a shining wizard, aka the Bullet With a Name!
Cole: It looks like it might be over!
King: This is it!
MGK then launches himself forward and indeed hits the move in picture perfect fashion! He follows it up right away with an all too eager pinfall attempt as he hooks both of Deathtrain's legs up as tightly as you could possibly imagine, and for a fleeting moment in time seems to shut his eyes and say a mental prayer to himself that this is truly the end as the ref slides quickly into position for the count: One....Two......Three!!!
Semifinal Winner #2 via Pinfall & Advancing to '09 EoD Tournament Finals: MGK!
Cole: MGK has pulled it off, he's defied any and all odds stacked against him versus the vastly larger Deathtrain and managed to make it all the way to tonight's Finals round!
King: And it's gonna be for ALL the X*Crown marbles so to speak as far as he and Reeshi are concerned, so the atmosphere in tonight's main event is literally gonna be electric I have a feeling!
*Moments later after the match has concluded MGK is getting his hand raised triumphantly by the ref as the bell rings, but then somewhat surprisingly MGK turns and graciously helps the man he's just defeated in Deathtrain to get back to his own feet as well. From there as the two once again stand face to face MGK steps back a little, then extends his right hand in a sign of true respect and admiration for the self-proclaimed "Walking Nightmare", a gesture which slowly and reluctantly, but surely enough, Deathtrain answers at last with a returned handshake of his own! From there the two longtime brothers-in-arms from the infamous Darkside group then embrace altogether in a hug, with each man patting the other on the back and whispering some inaudible words of future encouragement in each other's ears. Finally, as a disappointed but still plenty proud Deathtrain turns and slides out of the ring to begin heading up toward the curtains above, MGK on the other hand turns and goes to climb all four turnbuckles one by one and taunt off toward the audience, which on this rare occasion roars with applause over the sportsmanship that's just been generously shown on behalf of both Semifinal opponents. Cut to commercial, as an extended promo for the B-Day Show itself on July 9th then airs and the hype continues to build even more for what's still yet to come in tonight's remainding matchups throughout the star-studded End of Days event...*
Cole: What a truly incredible Triple Threat match that was just now King.
King: The first Triple Threat match ever in End of Days, and in the end it certainly lived up to the billing and then some so to speak Cole.
Cole: So congrats to Reeshi for winning the first ever Triple Threat Match for End of Days.
King: And congrats to MGK as well for making it to the Finals matchup that's set to come later on this evening.
Cole: So it will be Reeshi versus MGK for the Finals of the 2009 End of Days Tournament, so buckle up and strap in tight XHF fans because tonight's upcoming main event showdown is bound to be one hell of a bumpy ride from start to finish!
*"You Don't Know" by Eminem, 50 Cent, Ca$hi$ and Lloyd Banks now strikes the speakers as the fans rush to their feet, as an unmistakable superstar of sorts is about to make his grand entrance to the arena. Spinning pyro then goes off on the side of the entrance ramp, while a large booming pyro goes off centre stage and Platinum steps out from the smoke with his Calgary Flames jersey and sideways Flames baseball cap. He stands at the top of the ramp, showing off a platinum "P" hanging from a chain around his neck. He makes his way to the ring, and dives under the bottom rope, running to the far corner and springboarding himself to the top rope where he again shows off the chain. He jumps down and awaits the arrival of his opponent, ready to go.*
Cole: This next match is getting underway here shortly.
King: And speaking of which, at Countdown to End of Days last Wednesday Platinum got pinned by none other then Decoy in the ultimate handicap match!
Cole: That was shocking, to say the least.
*"All about the Benjamins" hits the P.A. and Commissioner GQ walks out and down to the ring.*
Cole: Could we have a new Commissioner after this match?
King: Well the full Commissionership of the XHF is on the line after all Cole, so the answer is quite possibly...Yes!
*GQ has just now asked for a mic. He was given one.*
: *Ahem*, As Commissioner I cannot get DQed for anything, anything whatsoever during this match.
*He hands the mic back over the ropes and the ref is looking at him and Platinum just stares at GQ.*
Cole: GQ Money cannot get DQed for anything tonight?
King: Who does GQ think he is, the No Mercy Champion?
