Okay, everyone, for those who like to have a good hearty meal but don't always have time to cook it. Here is a recipe you can make that's easy and it makes enough for a family of six and you will have plenty to put in your freezer for another meal or two for another day.
Homemade Loaded Potato Soup
24 Can's of Diced potatoes or 10 pounds of potatoes. (your choice) 3 Lb's Cream Cheese (Diced into Cubes easier to melt) 4 Lb's Velveeta Cheese (Diced into Cubes easier to melt) 2 Lb's Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 32 Oz Chicken Broth 4 Lb's Yellow Onions (Diced) 20 Oz Bacon (Fried or baked to a crisp and diced.) 2 Oz McCormick Loaded Baked Potatoe Soup seasoning 2 Tablespoons garlic Powder/salt 1 Tablespoon White Pepper 1 quart Half and Half
First, dice all cheese and melt in a pan with the half & half until creamy. Then add the cheese sauce into a roaster or crockpot ( for slow cooking) or a large pot with potatoes, onions, and crispy cooked bacon. Let sit for about twenty minutes then add Mozzarella cheese and chicken broth mix in all seasonings and allow to slow cook for several hours on low temperature. Stirring every so often to make sure not to stick or burn. When done serve with bacon bit's, shredded cheese and a spoonful of Sourcream on top and enjoy.

Oh my gosh. I'd probably take out the onions but that is a hearty meal for a few days. Perfect for cold weather
