Okay, everyone, here's a simple yet great homemade sandwich that will fill you up without breaking your bank account and not taking up all of your time and your family will be thrilled with you.
Homemade Cajun Turkey Breast Sandwiches
5-pound Boneless Turkey Or a small Whole Turkey 1 Head of Leaf Lettuce 3 Large Steak Tomatoes (Or any type of tomatoes you like) 1 loaf of Sourdough Bread or Texas Toast (Any style of bread you like) 16 Oz of Turkey Broth 3 Tablespoons of Cajun seasoning 1 Cup of Mayo 1/2 Cup Smoky Bacon Jalapeno Mustard (Original Recipe Of mine) Butter
First, Place the turkey in a crock pot, roaster or in an oven roaster and season really good with the Cajun seasoning pour the Turkey Broth in with the turkey let slow cook until finished, basting it every ten to twenty minutes as it cooks so it gets nice and moist. When the turkey is done then you butter your bread place on a skillet and toast each side until golden brown. Cut your tomatoes into nice thick and hearty slices pull your leave Lettuce apart and set up your plates getting your mayo and mustard on your bread along with your Lettuce and tomatoes. Then cut your Turkey into slices or chunks that you would like for your sandwich and enjoy your meal...
