Didn’t J Rok make a statement they will use all their connections within Japan and the wrestling world to make sure we never step foot in this country? Jeremy Tucker : They did. And yet, here we are. How about that? Andrew Fulton : Wow. You go Jerry! You growing some balls? Jeremy Tucker : Balls? (Tucker chuckles) We are SWAT! We go where we want! When we want! Andrew Fulton : God damn right we do! Jeremy Tucker : So J Rok, kindly take your statement, and shove it up your stinking ass! Now, back to business. How about last Battleground! We have a new World Champion! Andrew Fulton : We sure do, The Golden God! Talk about right place right time! I knew he would do it Jerry. Jeremy Tucker : You did not! But, did it he did! What about the return of Blaze Freya! It was great to see my girl show back up and turn the place upside down within a minute. Jeremy Tucker : It’s what she does. Andrew Fulton : How about The Big Deal Eddie D defending his belt against The Warpig. Eddie’s tag partner Trent Jones has taken some time off and will this effect Eddie in any way? Jeremy Tucker : Some well deserved time off, we hope he is back with us in the near future. As for Eddie and how he will fair, we will find that out sooner than later as that’s our opener for the night! Which we will be back with right after these messages from our wrestlers!

"A limo pulls up in the parking garage and comes to the slow stop. The driver gets out and runs around the limo and opens the passenger door. A sharp dressed Rayzor comes out from the back of the limo as the camera shows him behind the door of the limo. Rayzor dressed in an all black suit and sporting a flashy orange colored tie."
Rayzor: You!
"a building utility worker standing by some ladders looks over all confused."
Rayzor: Ya, you. Take my bags to my room. I'll pay you in whatever the currency is here. Peso, or Rupees.. whatever it is. Actually, I might own this building. Whatever, just take my bags to the room and Driver, leave the car here while my partner gets ready.
"Rayzor bends over and looks into the limo"
Rayzor: Well, the show is about to start. You can wait here if you'd like. Or, come to my room when there isn't any annoying cameras around. Ha... that former Champion Syberus and his bitch won't know what is fucking coming for them tonight.
"Rayzor shuts the doors and walks away laughing as the camera pans to the tinted window of the limo as the scene fads."

(The show returns from commercials while "Street Fight (Rumble on the Sunset Strip" by Guns N' Roses plays and The Hired Killers ominously come to ringside as the ringsiders boo. They enter the ring and stand in the middle looking around as they reach into their trench coats and pull out cordless mics.)
Jade: "You got the money and we got the time and believe us we had plenty of time on our hands."
Kim: "At Battleground 30: London Calling we saw the return of this bitch named Blaze Freya. Someone who decided to quit after a few appearance when she lost her SWAT Pan Amazons Women's Championship. When she beat Olympia for the championship strutting around like she was some fancy diva and never even gave her a rematch. Then she loses that championship and goes for the SWAT Amazons Women's Championship and steals it only to lose it before disappearing from SWAT."
(The ringsiders boo.)
Jade: "Now nearly two years later Blaze Freya shows up so conveniently to steal yet another shot at the SWAT Amazons Women's Championship. A shot that was originally mine but how surprising that Blaze Freya should comeback to steal from me. I should have been next in line but thanks to this asshole King Maverick or whoever the fuck he is entered his rookie bimbo Rebecca Cooke or whoever that No Name airhead is. Well bitch you'll be wishing that you didn't even show your face in SWAT or even tried to make a name for yourself with one appearance."
(The ringsiders boo as a Ringsider dressed in a J-ROK cap, PURE hoodie and dark shades gets up and leaves fists clenched and a look of anger on her face.)
Kim: "Don't worry 'Lucky' Lina La Fey will beat you down and send you whimpering away with your tail tucked between those skinny legs of yours."
Jade: "Which brings me back to Blaze Freya. Just because London was your town to make your little announcement to steal my chance. A chance that I should have received but overlooked again and again and yet never granted a rematch even though I granted Linda La Fey rematch after rematch. Yet she never reciprocated did she. Then as I mentioned Blaze Freya shows up and Linda accepts her challenge in an instant."
Kim: "Coincidence. We don't thinks so Blaze."
(The Ringsiders continue to boo as The Ringsider slowly stalks her way past the security guard railing and heads towards the ring.)
Jade: "So tonight for the first time ever it's going to be Blaze Freya facing off against me in Tokyo, Japan. In a crossover event between J-ROK and SWAT. Everyone knows us here from our tenure herein Hardkore Nippon that was run by The Shiros."
Kim: "Eight months and into the ground that division went costing us an opportunity to compete there."
Jade: "Imagine Dragonatrix won the championship and held the championship for two months. I guess it was because she joined Yuku Shiro as a member of her group betraying us. Well we can't abide that or respect her for that and we'll never respect her for that. Well Blaze we plan on showing you how it feels to runaway from your former promotion and returning to steal tile shots. I'm going to be the one who teaches you that lesson and you'll learn the hard way that The Hired Killers reputation is earned."
(The Ringsider enters the ring and stands behind them as the ringsiders continue to boo anticipating an incident.)
Kim: "Don't worry I have no intention of interfering in the match since Jade will do all the work and you're ass is going to be the one feeling the effects of Jade's wrath. You're going to find out why Jade was the SWAT Amazons Women's Champion. Everyone watching in J-ROK shall find out that SWAT's best are better than J-ROK's and everyone of you will hang their heads in shame and will lose face."
Jade: "Yeah Kim I'm going to show why I'm the real contender for the SWAT Amazons Women's Champion. Blaze I'm going to put your little fire out and make sure it stays out once and for all. Blaze should consider me like Godzilla rampaging through Tokyo and Blaze Freya's going to be like the Kaiju getting it's ass kicked."
(The ringsiders chant Blaze Freya's name loudly and Kim notices The Ringsider in the ring.)
Kim: "Look what we have here Jade."
(Jade turns and sees The Ringsider and smile.)
Jade: "Is that you Blaze or is it some bitch you paid to take your punishment."
(The Ringsider remains silent her head lowered.)
Kim: "Must be Blaze since she seems to love playing the role of Drama Queen."
(She goes over and reaches out but The Ringsider quickly chops her hand away and grabs her cordless mic.)
Jade: "Real tough Blaze, but how about showing how tough you are to face me right now."
(The Ringsider slowly removes her hood and then removes her cap throwing it down and raises her head before removing her dark shades. She raises her head and revealing herself as Olympia to The Hired Killers surprise as they stare at her angry face.)
Kim: "It's been a while....."
Olympia: "SHUT UP!"
(The ringsiders roar.)
Kim: "Why did you interrupt us."
Olympia: "Why?! I'll tell you why I interrupted you! You came into J-ROK's house and dissed the host! Then you just dissed the fans and the roster thinking you're better than J-ROK's roster or SWAT's whole roster is better than J-ROK's! You forgot that I wrestle in J-ROK and that J-ROK is my home now and these fans appreciate me and I return the favor by appreciating them!"
Jade: "Look Olympia it's nothing personal and this isn't your fight."
Olympia: "It is my fight too. Three years ago I faced Linda in SWAT in a Champion vs. Champion Match and lost but I never got a rematch! I faced your opponent and I lost my SWAT Pan Amazons Women's Championship and guess what happened! I received no rematches and you complained about you not getting a rematch! What have you done to truly deserve a rematch!"
Jade: "I had a rematch clause and planned to invoke it."
Olympia: "So you think because you had a rematch clause means you can just deprive me of mine! You know what you've done since losing your championship to Lynn Brewster! You've done nothing to regain or even earn a championship match or rematch for that matter! You joined The KGB and helped Joanne Cannelli, whom I beat on my own, to earn a rematch with Marie Caedes and I beat her ass! You helped Cannelli escape with her championship time after time before she slapped your sister Kim around for stealing her championship["
Kim: "Zoran put me up to it."
Olympia: "Yeah and you got your ass kicked real badly and then you got thrown out of The KGB and then Cannelli lost her championship to Linda. Yet she had no one to face and issued the championship challenge instead of demanding a rematch! Well what's your excuse Jade! Why didn't you challenge Linda when you had the chance after Linda won the championship!"
(The Hired Killers remain silent.)
Olympia: "I thought so! Tell you what Jade as soon as Blaze kicks your ass! I'm coming after whoever wins that SWAT Amazons Women's Championship! You won't know when I'm coming but it's not going to be pretty and I'm coming with Merciless Aggression!"
(She delivers a knockout kick to Jade and then throws Kim over the hip high before cinching in her Spartan Lock and after she cries out in pain releases it and gets up before leaving the ring and heading back to the locker room as the scene slowly fades to black.)

“Looks like there is a lot of interest in your open challenge Linda.” States Sue (formerly) from accounting. She is seated together with the SWAT Amazons champion at a table in the back, both holding a cup of Coffee, the monitor in the back having just finished the Hired Killers / Olympia segment. Sue looks now a picture of heath, recovered from the horrendous ordeal she suffered at the hands of our former Commissioner Zoran Sainovich. Linda is wearing her “Fight the Power” t-shirt and is beaming.
“As well it should generate interest.” Linda replies friendly. “It is one of the most prestigious belts in all of wrestling, to be sure.” Linda takes a sip of her coffee. “It’s good to see you looking so well, these past few months, you have been through the ringer.”
“Well, winning the lottery will do that to a girl. Whoever said money doesn’t bring you happiness never won what I won.” Sue affectionately pats Linda’s arm in gratitude for the winning ticket. No, we are not going all Molly in the church, creeps. “Plus, knowing that monster is no longer with us, I won’t deny it, I now sleep a lot easier at night. Can you believe he actually died in that Haunted House?” asks Sue.
“I won’t believe it until I see his rotting corpse with my own eyes.” Linda spits, and Sue flinches back, terror coming over her face. “But dead or not, he is exposed as the thief he was, over Forty Million dollars he pilfered from the SWAT coffers!”
“I knew it! That’s why he kept targeting us in accounting.” Sue clunks her coffee down angrily on the table and spills it a bit and looks apologetically to Linda. “I am going to make it my mission, to track down where that money went, and get it all back for the Federation.”
“I would tread very carefully there if I were you Sue. He has covered his tracks for a reason, do you really want to be the one responsible for uncovering what has become of it? Even if he has passed, I can not imagine whoever is now in control of it would be too thrilled with being exposed.” Linda warns her friend off. “There are many people looking into where the funds have gone, you don’t need to get involved any further. Your fight is over, enjoy your retirement and new found wealth and leave the rest to the professionals.”
“Oh Linda.” Sue slumps down in her chair in resignation. “I know you are right. Sometimes I just wish I was as strong as you are.”
“Oh, but you are.” Linda assures her friend. “There are many different types of strength, you showed yours when you were able to survive what you went through, don’t ever sell yourself short on that.”
“So, looks like the Amazons is back with a vengeance” Sue changes the subject.
“I knew it would. The Amazons belt is very coveted, I am proud to call it mine, and I don’t intend on seeing it go anywhere, not right now at least.” Linda grins, determination exuding from her. “Tonight is Rebecca Brookes.”
“Next show, it appears Olympia.” States Sue.
“Let’s not jump the gun.” States Linda. “One opponent at a time.”
“But, she’s just a rookie, surely you will steam through her.”
“Well, here’s the thing Sue. We were ALL rookies at one stage of our career. When the Amazons first started, I won this belt here in my second match ever! Who is to say Rebecca can’t do the same.”
“You are!” Sue gets excited “You’re Lucky Linda!”
“That I am!” Linda smiles. “And while I have all the confidence in the world in my abilities, she is an unknown. Trained by one of the best in the business. So, we will go out there, and we will both give our all, and as they say in the classics, may the best person win.”
“You will, I am sure of it.”
“As for the Hired Killers, crying over a rematch, they had their chance. I made an open challenge, to anyone. ANYONE! Rebecca beat them to the punch. As did Olympia! As did Freya even!” Linda stares into the camera. “But rest assured Jade! Kim! Your chance will come too! Whether it be against myself or Freya, Olympia or Rebecca. Maybe another even will wander back in for a shot in the limelight. One thing I have learnt though in this game, is if you persist and keep working hard, luck seems to go your way. And you have worked as hard as anyone, so keep fighting the good fight, and your time will come again.”
Linda stands up and stares into the camera “Rebecca! Have you worked as hard as them others all vying for a shot at this gold? OR, have you just jumped the line being first to put your hand in the air? We will find out the answer later tonight, when you step in the ring with the Lucky One! And before you do, you have to ask yourself a question … do you feel lucky? Well? Do ya? PUNK!?”

Chapter 1:
Jessica Stone sat alone. Candles lit her delicate face as she sat in the bubble bath. In her hand was a picture of Andrew. Thousands of thoughts raced through her head. She loved him. She hated him. She loathed him. She wanted him. She didn't truly know how to handle her feelings. She'd tried to bury them and act like nothing was wrong, but the longer he was gone, the more she hated him.
He'd left her in the middle of the night. She'd been planning on telling him about their baby the next day. But he wasn't there. He'd left. And she was alone. And afraid.
She had her computer playing random songs on YouTube while she relaxed in that warm bubble bath. It was a strange mix of love songs and emo songs. The list perfectly fit the emotions that plagued her mind. The list was all over the place. Her thoughts were all over the place. It was a perfect fit.
She gasped when she first heard it. She was leaning back in the tub, eyes closed and humming to the song "baby got back", when she heard his name.
"Andrew Stone!"
She quickly sat up and looked. It was a wrestling entrance. She froze when she saw him walking down to the ring. She saw the determination in his face but the sadness in his eyes. Her heart skipped a beat. She was happy to see that he was ok. Relieved in fact.
She quickly got out of the tub and searched his name. She found videos. Some made her happy because he seemed so lucid. Others made her sad. She saw him focused. She also saw him crying, screaming, and talking to someone who was not there. Was this why he left? Because he just couldn't get it together? Was this how he was trying to hold himself together? Why couldn't he just come home?
She grabbed her phone after putting on her white robe. Jessica Stone was sobbing when her mother answered the phone.
"Mom. He's alive." Jessica said before dropping the phone and holding her belly. Little Andrew had started kicking. Babies often feel the same emotions as the mom...even from the womb. Since momma was happy, baby Andrew was happy.
"You're ok. That's all that matters." Jessica thought as tears streaked down her face.
Chapter 2:
Andrew Stone sat at the top of a large tree. It was midday. The sun was shining. Sweat dripped from his face. He was well camouflaged and wouldn't be seen unless he wanted to.
"You're starting shit with the wrong one!" He yelled.
He drew a knife from his right side. "I killed you before. I'll fucking do it again!" He yelled.
And then he put the knife back and looked around as if he didn't understand what was going on. He held his head with both hands while sitting on the biggest branch.
"I wish I could go back. I really do. There's nothing more in this world that I want more than to hold her again. But I can't. Not as long as this shit keeps happening." He said quickly before grabbing the branch to keep his balance Andrew didn't even know how he'd gotten up that far. Climbing trees was never his thing.
He slowly and clumsily climbed down. When his feet finally touched dirt, he sighed and lit a cigarette. Taking a long draw, he blew smoke rings into the air and smiled. But his eyes soon glazed over.
"Get down! Incoming! Rodriguez! I said down soldier!"
Andrew quickly ducked under a fallen tree. He looked around for his gun, but it was nowhere to be found. He took his knife from his pocket.
"Rodriguez! I said get down! They're everywhere! We're gonna need air support. James call it in. Hit the mountains just north of here." Andrew ordered.
He darted from the fallen tree and found safety behind a rock. "Where's that air support, James?" Andrew asked.
There was no answer. Andrew sighed to himself. That had been the third time that day that he'd relived that battle. He'd managed to save everyone but nearly killed himself doing it.
"The battle was a tough one. As usual in that God forsaken country, we were surrounded. I didn't see a way out so we called in bombs. After the smoke cleared, I saw just how badly we were out. There were hundreds. Thank God for the air Force." Andrew sighed.
He walked a short way back to the small cabin he'd been living in. It was empty save for a table, candle and picture of Jessica. His heart sank when he saw it. Not long ago he thought he was ready, but then his visions got worse. When that happened, he'd decided not to go back. He couldn't chance it.
He lit another cigarette, took and draw and sighed.
"Well. I guess congratulations are in order. You did it. You actually fucking did it. Of course it had everything to do with that fat mouth breathing partner of yours. But you still had the instincts to dodge my punch. Hats off to you, Trent. Good job.
But I can't say the same for the tubby man who faces me this week. I'd much rather not say his name. He doesn't deserve my respect. He doesn't actually deserve anyone's respect. But I'll say it anyway. Eddie D. I have to wonder exactly what he's done. He's spent the better part of a year riding Trent's coat tails. He helped an enemy gain the world title and then groveled at his feet like a school girl in heat. I can't respect that. This is a guy who couldn't be his own man. I wonder...what will he do now that I've retired Trent Jones? His idol is gone. He's a man….Wait. no. I can't call him a man." Andrew said as he took a seat in an empty corner.
"I can't say he's a man because I've seen what he's done. Trent Jones was a man. He fought hard. He led. The guys I went to war with were men. Eddie is not. Followers are not men. Followers are people who haven't figured out their place in the world. They look to others rather than looking within themselves to find answers. They idolize others in ways that are...well..kinda creepy. As I said, he helped Trent get the swat world title by interfering in the match. He didn't want to fight for the title himself? He didn't want that gold strap around his waist? It looks like he didn't. And that makes him look weak. Which is sad because his size makes him look like a walking, talking, real life view of "My six hundred pound life". Big guys like that are usually strong due to carrying around so much weight. But Eddie comes off as weak. Sure he may be physically stronger than average, but mentally he's as weak as any other follower who is lost in this world. He should be in the military. There he would gain the mental toughness he's obviously lacking. He'd make the perfect low ranking soldier. He'd do whatever he was told with no questions asked. Not exactly the kind of guy Id want to go to war with but some units do use human beings as shields. Not much else useful about them if I'm being honest. I just wonder if he realizes any of this. Odds are that he doesn't. He's just been this fat guy who does what he's told his entire life. He doesn't know any different. And that's why he'll be on the wrong end of the fight. He just doesn't have any actual fight in him. He doesn't have the mental capacity to get serious when his back is against the wall. That is more mental than physical. And we've all seen how weak minded he is." Andrew grinned a wide grin.
He took another long draw before blowing smoke rings into the air.
"And all for the renegade championship. I wonder what he'll do once he's lost everything. His idol is gone. His title is soon to follow. Most like him would spend the rest of their lives wallowing in self pity. Asking themselves why. And never being able to find the answer which is right their. All the physical strength in the world doesn't matter if you're a mentally weak mouth breather. I'm going to take your title, Eddie. The question is. What can you do to stop me? I retired your friend. You're next " Andrew said before asking the cigarette.
Chapter 3
Jessica looked happy for the first time in a few months. Though she had bags under her eyes from a lack of sleep, her face held a smiled she hadn't smiled since before Andrew left.
She'd been up all night. She'd managed to find every video involving her husband. She didn't always like what she saw. She knew he was having a very tough time mentally but she was happy to see him. She was happy to know he was alive.
She was watching his match against Armand Von Krauss. She found herself loudly cheering for her love. And giggling. She hadn't giggled like a school girl in forever.
"That's your daddy!" Jessica said out loud with a smile as wide as the Mississippi River.
"I don't know when he's coming back, but there he is." She added with a loving sigh.
Her phone rang. She quickly answered. It was her mom.
"Yes I know it's him! He's alive mom! No. I don't know where he is or when he's coming back." She said into the phone.
There was a long pause. Jessica's eyes teared up.
"No. I don't think I could help him. He can't do this on his own, but I would only make things worse. All that matters is that he's alive. I'm ok as long as I know he's ok." Jessica said into the phone before sighing.
She hung up the phone and rewound the video of his match with Armand. She watched at his moved with purpose. Every movement served to accomplish something. No movement was wasted. She watched as he won the match.
"Wooooo!" She yelled out as Andrews hand was raised.
But then she dunk back in her chair. She saw the saddness in his eyes. His face showed an elated expression. His eyes, however, were full of sadness.
"Why won't you just come home, Andrew. Just come home. Please." Jessica said to herself.
She was hungry and eating for two so she made her way to the kitchen for a snack.
Chapter 4:
Andrew Stone still sat in an empty corner of the small cabin. The light from a flickering candle danced on the surrounding walls. Tears poured down his face as he looked at Jessica's picture.
"I'm sorry, Jessica. Im sorry for everything. I'm sorry I forced you to kick me out. I'm sorry I have these problems. I'm trying. I really am." He cried to himself.
This was a man in pain. This was a man who had given his all but was losing the biggest battle of his life. But this man was also a fighter.
"Eddie. I have to let you know something. And I'm not sure how to put this. Your demeanor makes me want to make fun of you. After all...you're enormous. You get out of breathe pretty easily. You lumber around as if you're going to pass out. Part of me wants to make fun of you….tell you exactly how worthless you are. But I'm no bully. I won't call you names. No. I'll simply explain things to you."
Andrew put the picture down and lit a cigarette.
"I want you to know that the only thing saving you is her." Andrew said as he pointed to the picture of his wife
"I could hurt you badly. I could end your life. But then I wouldn't get to see her again. I'd be in prison forever. So you should get on your knees right now and thank God for that. There's nothing you can do to me. Of course you'll try your hardest. But let's face it...your hardest is about as rough as a small child wrestling around with their father. You just don't have any semblance of skill or drive. Do your try hard attitude won't help you. Meeting with body builders in order to feed your ego won't help you. Nothing will. You just don't have it….whatever IT is. You don't have it. Sure you've managed to beat up on those even lesser beings than yourself. I'm not one of them. I'm your better….in every way. So at this next show...I'll be taking that renegade championship from you. But rest assured. You'll get to see another day. I'll even give you a shoulder to cry on after you lose the last thing you have to hold onto."
Andrew put the cigarette out. He picked up the picture and stared

We open up on door in the back. The door reads El Combatiente and taped just below the name is a letter. In block letters it reads Javier. The letter comes down and we see Javier. He is alone and looks as if he’s just arrived. He looks at the envelope studying it as if trying to read it without opening. He takes a peek over his shoulder before opening the letter. He holds it up so we can’t see what it says and takes a moment to read. He takes a deep breath and folds it up and sticks it in his chest pocket. He looks around again and then opens the door and peeks his head in.
Javier: Hey, let’s go cut this promo.
The door opens all the way and El Combatiente walks out with no knowledge of that there was a letter taped to his door for his manager.
Here we are, in our favorite spot. El Combatiente stands next to his interpreter Javier in front of the classic XHF and SWAT background. El Combatiente looks focused holding the Television Championship on his left shoulder. Javier looks less focused, a little shaken.
Javier: My client wants me to come out here and talk directly to Goth. He wants me to tell him that his games and tricks causing a rift between the two of us are over.
El Combatiente: No mas! (No more!)
Javier: Normally I’d love to do that. Goth has been a thorn in our side since the battle royal that my client won his title in, but there’s something else on my mind. Something my client is ignorant to.
Javier pats his chest where the letter that was stuck to the door is hidden.
Javier: I heard a rumor last week that the KGB was interested in my client. They are always looking for talent so it’s no surprise. Today, though, I got a confirmation that they do indeed want him and that anything other than a yes would be unacceptable. That’s fine, I’d love to join up with them. Money, power, it’s everything I want. Unfortunately that’s not what my client wants and I don’t know what’s going to happen when we say no. It’s a big risk.
El Combatiente: Alto riesgo alto recompensa. (High risk high reward.)
Javier: A no could cost my client his title tonight. It could cost him his career here in SWAT. It could cost him his career period. So how do I convince my client to say yes? Do I try and convince my client to say yes? These questions have been weighing on my mind since I read this letter. I convinced him once that a bad man was actually as good as he was, but it didn’t last. Can I do it again? No. No I can’t and I won’t. The answer is no Armand. The answer is no KGB. El Combatiente will not be joining you.
El Combatiente: No!
Javier: I know this is going to piss you off. I know this is going to want you to ruin my client. Know one thing. My client is not going to back down. If you want to ruin him for saying no, then you better be ready for a fight because you’ll get one.
El Combatiente: Soy el luchador. (I am the fighter.)
And we fade out as both men walk off camera.

(We find Eddie in his Tokyo hotel room relaxing after his morning workout. Showered and fresh for his radio diary he looks into the camera.) EDDIE: Hi there, SWAT-anaughts, SWAT-aholics and SWAT-fiends everywhere, this is my diary on the run-in to the big opening clash at Battleground 31. I just finished up signing a stack of photos, because we all know how much you all love my autograph and you all know how much I love photographs. I flew here in coach. Not because I can’t afford first class, but because it’s far more fun to ruin someone’s flight than it is to lazily enjoy a comfortable flight of my own.
EDDIE: Now lets tackle the elephant in the room, insert you're own hilarious witty retort in your own time, now that Trent Jones is away from the fray, I alone carry the flame of chaos and anarchy into this humdrum federation. I wanted to be a SWAT World Tag Team champion, maybe someday I will be, but right now I carry the Renegade Title as a tribute to Trent’s “I hate everybody” sensibility and I hope he’ll be happy with that. EDDIE: Now, I didn’t know much about Warpig until he took his shot at beating Trent and blew it. Now I do know more about him… I’m impressed… with his wife. If she ever needs a job, she should definitely come speak to the host with the most. On the poles at the Double D Club I am sure we can find her some slide time. Exotic dancers are welcome, but horny housewives sell more beers every time. More approachable or attainable I guess. Anyway, I digress, Andrew hasn’t got a nice word to say about me because he’s only seen the Fox News version of Eddie D. No one learns the truth of a matter until they channel hop these days. If you don’t, you can live in your own blissfully ignorant world, assured that your brand of the news is all the truth you need to base your opinions on. Broaden your horizons, open your mind and shut your mouth. Eddie D is the very opposite of a stooge or an understudy. I was riding on no one's shirt tails. It's not by accident that I’m a champion. I’m leading the charge. I’m carrying you sorry SOBs across the finish line every event and I don’t think I’ll ever tire of it. What I will tire of, is the bullshit disrespect. I am THE Big Deal around here. People call my interference in matches cowardly? I call it brave and selfless. After my bouts I could sit in the back and take my pay cheque and potter around watching hack-assed wrestlers get it all wrong, or I could bravely head out into harm’s way, gratis, free of charge, for the love of the game, to put the finishing touches on a title fight. My awesome presence always tips a match over the edge from being a great fight and being a headline grabbing fight. From being just another title fight and the night we watched something amazing go down. Well this was only meant to be a quick video diary entry because I have an interview coming up to promote the match. I imagine this clip will be heavily highlighted and punched up as is the glossy way of things in SWAT for champions like me. We all know that Eddie belongs in the main event and putting me first makes me just the right kind of mad. The suckers laughing because we're opening the show will be hating the fact that they have a bitch of a standard to follow, if Warpig drag himself, his emotional baggage and his ego all the way to ringside that is. Warpig Andrew Stone?! BRING .... IT ...... ON! #MainEventEddie #PTSDorCryBaby

In the office of the late Zoran Sainovic, Armand von Krauss leans back in a chair behind the desk as he looks over the card for the current show.
Von Krauss: So, I tag up with Frostbite tonight to take on the tag team champions for their title. Rally Jackson and Tuxedo Mask. I suppose that Rally might be worthy of my beachtung, but is Tuxedo Mask? This match should be a breeze for me and my partner in the KGB. That is, if he is indeed worthy as well. We will show the Society of the New Breed that the KGB are not ones to be trifled with as we take their gold.
There is a knocking at the door.
Von Krauss: Enter.
Gabriel Tuck enters through the door and takes a seat as Armand motions for him to do so. Gabriel looks a little nervous as he rubs the back of his neck.
Von Krauss: Well? What is it?
Tuck: Have you seen the feed? You got an answer to if El Combatiente will join the KGB or not.
Armand raises an eyebrow.
Von Krauss: Well? Don’t keep us in suspense. What did he say?
Tuck: El Combatiente said he doesn’t want to join you and Javier said that he will not be trying to change his mind.
Armand narrows his eyes, his hands going to his golden cigarette box so that he can get out an Egyptian cigarette and light it.
Von Krauss: He does know that refusal is against the best wishes of his client?
Tuck: He does and El Combatiente is ready to fight if need be.
Armand grins a sadistic grin as he blows a plume of smoke into the air.
Von Krauss: Do I look so blunt as to merely fight him? Of course he’s ready to fight. They are all ready to fight. They are the mächtige Kämpfers, no? I simply do not operate that way.
Gabriel Tuck grins, cracking his knuckles.
Tuck: I operate that way, boss. Let me fuck him up. He’ll regret not working for you.
Von Krauss: Nein.
Tuck: Then what’s the plan, boss?
Von Krauss: Go fetch Hehehe and Hahaha. I want Javier brought to me. We will oof course “work” Javier over and I will have you lead those efforts. Any family that El Combatiente will have, Javier will know about.
Tuck: And if El Combatiente doesn’t have any family?
Von Krauss: Then Javier himself will have to do. El Combatiente will do as he is told or his entire world will come crashing down upon him. All he will have left is that little title belt. How does that plan sound to you, Gabriel?
Tuck: It’s a little more complicated than what I would have done, but I like it. Your plan is far more painful, boss.
Armand flicks ashes onto the floor with a chuckle.
Von Krauss: Good. Now go. Get the twins and bring me Javier.
Tuck: You got it, boss!
Gabriel Tuck leaves the office while Armand crushes out his cigarette butt onto the desk.
Von Krauss: Tonight belongs to the KGB…

(SWAT roving reporter John Thompson struggles through a busy Japanese strip club to get to a seat next to SWAT Renegade Champion Eddie D for an interview.)SWAT: What on earth are we meeting here for? Loud music is not great for an interview. I can barely hear myself think. EDDIE: Hi John. Glad you could make it. I needed to check out the competition. Have to see if the Japanese have anything to teach this old strip club owner. Plus I want to know... You know... SWAT: What? I'm not following you... EDDIE: You've seen the videos haven't you? I need to unlock the mystery. There's no pixelation in the VIP lounge. Catch my drift?
(John Thompson looks uncomfortable at the inference and looks completely out of his comfort zone as a dancers nearby starts to strip their bra off.)SWAT: Well the sound guy hates you, I would rather be somewhere else, but I'm ready to get this interview started if you are? EDDIE: Hit me with your best shot. SWAT: I heard that you wrestled in Japan in your youth. How do you expect the Japanese crowd to react on your return? EDDIE: Yeah. They loved me here. I have a small fan-club still out here, following my career from afar, delighted that I finally have a belt again and wishing me well. Well most of them. SWAT: Most of them? EDDIE: Well some saw my actions of making Trent Jones SWAT World Champ as dishonorable. "Death before dishonor" is still a mantra in some parts and I kinda upset them in a booze fueled ill-advised Twitter war of words I'd rather forget. Things were said that can't be unsaid, a criminal syndicate I owed money to before I left Japan 25 years ago were offended in someway... Well let's not dwell on it, I'm sure the death threats were all a misunderstanding. They said something about Ya Loser? Ya Boozer? Yakuza? Something got lost in translation.
SWAT: OK. That doesn't sound scary at all... We should really move this along... Talking of Trent Jones moments ago... What becomes of the Brothers in Anarchy now that Trent has left? EDDIE: Nothing. We're still brothers in arms whenever Trent makes it back from the dark path he's headed down... but I just can't be there for him and still meet my contractual obligations here in SWAT. He's a big boy now, he can look after himself, but Molly the Minx still has his back, The Graveyard Ryders are still welcome at the Double D Club anytime, but since Trent left I haven't been in contact. SWAT: So there won't be any members to take Trent's place? EDDIE: John... I don't get it. Why can't we slap a name on a Tag Team anymore without it being considered a stable?! The Brothers in Anarchy name walked away with Trent Jones, but I'm still as anarchic and unpredictable as ever. The attitude and the threat of the Brothers in Anarchy is still very much embodied in me. SWAT: You have been at war with The Society of The New Breed in so much of your career here in SWAT. Do you not feel exposed without Trent Jones to watch your back? EDDIE: I don't need anyone to watch my back. I think The Society are far too busy enjoying crowning Syberus and wanting to put the boot into a demoralized and disorganized KGB. Little old me? I'm probably just a fleeting concern to them, which is just the way I like it. Underestimated and taken lightly acts as a fog of war where I can plan some of my best work. Andrew Stone is the only man I need to focus on right now though. He's a Vet. That doesn't mean that he spends his days fisting cows and castrating guinea pigs. It means he's a Veteran. One of our footslogging "heroes". And that usually commands respect. SWAT: Usually? Surely we all appreciate and respect the troops? EDDIE: Well yeah, but I don't get all tearful at the site of the flag or weepy on Veterans Day. Troops die. That's what soldiers do. So I need to keep enjoying my freedom, guilt free and tear free, else they died for nothing. SWAT: That's not a very patriotic or empathetic view point? EDDIE: Well I never pretended to be either of those things. Fuck Warpig, Fuck his nightmares and God bless the Anarchic States of SWAT where a free man can hate on a veteran, or a veterinarian, or a reporter if he wants to. SWAT: Well I actually spent time in the forces myself in my youth and I don't appreciate... EDDIE: I don't care what Army cook house or typing pool you were spat out of, 'cause you ain't no Navy Seal is you boy? I don't have to love or respect anyone I haven't fought in a ring with. Unless you've truely paid your dues and lived a wrestler's life, unless you've shown me respect, unless you've faced me in the ring... I don't have to give you one ounce of respect. If you don't like that... You can BRING... IT... ON! (Suddenly Eddie D's pint glass is smashed into smithereens and Eddie and John are shocked into ducking down and looking around for what happened. A horrified John Thompson picks up a Ninja star from the shattered glass.)SWAT: Did you say something about death threats earlier? EDDIE: Yeah, but it all sounded like bullshit. SWAT: Didn't you take any precautions? EDDIE: I have a Covid mask and a packet of condoms? SWAT: No! ...Security precautions?! Tell the Police?! EDDIE: You're joking right? (Another ninja star hits a glass on the table and the sound man lets out a girly scream and Eddie laughs at him. The commotion begins to finally ripple into panic across the club and people start to run for the exits.) EDDIE: It's been nice knowing you John. If you live through this, could you do a sweet job on the editing of this interview for me ...and make sure you keep this darling sound man's girly scream in for me? SWAT: I guess? Where are you going? EDDIE: I know the owner, she'll get me out of here. She's gesturing me over now. Good luck. (Eddie tips over the small table, hoists it like a shield and runs towards bar. Eddie drops the table as he reaches the bar and runs into the office behind the bar as the bar staff evacuate the area with him and a door slams shut. The sound man whimpers, John tells him to settle down as the scene fades to black and the scene ends.)

In the boiler room, a man sits in a chair with his hands tied behind him, his feet tied, and a hood over his head. Hehehe and Hahaha stand on either side of the man with Gabriel Tuck standing in front of him. Gabriel takes the hood off of the man to reveal Javier.
Javier looks around, some bruising around one of his eyes already apparent.
Javier: We told you no. We will not be joining the KGB.
Gabriel chuckles, getting out his cell phone and sending a text message.
Tuck: That’s not even the question, my man.
Javier looks from Hahaha to Hehehe before looking at Gabriel with some confusion.
Javier: Then, what is the question?
Tuck: Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. There’s some things we need to deal with first. Boys?
Hehehe laughs like a maniac, drawing a fist back, and slamming into the side of Javier’s face. The impact turns his head to the side just in time for a punch straight to the nose from Hahaha. Blood and snot fly as Javier’s head is turned again for Hehehe to punch him again. Back and forth Javier’s head is turned as the twin clowns take turns punching him. Gabriel looks at his phone with a grin.
Tuck: Ok, enough.
Javier looks down at his lap, blood and tears raining down from his face.
Javier: What is the question? Please...I’ll answer it.
Von Krauss: Does El Combatiente have family?
Javier slowly looks up to see Armand von Krauss standing before him.
Javier: Family? I don’t understand.
Armand looks at him with a raised eyebrow before he lights himself an Egyptian cigarette and blows smoke directly into Javier’s face.
Von Krauss: Think about it. How many minions do I normally travel with?
Javier looks around the room with a frown.
Javier: Do I look like I keep track of you and your cronies?
With a subtle nod from Armand, Hahaha punches Javier in the ribcage. Javier takes a moment to regain his breath before he can speak again.
Javier: I don’t know for sure, but I think there was a giant clown with you?
Von Krauss: Sticky the Clown. He’s in the City of Angels, waiting for my command. Now. Tell me. Where might I find your client’s family?
Javier’s eyes go wide as he considers what Armand is saying.
Javier: City of Angels? You mean Los Angeles? Why would you...no! I will not let you terrorize my client’s family for your own wicked ends!
Von Krauss: Is that so? I could make you rich and powerful. Things that you like, ja?
Javier seems at war with him for a moment, but only a moment.
Javier: No. I will not betray El Combatiente.
Von Krauss: That’s too bad.
Armand flicks ashes onto Javier’s lap and steps back away so that Hehehe and Hahaha can take turns pounding Javier with their fists. They hit him in the face, ribs, gut, crotch, and legs. Armand motions for them to stop with his hand holding the cigarette. Javier’s head droops, blood spilling from his mouth.
Von Krauss: Let’s try this again. Javier, my friend, I can tell that you probably have broken ribs, courtesy of the twins here. Tell me who and where I can find El Combatiente’s family and all this comes to an end.
Hehehe and Hahaha giggle sadistically. Javier doesn’t even raise his head.
Javier: To an end? You mean to kill me…
Von Krauss: I only wish to bring an end to your leiden.
Javier: Let me tell you, but you need to come closer. I can’t speak very loudly...my ribs hurt...so much.
Armand leans closer, Javier lifts his head up, and spits blood all over Armand’s face that puts out his cigarette as well. Armand backs away, flicking his dead cigarette at Javier, and then wiping at his face with a sneer.
Von Krauss: Gabriel...see if he has his phone.
Gabriel checks Javier’s pockets, finding a smart phone.
Tuck: Got it, boss.
Von Krauss: Now, send a message to Javier using his phone.
Javier laughs raggedly, coughing up blood in a spray.
Javier: It don’t matter what you send. My client doesn’t speak English!
Tuck: I see you have Google Translate as an app. I’ll use it to translate what I write into Spanish and then send it. What message you want sent, boss?
Von Krauss: We have Javier. If you want him back, come meet me at my office before the end of the night. I’ll have your KGB shirt waiting. That’s it.
Gabriel translates the message into Spanish and sends the text to El Combatiente.
Von Krauss: I’ll be in my office. Be sure that no one disturbs you.
Tuck: Got it, boss.
Armand lights another cigarette, sparing Javier another glance.
Von Krauss: Pray that your client comes through, Javier. You will not like what happens if he defies me again.
Gabriel makes his hand into like a gun and points it at Javier’s head, making a shooting sound and laughing. Armand chuckles as he leaves the room.

(The show returns from the latest commercials for movies and television premieres, SWAT streaming service's documentary about the SWAT Amazon and Pan Amazons Women's Championships, and SWAT Magazines story involving "Lucky" Linda La Fey's open challenge. The scene fades to ringsiders holding signs that say "Eddie makes a Big Deal!," "Stone Cold Andrew Stone!," "Big Deal is The Real Deal!" and "The War Pig is going Rambo!" before fading to the broadcast table where Jeremy Tucker and Andrew Fulton are sitting wearing face masks and head sets.)
Jeremy Tucker: "Welcome back to Battleground 31 and we just saw a preview of the documentary involving SWAT's once and soon to be proud Amazons Division and the SWAT Amazons and Pan Amazons Women's Championships. These two championships had a rich tradition and in this documentary you'll hear from present and former champions as well as the first CEO Angela who helped build the division and hear her honest admission of mistakes she made."
Andrew Fulton: "The documentary grilled her hard on the mistakes she made including making that idiot Someone Red as first champion. Then again you have Linda La Fey's Open Challenge profiled in SWAT Magazine and her reasons for doing it."
Jeremy Tucker: "She said it was for reviving the women's division and believe me challengers are beginning to line up for a shot at challenging Linda. Whoever wins her championship will have to stay until she loses or else they'll be stripped if they leave before defending the championship. Things are going to get interesting in SWAT."
Andrew Fulton: "You bet she's going to be ready for it. Speaking of challengers word has it that one of SWAT's former competitors is going to return and accept the open challenge in the very near future. It's also said she's very bitter about losing to Linda and not getting a rematch when she invoked her rematch clause and she never got a rematch after losing her Pan Amazons Women's Championship to Blaze Freya."
Jeremy Tucker: "I'll believe it when I see it. Getting to this next match up involving Eddie D. and War Pig Andrew Stone."
Andrew Stone: "Can you say ring casualty."
Jeremy Tucker: "Andrew Stone made his mark almost immediately by defeating now KGB member Armand von Krauss in his debut in SWAT."
Andrew Fulton: "Yeah he made his mark by being a flash in the pan. Hell Stone's going to be dead by the time this match is over."
Jeremy Tucker: "Andrew's been showing plenty of fight in his matches, he's been showing plenty of fight in the ring."
Andrew Fulton: "Not tonight when he loses to the BIG Deal."
Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D.'s been on a roll ever since he won the SWAT Renegade Championship. He defeated a game and competitive Misha 'Self Made God' Constantine in what as a tougher than expected match."
Andrew Fulton: "Yeah and what did Misha get for all his trouble but his head on the mantel of The Parish, and now he has high tailed it to Fireside already."
Jeremy Tucker: "We wish him all the best in his future endeavours there. So far it looks like Eddie D.'s picking and choosing his opponents. There's no doubt about the growing list of name challengers such as Frostbite, Team Fairtex, Psychotic Goth or Lucifer and Doomsday."
Andrew Fulton: "Why include those two losers. Speaking of losers there's Society of the New Breed or any other wrestler who is a warm body and a pulse."
Jeremy Tucker: "Then there's Radu Matei."
Andrew Fulton: "I thought you just said any warm body and a pulse. Radu's a zombie and if he faces the champion he will be officially dead and buried forever or so we hope."
Jeremy Tucker: "Then there's James Fierce who could also give Eddie D. the match of his life."
Andrew Fulton: "Then whoever wins the championship will give it another absurd name like 'Insert name' championship, 'Penguin Championship,' 'Iceberg Championship' or whatever name someone's going to give it. The list will go on and one and one and it will never end."
Jeremy Tucker: "There's plenty of potential names for that championship if he held an open challenge for the SWAT Renegade Championship like Linda's. Right now let's go to the ring for the introductions for this match."
Frank Salazar: "This match is scheduled for one fall and it’s for the SWAT Renegade Championship. Introducing first from New Orleans, La. He comes in at 6'3" and weighs in at 220lbs. Please welcome War Pig Andrew Stone."
(The lights go out as the lyrics to "Zombie" by Bad Wolves start. Pyros explode and War Pig walks out carrying an American Flag. He takes a moment to take it all in before slowly walking to the ring. He climbs in, sits in a corner and waits.)
Andrew Fulton: "Now all War Pig has to do is let himself get beaten on in the corner, get pinned, collect his loser's share and go home to chop more wood for that dilapidated shack of his in Cajun country."
Frank Salazar: "Now introducing from Vernon, Ca. USA. He comes in at 6ft. and weighs in at 303lbs. He is the SWAT Renegade Champion and one half of Brothers In Anarchy. Please welcome 'The Big Deal' Eddie D."
("Cave" by Muse plays and Eddie walks out with black and white montage video playing on the screens of him weight training; and hitting his favorite moves on people, flashing up in negative to beat of the music; regularly threatens rude fans, tears up opponents fans posters, has vicious one liners for "ugly" fans, walks confidently and slowly to the ring, raises his hands to accept the praise he feels he is due, but usually just gets boos.)
Andrew Fulton: "Ho...Hum...Just stomp on and then sit on him for a quick pin and call it a night."
Jeremy Tucker: "That's not going to happen. The bell rings and this match is underway. Andrew runs at Eddie D. and catches him with a running knee Eddie D. is forced into a corner and where Andrew Thai clinches him and delivers a series of hard Muy Thai knee strikes."
Andrew Fulton: "Enough to make Team Fairtex proud. Eddie D.'s taking it like it's nothing. he should just finish this scrubby maggot as they say in the marines with one clubbing forearm, pin him and then claim another sacrificial victim for The Parish. War Pig tries to whip him into the opposite corner but Eddie D. reverses it sending stone crashing into the corner."
Jeremy Tucker: "He’s not with the Parish man, Trent’s taken a LOA! Eddie D. charges into the corner roaring delivering a big elbow crush with authority."
Andrew Fulton: “Stone falls like one to the canvas and Eddie D. opens up a can of whoop ass. You got to love 'The Big Deal.'"
Jeremy Tucker: "The fans certainly do by their boos. Eddie D. whips War Pig into the ropes and runs through him like a bull in a china shop. he straddles and starts slapping his face and taunts him. That's not even necessary."
Andrew Fulton: "Come on Jerry. Stone knew what he was doing when he trained and became a member of the SWAT roster to begin a wrestling career. It would have been the same everywhere else with no excuses to lose. Eddie D. picks him up and gutbusters the War Pig with authority. The champion smashes Andrew's face into the canvas and rubs and grinds his face into the canvas."
Jeremy Tucker: "Once again Eddie D. wants to taunt and humiliate Andrew Stone without remorse whatsoever. He attempts a powerbomb but like Constantine Eddie D. just got caught in a choke this time Stone cinches in a triangle choke."
Andrew Fulton: "The champ's in a bit more trouble since unlike Constantine and his really skinny stick legs. The War Pig has a bit more muscle and weight on him and at the moment he has that triangle in tight."
Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D.'s seem to have had enough of the choke holds that are being applied to him every time he wrestles a submission expert. He lifts him up and he powerbombs Stone who refuses to break the hold. The champion picks him up again and running powerbombs the challenger out of the ring and onto the concrete floor."
Andrew Fulton: "Stone really hit hard like one and he went splat. Eddie just took Stone out like the trash he really is and wastes no time leaving the ring and going after the War Pig. He picks up the war veteran and smashes his head repeatedly into the ring steps."
Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D.'s now having his way with Andrew and is taunting him about who is who’s the worthless one now. Andrew kicks out at the champions legs and Eddie D.'s down on his knees. Andrew follows up with a series of kicks and punches which Eddie D. absorbs but is no selling them."
Andrew Fulton: "Would you if you were in the ring with an opponent who's not on par with you. Stone is pushed away and Eddie D. catches him with a clothesline coming in before unceremoniously throwing him back into the ring. Eddie D.'s not favoring his leg much as he searches for something under the ring and finds a barbed wire baseball bat and returns to the ring."
Jeremy Tucker: "Once again Eddie D. shows absolutely no respect as he beats Stone with the barbed wire baseball bat. He yells a whole bunch of unrepeatable things about Stone's proud military service as the ringsiders boo and taunt Eddie D. Stone barely kicks Eddie D.'s bad leg and delivers a series of clubbing double axehandles."
Andrew Fulton: "Once again Eddie D. no sells again as he attempts an inverted piledriver but the champ's just too heavy for him to execute the move and it doesn't help that Stone's back is hurting. It's going to get a lot worse since Eddie D. just executed a brainbuster with authority and refuses to make the cover. The look on Eddie D.'s face is now downright sadistic."
Jeremy Tucker: "I have to agree. He picks up Andrew and whips him into the ropes and cross chops him in the ropes. Andrew is now struggling and thrashing on the canvas gulping for air. It's getting worse since Eddie D. crushes that windpipe with his big boot as he poses and taunts the fans."
Andrew Fulton: "He has the right to do so since his opponent fought for his country only to be squashed by the champion. Eddie D.'s ready to end this right now as he picks up the War Pig and whips him into the ropes again, but War Pig avoids a Headache from Hell and comes off the ropes with a Superman Punch style Flash Grenade."
Jeremy Tucker: "That moved worked well with his debut match with Armand von Krauss but Eddie D.'s a whole different beast. Eddie D.'s stunned but shakes the effects off, Eddie’s wobbly and Stone sees the barbed wire baseball bat and begins beating Eddie D.'s back and then goes behind and places the bat onto his head and starts digging and scraping his head with it. Eddie D.'s head is bleeding badly but he counters with a series of elbows and a series of headbutts."
Andrew Fulton: "Eddie D.'s roaring like a raging beast now that he's bleeding. He straight jackets Andrew Stone's arms and delivers a series of vicious headbutts Stone's nose and now busted, he's bleeding profusely and it only gets worse since Eddie D. continues to taunt and insult Stone as he continues to deliver headbutts."
Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D. is intentionally delaying the inevitable. He makes a cutthroat gesture before whipping Andrew Stone into the ropes and delivers a Headache from Hell before thumping his chest roaring."
Andrew Fulton: "Eddie D. picks up Andrew and delivers the Headache from Hell!. (Stunner)"
Jeremy Tucker: "The referee's drops for the count .....One….....Two..............Three!!!!!!"
Andrew Fulton: "BIG win for the BIG Deal!"
Frank Salazar: "Your winner at 13mins. and 35seconds 'The Big Deal' Eddie D."
Jeremy Tucker: "Big win for Eddie, but The War Pig can hold his head high, I see some gold coming his way here in SWAT sooner rather than later."

DREAM VALLEY
event: battleground xxxi - invasion of the rising sun | 13/09/2020 promo number: one participants: rebecca brookes versus linda la fey word count: 2308 scene one:september 04th, 2020 // televisedThere has never been a more better feeling in the world than the entire world putting their eyes on a rookie like Rebecca, she felt as if everyone around her finally sees how true to her own potential she has become and more so, how ready she is for her first ever championship match for the SWAT Amazons Championship. This wasn’t something for her that she could be anything less than one hundred percent focused on, she needed to be more, and that she has been ever since the previous Battlegrounds episode. Rebecca’s mind has been completely set on Lucky Linda La Fey and her SWAT Amazons Championship that she holds proudly, Rebecca knew that she needed to do more than to show she’s not just another contender to the title but to do everything she’s been taught since joining the professional wrestling business. As she sat in her Bakersfield home, where her parents reside, as she sat perched in her bedroom’s balcony watching the sunset go down on the city itself. The sound of a humble sigh is heard from the Californian as she tilts her head forward and pinches the bridge of her nose. “The question of if I am feeling lucky is quite the contrary of how I actually do feel, Linda. I feel lucky, for sure, but I also feel a bit nervous as well. See, I never fully intended to come here at all to challenge you. Jay had taken days and days of persuading and much more to make me finally come to the realization that this is something I could benefit from. He wanted me to take the challenge, he wanted me to make sure that this was the right chance to have. I mean, he was the one who taught me most of what I know, the rest comes from my brother.
He said that the SWAT Amazons Championship would be the perfect title to begin my career with. He said I could do what others wish they could attempt, win a major title within less than six months of my wrestling career, and he was onto something. He was onto something that might as well have been true- after all, the best of the best waited years before they could be the person they once were. If I could have achieved that within the span of six months, who knows where I’ll end up when the year is out. I’m not trying to say that in order to build an ego, be cocky, or even rub it into the faces of those who can be the jealous type.
But you, Linda, you’re doing such and that - in itself - is a problem.”
Rebecca begins to become lost in her own thoughts, although smiling, her mind is somewhere else. Continuously thinking back to the previous Battleground and remembering the ending of that episode and reminding herself of the possible challengers that’ll come right after her defense. Blaze Freya and Olympia, they all seem to be the ones that’ll come and go, but right now, Rebecca has her focus pointed right at the SWAT Amazon’s Championship and the champion herself. “The problem is your own luck, Linda.
You’ve spent your whole entire career thinking that luck was always just how you did things in the ring, how you were able to defeat those that you have and defeat those who are much higher than you. I mean, you did defeat Anthony Caffrey during his championship reign but even then, he got that win back when he defended the title weeks later. Luck doesn’t come to those who praise themselves in it, luck comes to those who are in that desperate need for it. I’ve gotten lucky before, and sure enough, I will again because for all the times I’ve been lucky- I’ve not once bragged about it. I’ve not adopted a persona around my luck. I’ve not let it become a personality trait. You have and that is what’s wrong with luck, because you’ve milked it to the point where it’s just not the same anymore.
Linda, I’ve not come around here begging, I came around because I wanted a challenge, a fight where I can be truly tested and I thought I could find that in you. But it appears that you guarantee yourself in luck, see, let me tell you a little something about myself. Keep you in touch with what I know. I’ve been a trained mixed martial artist since I was a very young teenager. I was fourteen when I first began training under the watchful eyes of the UFC’s very best in the sport. They made sure I knew what I was doing and by the age of sixteen, I was a killing machine. A friendly one at best, but one that would knock down anyone and everyone in my line of sight. Of course, I began doing it professionally when I turned eighteen and was doing so well. Of course, I had a couple string of losses here and there but I tower them with sixteen wins over the eight losses on my record.
That, I can guarantee you, did not come from luck. Linda, that is nothing more than talent and skill all rolled up into one package. Sure, my wrestling record might not look as pretty as my MMA record but it’s only early days and imagine within ten matches I could possibly become the SWAT Amazons Champion. A championship with a lineage that spans across a vast majority of years, March of 2017 was when it was first born and the first champion being Tornado Red. Linda, you have not been loyal to that lineage.
Though I doubt I could be a better champion, what I can assure you is one thing, Linda. I can finally teach you that luck does not get you further in life.”
Rebecca stood up from her chair, taking a few steps forward into her bedroom and to a large dresser leaned back against the wall where most of her mixed martial art trophies and medals are placed, along with her signature gloves she had not worn since her final bout in the octagon. Her mind began to fade away again as she remembered back to her fights with some of California’s best and even the best of the best. Rebecca placed the gloves back down again and let out a deep sigh. “For me, this means much more than just a chance at some championship, this means the first time I’ve finally got my hands on some gold. The chase for it has always been the fun part, no matter which sport you’re partaking in, but the time to finally secure what I have and make sure I do not leave without it is now. For me, this is how I can finally secure my place as a true women’s wrestler. This is how I finally make sure I can be the girl I always wanted to be, and I know you’re watching this with a smile knowing that I’m just a rookie with some dreams, but Linda- Dreams are made to come true at some point, mine are just beginning to bloom and you’ll see exactly what I mean by that come Battleground.
Rookie or not, the last thing you should have done is underestimate me entirely and now, you’re going to have to suffer a tragic loss as I etch my name into the history books and become the new SWAT Amazons Champion. That is something I am willing to take to the bank with me.
Ta-ta for now, babes. I’ll see you real soon in Japan.”The one thing different from Rebecca to the other challengers that Linda has faced in her time is honesty. Rebecca was sure enough of what her challenger but she knew of the risks of being too cocky towards the champion in her own backyard. The Californian reaches into her pocket, pulling out her phone and begins to type away. Within a couple of seconds, she was ready to book tickets to Tokyo, and ready to book a ticket with her first piece of Championship gold. scene two:
september 4th, 2020 // off-cameraRebecca was no stranger from learning something new before her own matches. Although she was taught by some of the best in both professions, she would always go into her matches with some sort of advice from those who helped her on the journey. Rebecca found herself back in Anaheim but not in her usual apartment complex. The Californian was dressed and ready for a gym session and the lighting within the room was set, the sounds of Lil Peep is heard through the speakers within the room as the door creaks open and none other than Ryan Young stepped into the room. The former XHF Tag Team Champion wore a skintight top and dark shorts, an engagement ring wrapped around his finger which he takes off before applying the tape around his fingers and hand. Ryan looks into the mirror to see his own reflection, his eyes then glance over to Rebecca. “So what lesson do you need to learn this time, Becky?” “I can’t hang around with my older brother?”
Ryan laughs, turning his body around to face Rebecca. A smile stays on Ryan’s face as he walks towards Rebecca, wrapping his right arm around her shoulders and brings her over to the mirror. Of course, Rebecca looks to herself in the mirror, wondering what she is meant to do as Ryan looks down at her and then to the mirror. There’s a brief moment of silence before Ryan spoke up again. “There is so much that you could possibly learn, and I know you’ve got a title match that I am aware of.” “I mean… yes, but I’ve not even spoken about anything!” “Come on now, Becky…”
Ryan tightens his grip around her shoulder. “You’ve been to me for advice about every single person you’ve faced in OWA, and I’ve spoken to you about how to face people who’ve got different fighting styles. We’ve sat around and watched tapes of those you wanted to face, knowing that you wanted me to be in the gym with you kind of surprises me.” “...fine…”
Rebecca sighed, tilting her head downwards and pinching the bridge of her nose before turning her head once again to look up to Ryan. “I wanted you to teach me about how to become a champion, how to keep focus when chasing down a title, or even how to stay a champion.” “So you want to become a champion… a long one at best… correct?”
Rebecca nods. “Here’s the thing about being a champion, not many have the distinct privilege of being champion for a very long time, including those who are new to this like you are. Not everyone can be the perfect champion, take a look around you. Jay had gotten a month of a reign as X*Crown Champion, I had gotten a five month reign as Tag Team Champion with both Fox and Seth - I honestly think we’ve both been on the same level with our styles. We’re both strikers and we’re both strong at what we do.” “Yeah… I guess so.” “We’re both good but doesn’t mean we can have lengthy reigns. Brad Swann is destined to be the top guy on the Network right now, and he’s lost his title matches in both MCCW and DW. Not everyone is perfect, even if they are the top person, but what you need to do is to not get too stressed about it. The best of the best didn’t get stressed out at the end, I did when I tried to take down Seth but I’m happy Vincent was able to do what I couldn’t. Rob Arnold did that with the X*Crown at Night of Champions, I couldn’t because I was a bit stressed out on my first Main Event of a Global Event.”
Again, Rebecca nods as she takes in everything Ryan spoke. It was a lesson she wanted, and a lesson she has taken in seriously, this was something she wanted to learn and use to her own sake for the championship match that awaits her. “All you need to do is to not get stressed out by the littlest of things, because there’s been many first hand experiences that can tell you what it’s like entering a match for any championship with some bit of stress. What you need to focus on is how you compete, you need to work with your head and see how far you can go.” “I appreciate the comments, I think this might be something for me to think about.” “It is and I want you to use it to your own advantage… now, do I need to tell you about luck?”
Rebecca quickly smiles and then laughs at Ryan’s comments, she leans her head in and rests on Ryan’s chest but keeps her smile on her face. “I don’t need luck, I have skill and why should I rely on luck when I know how to wrestle.” “There you go. Now, let’s get this training session going and then get you on that flight to Japan.”
Ryan releases his grip around Rebecca’s arms and lets her take first pick as to what to choose in the gym. Rebecca feels much more confident about herself and this match going forward, there needs to be focus on what’s ahead and not let anything get into her head. No matter what happens, Rebecca needed to think in her head that this is hers for the taking and that championship is soon to be hers, but now, only time will truly tell. END.

-Countless drops of water slap the floor and splash up into even more droplets as we fade in on a white bathroom door. The shower has been left running and from the other side of the hotel room, we hear it… the familiar sound of a beloved SWAT Exclusive's British accented voice rings through our ears sending chills down the spine of any fan! There she was, new hair colour, new tattoo, same natural beauty as before. She's wearing a silk robe, with who knows what underneath of it. Fulton would argue less is more in this scenario-
"I'm sure you all knew ahead of time that I was heading right back to where I came from… I'm sure you all were expecting me to do exactly what I did n' return to the place that was there to pick me up off my rookie ass so long ago n' if you didn't, well then, SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKERS! I'm back for more gold, more wins n' most importantly of all, I'm back to cave in more dumb cunts' skulls than EVER before!"
-She sits backward on a steel chair, flipping her hair and looking at us as if her opponent was among us-
"Starting with the skull of a specific dumb cunt who apparently is too stupid to tell time… I spent the longest 10 months of my LIFE being away from this company! I thought less of myself because I couldn't stand in front of a camera like this one, promising destruction n' entertainment for all! I'd sit there imagining all the matches I could be having but instead I was forced to watch Lucky Linda from afar, hogging up all the spotlight I wanted, winning all the matches I simply wanted to COMPETE in… Worse than that, I was forced to watch Jade and this Olympia in the JRoks or whatever the fuck company is so desperate to have someone like HER representing them! It may have felt like 2 years to everyone but and while I am TOUCHED that you missed me so badly, maybe you should check your dates before claiming I've been gone for over DOUBLE the amount of time I actually was. And realize this, Jade! It wasn't as hard on ANYONE as it was on ME!"
-With a bitter chuckle, she licks her lips and shakes her head-
"But enough about that, it's in the past n' we can either say fuck the future n' watch Greatest Hits DVD's until we all croak OR we could say fuck the past n' move right into the future where I swear on my grandma's eyesight, I will beat the everloving shite out of Jade and whoever she brings along! She can try hyping herself up like she's some sort of a heroine to this company whilst she's fighting for another, but she can't distract us from the fact that she can't even contribute HALF of what I have, and will do for this federation! She can't distract us from the fact that Lucky Linda is leagues ahead of her in every way so how in the blue hell is JADE gonna beat Lucky Linda? She isn't… That's why I returned when I did, HOW I did. I knew, the fans knew, Linda knew and I think even Jade knew she didn't have what it took to take on Lucky Linda but I DO! Lucky Linda Vs. Jade is a Bathroom Break Match!!! Blaze Freya Vs. Lucky Linda is THE Main Event if I've ever seen one!!!"
-Blaze is so hyped up at this point, she stands up from the steel chair and RIPS the silk robe off of her tight frame, revealing…. that she's dressed for ACTION underneath of it wearing her full wrestling attire and at this point, we're not sure if she's in a hotel or inside of her locker room!-
"So, Lucky Linda, I want you to watch real closely as I beat down, decimate and straight up humiliate my competition n' just know… I'm doing it all for you. I'm doing it all JUST so I can do the same to you. Because this isn't a game to me, like you referred to it as. I don't depend on LUCK, Linda, nor do I need it. My skill alone is enough to put you down quicker than you've ever been put down before! But that's just tough talk, yeah? It'll become a reality within a month and that's NOT tough talk, That's A PROMISE!!!"
-Static appears and we're left to wonder what The Blackpool Bombshell has in store for Jade? Will she prove to be more dangerous than ever? Or will Jade prove her wrong? Find out, LIVE tonight! Only on SWAT!-

[The arena darkens and fans erupt into loud cheers as “Collapsing” by Demon Hunter blasts through the speakers. Red, pink and purple lights flicker on and off in rapid succession creating a beautiful strobe effect over the stage as none other than The Blackpool Bombshell herself, Blaze Freya comes out from behind the curtain, walking backwards onto the stage with a charismatic strut. Her black hood covers her lowered head until she spins around triggering the lights to brighten to reveal her gorgeous face as she removes the hood, headbanging with the fans a bit. THR … Blaze rolls the shoulder. Andrew Fulton : YES! Jeremy Tucker : Jade can’t believe it. Blaze grabs the foot of Jade and brings her down, and then goes to work on the knee of Jade, elbowing it, and punching and wailing on it like a mad woman. Andrew Fulton : Fire UP BLAZE! Jeremy Tucker : Blaze is relentless, she has the boot of Jade and just rips it off and throws it out of the ring. Andrew Fulton : Ohhh yeah baby! I know where this is going. Jeremy Tucker : Blaze grabs the foot of Jade and torques the leg around and starts ramming Jades own foot into her own mouth! Andrew Fulton : Brutal! Blaze has no respect. Jeremy Tucker : Jade somehow grabs hold of Blaze and rolls her up …… One ………………. Two ………………….. THRE … NO! Blaze rolled the shoulder. Andrew Fulton : Wowee! That was close!
