Absoluteego - Boris have a really good sound that I could totally see myself listening to if it wasn't brickwalled. Was going to say that it reminded me of pre-Nevermind Nirvana, but when I went back to check that stuff I now realise it sounds nothing like. Rotating vocalists adds intrigue and is something that should be done more. I admit I tuned out of the visuals half way through and assumed I wasn't missing much.
Motion Sickness - You mentioned the low-key backing so it's a good thing Feebs's voice carries it. Am liking the verse more than the chorus probably because the sparse backing makes it a little too hiphoppy (hey I thought of a hook Imma sing it lots) but good easy listens overall.

yeah the "visuals" aren't much at all. Their music videos, if you can find them aren't too much.

Okay, I'm here to put some smiles on faces. The last track being called Absoluteego reminded me of a track name from possibly the most influential Japanese group of all time Yellow Magic Orchestra. They're one of my former favourite bands (my new favourite band is I don't have a favourite band what a silly question) and I'm also a fan of their various solo works and spin-offs, but I won't be sharing any of their highlights with you. I'll be sharing this track instead because it is Japanese (for Kira), has vocals (for the mad dogger) and in a first for me has VISUALS.
The gist is, to parody their own level of fame (being called the Japanese Beatles etc) they released an album on which they posed as some kind of boy band. (In my experience serious groups doing pop albums always works better than pop groups doing serious ones, btw.) The album wasn't amazing but the video they shot for this track was. We can all aspire to be as cool as these dorks.

Not a lot to say about this Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds tune.
I like it. It’s a pretty simple song. Catchy.
But I want to touch on and rant on Oasis.
I actually DON’T want Oasis to get back together. Here’s why. I’m looking toward the future. I don’t think the High Flying Birds, led by their not so charismatic but competitant front man, are better than Oasis.
But I trust Noel more than I trust LIam and the other guys in Oasis, I think respectfully, they’re bit players.
Even Liam who has a better voice ... I don’t think he has a great deal of input on the songs.
So that leaves Noel. Why would I want one of my favorite musicians playing with a guy who he doesn’t like? Someone who’s insulted his wife in the past? Blah!
I say, keep Noel where he is. Maybe he’ll make more songs like this. Maybe someday he’ll surpass the efforts he made with Oasis.
And if he doesn’t who cares? I’d rather have a shit load of more HFB songs than one or two Oasis alblums if everyone involved is gonna be miserable.
There’s something to be said about positivity.
