This championship was awarded to Miguel Diaz after beating Zolothach at JROKs From Dusk Till Dawn event after the Straight Edge Championship was retired. This title was sponsored by and created by the Yamaguchi Travel Agency, thus the name of the title. Every match for this title will be contested in a falls count anywhere styled match at random venues provided by the Yamaguchi Travel Agency. Due to the style of these matches this title will be held on separate shows at least every other month.

1. Miguel Diaz - (March 27, 2021 - December 28, 2021; 276 Days)
Miguel won this title after beating Zolothach for the soon to be retired Straight Edge Championship. This happened at From Dusk Till Dawn.
- Miguel made his first defense in a dingy bar courtesy of YTA after beating Fenrir.
- He also would beat James Raymond on a boat at a house show event.

2. Florida Man - (December 28, 2021 - January 1, 2023; 369 Days)
Florida man would defeat Diaz and end his near year long reign as champion in a match ontop of mount fuji on night two of J-ROK's Raison D'Etre 2.
- his first defense would come by beating SCCW Hall of Famer, Eichi Yamaguchi in a wendy's baconator eating match at Jam Sessions Ep. 17 "Timely!!".
- Florida Man would defend the belt against Wolf Fang Ayame in a Shinjuku Street Fight at Big Egg Wrestling Universe 2022.
- He'd defend the belt against Deco in a Production Van Death Match at J-ROK's 5th Anniversary Show.
- He'd defend the belt yet again on Halloween. At Guns Spooky Season 4 Premier against Butterbean.
- He'd Defend the belt against Mitsuo Shimada at Guns Veterans Day Special in a potato peeler death match.
- Florida Man would defeat the returning Killa Kai in a Folsom Prison Cafeteria Death Match at Jam Sessions Ep. 18 "Folsom Prison Blues".
- FM would beat Star Trekker in a match at REIGN's X'd Out In Hatley Castle.

3. Kira Izumi - (January 1, 2023 - August 31, 2023; 242 Days)
Izumi would defeat his foe in an AKihabara Massacre Death Match. This match would take place just after midnight on night two of Raison D'Etre Three
- Kira defeated HIJIRI in a parking lot death match at Hyperfight's Sudden Impact '23 event.
- Kira defeated RaptoR in a falls count anywhere match at NVR's Lovers In A Dangerous Time 4.

4. Kilroy Evans (August 31, 2023 - October 30, 2023; 60 Days)
Kilroy defeated Kira in a falls count anywhere match at HKW and J-ROKs cross promotional event; Hardcore Heaven.

5. Florida Man (2) (October 30, 2023 - October 30, 2023; >1 Day)
Florida Man won the belt in a tag team match featuring The Mischief Express and Epcot Mafia. Marty Donovan was on both teams in this unique match at End Of Days 2023. Florida Man would make history being the first two time champion.

6. Kira IZuMi (2) (October 30 2023 - January 1, 2024; 63 Days)
Kira defeated The gator from the Everglades by cashing in his rematch and using J-ROK plot armor. He would pin him down with a forklift to win the belt. Kira would become a two time Champion in the process. This also happened at End Of Days 2023.
- Kira would defeat Florida Man in a firey match inside of the J-ROK Hall of Fame on Night One of Raison D'Etre 4.
